Only a 3 stars because we had the worst service tonight. Waiting 55 minutes so I asked if the food was about up, verbatim response was "I don't know I am not in the kitchen. ". I was speechless and she goes on to say "Why did you need to be somewhere, something going on?" all I could say was "No!" Wow, obvious lack of social skills. She did come back with more biscuits though..., Food was good, salad bar ok .

I've never really enjoyed this restaurant. It's yet another middle-of-the-road place with boring food, bad décor, and bad service. Last night was no exception. Connie, our server, must have been having bad night. We waited for everything longer than we should have. She definitely needs some help with time management and how to be hospitable towards guests. The food was lousy, really lackluster. The appetizer we ordered was just a pile of greasy, flavorless fried stuff. My burger was dry, unseasoned, and cold. I won't be back to this place, and I won't recommend it to anyone.

The first thing I will say is that our server was outstanding. I was with a group of very rowdy gentlemen and she did everything she could to make sure our time there was the best, and she succeeded. I'll be honest, my food was even pretty good. Burger was a bit cold but I've tasted above average. My issue came when I was leaving the establishment. As I walked out the door, the worker stocking the salad bar stopped what her was doing and picked his nose. With his gloves on. And then proceeded to continue to stock the food. No joke, I vomited in the parking lot. I ate at the salad bar not 20 minutes prior. Seriously the most disgusting thing I've ever seen at a restaurant. I'm queazy just thinking about it. It can only be assumed that if the standards for the workers at the salad bar are that low, then the kitchen is operating on the same level of uncleanliness. Safe to say I will never be stepping foot into that building ever again, and I advise that you don't either. Also never ever eat at the Taco Bell on south 8th street in Moorhead. I think I'd rather eat the booger salad at ruby Tuesdays than that garbage pit.

The food is usually quite good however if you're dining and want to have a conversation this is not the place because the music is usually so loud that you're unable to have a conversation with anyone at your table. Several tables around us had the same complaint.you might want to avoid the salad bar it would never pass the basic sanitation inspections..

Service was not good. I asked the server what was good and she responded.. Do u need more time to look through the menu and made a Scene next to us saying sorry it took so long , implying I was wasting her time. Ordered the ribeye steak. Toughest steak I have ever had. Pretty sure it was a New York cut but the green beans and salad bar were good.

The shrimp appetizer was way beyond fresh anymore. I know what bad seafood is. Sirloin steak was an inexpensive cut of meat. Sinewy. Won't be back.

My husband and I stopped in late one weekday evening since we were in the area. I usually try avoid chain restaurants, but I was very happy we tried Ruby Tuesday. The salad bar was of excellent quality and a good variety. I had the coconut shrimp and steak entree. The shrimp was the best I had inland, and the steak was very tender.

Very poor brunch. Expensive, and very limited options. I am normally impressed with the lunch and dinner options. Brunch = fail.

I wasn't super keen to go here for dinner, since I find their lunch menu lacking, but I was pleasantly surprised. The menu was large and had many appealing items. It was hard for me to choose just one. The food was good, too, and a little more outside the typical restaurant-chain menu. The salad bar wasn't as great or as big as I had anticipated or experienced at other RT locations. I was looking for more non-typical salad options (fruit, pudding, etc) and they didn't have much of that. We were seated immediately but then sat and waited. By the time Lexi came over, we were ready to place our entire order. Lexi wasn't our intended server - we never knew who that was - but Lexi saw us waiting and swooped in to help. She also comped our meals 50% due to the wait, which was unasked for and appreciated. I'll be back, in large part due to the service Lexi provided.

Service is always excellent. I come here especially when the coupons are floating around. BEST salad bar in town (quality) not volume. I usually get the 2 mini burgers with a salad bar. We also visit after 9 for the half price apps which are very good. Our favorite is thai phon chicken tneders. yummy and healthy!
