Starbucks is Starbucks no matter where you go, but it's the only place in this town to get a full-flavored cup of coffee and/or today's copy of the New York Times. Everywhere else around here either uses too light a roast. This is your only option in the F-M area for coffee that doesn't taste like warm water with a brown crayon dipped in it. Starbucks = full flavor. That other Canadian-sounding chain = weak coffee. Of course, now they've introduced blond roasts (yuck!), but whatever. :P lol The staff are always friendly and my order is always correct and delicious. It's rare that any store ever has Italian roast on drip, but if you can get it I highly recommend it. It doesn't hurt that Starbucks' iPhone app is so good other businesses could take notes. And I am so, SO grateful that I can the NY Times there. This store is my favorite part of Sunday mornings.

All the baristas here are so sweet! I locked my keys and phone in my car here a few weeks ago and one of the girls let me use her phone for like 30 minutes so I could get back into my car. The coffee is spot on all the time- I drink with soy because I like it, not because of a lactose issue and they are always sure to ask if I still want whip cream (of course, I always do). In store is usually faster than drive through though.

I've generally had good, fast service at this location. This is my regular stop since it is near my house. They also have ample, comfortable seating if you plan to stay.The two things that originally got me to use Starbucks as my go-to coffee shop were the convenience of the location and their rewards program. While they have scaled back the program some, it is still a great program and they have the best mobile app. The best perk I liked that they no longer have was getting free soy and free flavor shots in my drink. I can understand why they discontinued that as they were essentially losing $1.10 on each of my drinks. What is still good are things like: - free drink on birthday - free food or drink when you purchase 12 - free refills on brewed coffee or tea (I've never used this since I usually go with the espresso drinks) - occasional special offers you are notified on - their mobile app is so easy to use and handy. You can pay right from your app by them scanning your phone. I think everybody's tastes vary for coffee so it would be difficult to go by someone's recommendation on that. Personally, I like the taste of Caribou Coffee or Gloria Jean's better but I still go with Starbucks most of the time, because of location, convenience and the rewards program.

I have had them remake my coffee every time because it is not hot. I don't know if they are lazy or trying to be too quick but they suck. I go to Starbucks all over the nation and have never had this issue. Go to a different Starbucks.
