Yummy custard! Great place to go and get dessert after a great meal. My partner and I went after we had a delicious date night meal at the Indian Palace. Our first time was when our friend from home came to visit us in Fargo. Though, I didn't find out how tasty the custard was until last night. Not to miss!

Worst customer service ever! They may make a mean milkshake, but where they really need to improve is how they deal with the customers! On two separate occasions, they "accidently" double-charged my credit card for our orders! The first time it happened, it was an accident; the second time was just plain carelessness and an unwillingness to properly train their employees. After that, we learned to only pay with cash. That's not the main reason why I'm giving them 1-star (although it did help). The reason is what happened earlier this evening. After running errands for two hours, I called my wife and asked her what I should bring home for dinner. She said that she was craving Culver's, so I swung by and went through their drive-thru. When I got home, I discovered that they had forgotten our cheese curds (not the first time that they had forgotten something in our order, either), so I went back to get them. They had about six employees up front, but only two of them were helping customers; the rest were just standing around like deer in the headlights. After waiting nearly ten minutes in line, I showed the young lady who was helping me that we did not receive our cheese curds. All she said to me was, "Um; ok", turned and talked to another girl behind her, and then yelled to the cooks that she needed an order of cheese curds. After another five minutes, she handed me a bag and said, "There you go". That's it? No apology? No offer to make it right with a discount, or a gift certificate for next time? Well, I decided that there's not going to be a next time. We're through with the mediocre staff at this place! There are plenty of other fast food chains to accept our business, and they will get it!

Yummmmm!!!!! Ordered the flavor of the day frozen custard, the turtle and a scoop of chocolate custard. So good and creamy nit crazy sweet perfect! One if the best things I ate in Fargo.

Had my green beans not been under cooked and my mashed potatoes not been cold I would've gave 5 stars. The fish was hot and fresh. The cheese curds are always good. They just need to fried a bit longer so the cheese melts. The lady taking the order was slow. Some employees were standing around when they could've been taking other peoples orders.

I love Culver's! Wish we had them in the West Coast! Can't go wrong with a mini meal - burger, small fries and small drink. butter burgers are so much better than the McD & BK! Culver fries are perfect every time! The mini meal is just the right amount so you can still get a concrete! I like my personal favorite - marshmellow cream and pecans! :) Staff super friendly, food brought to your table and self serve/refill on soda. Oh yea... Culver's Rootbeer=AWESOMENESS! So creamy!

Consistently solid food. The cheese curds are absolutely outstanding and the chicken fingers are juicy and well breaded. The fries are very bland however, your typical crinkle cut. Once had cheese curds that were a bit soggy, but in the other dozen or so visits, were amazing. Food is always cooked to order, so you know you arent getting warmer zapped junk. Price is sort of a downfall as it's a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for, especially in the fast food world.
