Probably the best burritos in Fargo. It's a copycat of Chipotle, but it's a really good copy. It's a little bit strange having to request veggies (rather than it being an assumption), but the flavors are good, the size is right, and they've got a crazy delicious green salsa. Salsa verde's flavor doesn't match up with everything like reds do, I'd suggest getting it with pork, but it's so tasty it's worth doing just for something different. The interior at this location is nice and clean, and they have the best soda fountain in the world- the touchscreen model where you pick your soda, then add flavorings if you like. As a southwestern, west coast transplant to Fargo, Qdoba helps me keep my sanity. Great stuff.

My first time eating at a Qdoba and it was great! Great value as I got one of the combos that offered 2 tacos (I chose pork and chicken) and the tortilla soup for $7.19 after tax. Wow...great healthy lunch at a fast food concept at a great price. It's great that they actually cook the meat on site and there's lots of fresh ingredients to add. Their salsas had great flavour - though the extra hot was more like a medium to hot but it was still good. The pulled pork and chicken were both good though not super flavouful. The tortilla soup was soooo good and had a great kick to it. I think the soup was even better than the tacos. I will definitely try Qdobas again!

Great food as always! Service changes since it seems there is a fast turnover on staff, but the new hires are always friendly. They learn what my usual is pretty fast. Treated with a smile almost every time!

Ok I used to be able to say I have never had a bad meal at Qdoba. I have travel though and stopped here three time now, and I can say it has gotten a little bit worse each time. This last time the items from the steam table where tepid at best. Add that tot he rest of the impression I had I will not be returning here.
