Employees here are generally friendly and efficient, especially in the drive thru. If you go in, though, don't be surprised if the lobby is a mess. Every time I go in there the place is messy. Condiment bar, seating area, and floor are always in need of attention. I'll overlook the cleanliness of the lobby for the fact that they always prepare my drink quickly and consistently.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness. Also I sat outside and there were weeds over 4 feet tall in the cafe area. Overall the staff was excellent, courteous and professional but the building, grounds and parking lot are falling apart. I am a gold card holder and will never go to this location again.

We patronize this Starbucks regularly, and they always seem less than pleased to be working, but today, I ordered two hot chocolates, and an additional $25 worth of food and drinks on top of that. We got all of our items except for the two hot chocolates. 25 minutes later were still waiting for them. So we asked the girl behind the bar if our cups were coming up, and she says "I get a lot of orders" and points to the girl at the register who realizes she didn't even put our cups out to be made. Another girl with blonde hair and glasses apologized and quickly made our drinks, but we already had cold drinks and food waiting for our hot chocolates. Having worked in management I know that an apology to a customer who just spent a lot of money at your establishment should be genuine. Not sliding a cup across the bar as if you're irritated at me for asking for a drink I paid for.

I love Starbucks. They are consistent, regardless of whether they are located in a very small stand alone store like this or large with ample seating and atmosphere. Consistent great drinks and friendly service.

This is my favorite Starbucks location - the baristas are so friendly! They are also very knowledage. I usually come with a list that has at least one drink with less pumps of syrup or certain types of milk and they have never steered me wrong. I always order soy for myself, and I love that all starbucks uses a seperate container for steaming non-dairy. The only downfall is that this is a very popular location and they are always busy! Best time is at about 7am. One of my favorites is a caramel iced soy latte. Try it!
