The Sunday brunch buffet was perfect! So much variety and always fully stocked of delicious foods. The cinnamon rolls were without a doubt the most glorious things I have ever eaten. Service was also amazing.

The Sunday brunch is decent. The restaurant is in a hotel and feels like it is in the central walk paths of the hotel. The service was good. The coffee tastes like I committed some sort of crime and my punishment is to drink.

Had the lunch choice of the Salmon and Risotto. One of the best salmon dishes that I've ever had. Combination of juicy salmon, cheesy rice, flavorful tomatoes and awesome pesto was an explosion of flavor! Would definitely have it again!

Just had Easter Brunch. Are a mediocre Buffett that was filled with limited options and over cooked food. Didn't realize it was $25 per person!! Wouldn't have paid $25 for both of us! Complete rip off. The food is one step above a Golden Corral.

Well...they're ten for ten...decent upscale ambiance...semi attentive servers, and as for the food quality one to ten...i can only give a shoulder shrug with a "Meh..you know"... had the Coconut Shrimp which came out with a consistency of cardboard with a ton of breading - bloated me up like Fat Bastard from The Spy Who Shagged Me...after only two bites I had to quit... then I attempted the Asian Lettuce Wraps which had a nice presentation BUT the lettuce was WILTED and the after taste left a lot to be desired. The waiter was given Explicit direction to Please bring out EXTRA CRISPY fries for my guest - when the fries came out the waiter seemed pissed-off that he had to bring them back to the kitchen due to the fries being UNDER DONE... Every time that Ive sworn I would never go back...I find my way back...to find the same old thing...Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and so far the dining room has let me down each and every time...Its a Shame...

B A D A S S F O O D Where do I begin? Oh, at the beginning. So I am in Bismark at a Kelley Inn for a night during my road trip. I need a good meal, not just Happy Hour and apps, so this in house restaurant looks promising. I start with the Tomato basil soup, which DID NOT taste like it came from a freezer bag from Sysco. Smooth, slightly chunky, and FLAVORFUL. Then, my entree..... Real garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a center cut pork chop which was seasoned with Montreal seasoning, and smothered in a mushroom demi glaze that makes my mouth water just thinking about it. DAMN!! Perfect flavor, perfect portion,perfect timing, perfect booth in the bar, and perfect pinot grigo to go with it. Ya, it was perfect. Well, the food was. However , my server appeared to be untrained and unsure of herself. Checking your cell phone at the end of the bar in my view, Really? Someone PLEASE train this girl, she has potential. My other issue was that the entire bar and attached restaurant needed a deep deep cleaning. Hire a special cleaning crew 4 times a year! Please. The best part was yet to come: after dinner, I slipped into my swimsuit and hit the salt water hot tub. Total Bliss!!!!! B A D B A D A S S F O O D !!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly and attentive wait staff. We had Jeff as out waiter and he was spectacular! We came for mothers day and enjoyed every second. Food was excellent made perfect to our request. Our first time ever to the restaurant and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you to all the wait staff for making this mothers day one to remeber! Highly recommend eating here!

One of the most over-priced mediocre meals I've eaten in a long time. The service was S-L-O-W and not very attentive. When our food took almost an hour to come out, the server checked in once after 40 minutes to let us know it was 'almost' ready. My salad was supposed to come with a variety of toppings including corn and black beans. There were so few that I could literally count them. It was supposed to come with quinoa, I think there was maybe a tablespoon throughout the whole salad. We had a toddler with us and so once we ate needed to get out of there so didn't get a chance to speak to management but we definitely wouldn't go again next time we are in Bismarck.

Minervas is the "It" place to have brunch in Bismarck! Visited Minervas on a Sunday morning with a friend, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide array of goodies from waffles, omelets (made to order), a variety of meats (bacon, sausage, etc.), salad bar, dessert bar, etc. Service was friendly, and there wasn't much of a wait. The inside is pretty spacious! This is a great restaurant for people of all ages due to its diner-ish quality. Plus, there's AC inside. A restaurant with AC always scores points in my book. Only complaint? Weak coffee!

I have been to the other locations of this chain in Sioux Falls, SD as well as in Rapid City, SD and I loved them! This location, on the other hand, was far from meeting my expectations. The other locations that I have visited have been GREAT, classy, amazing service, and absolutely mouth watering-delicious food. Upon entering the Minervas in Bismarck I immediately noticed that it seemed to have a casual dining feel. The ambiance I'd expect from an outdated Perkins, not a Minveras. My server was attentive and very nice but everything else was lacking. The other locations I have visited have an amazing salad bar, this place had no salad bar. The quality of our food was something I'd have expected from a Perkins as well. The portions were pretty small, our steak was terribly cooked ordered to be medium and it came out actually burnt black on one side, we ordered loaded mashed potatoes and came out just regular potatoes, this was definitely not the Minervas that I'm use to dining at. Overall I would never eat here again. I gave this place 2 stars because my pasta wasn't terrible, it wasn't what I would have expected from a Minervas but perhaps it would have been what I should have expected walking into a hotel restaurant that looked like a Perkins. We didn't complain or mention our dissatisfaction to anyone while we were dining, instead just decided that I made a poor choice of restaurant to go to for our night in town. At any rate, the prices are high and the quality of food is low we won't return to this location EVER but I will definitely be bringing my boyfriend to a location in Sioux Falls or Rapid City for redemption.

Not bad. And they have Sunday brunch! The brunch buffet was actually pretty decent. The selection was good and they had a guy making fresh omelets and waffles. The salmon and baked goods were also good and made in-house. The rest of the food however, tasted too much like stuff that comes out of a package/jar. Coffee was not good. The restaurant is inside a hotel and the place is pretty darkly lit. Service was not bad but it was not good either.

We heard good things about the food....we didn't get enough service to confirm though. We arrived and were seated. Waitress brought us waters...10 minutes later, nothing. We decided to order to go since it seemed it'd be a wait. We got to the front desk and it appeared to be a server's social going on. They took my order...we ordered a burger and a Chicago dip sandwich. 25 minutes later NOTHING! I had a crying infant, friends waiting on us, finally I cancelled my order. The waitress had an attitude about it like it was my fault. HELLO! I am the customer! I won't ever go back, I can spend my money elswhere (because it's not cheap there either) where it's appreciated.

All I've had here is the prime rib, but it was cooked perfectly. They didn't bring me traditional au jus, instead I got what tasted like au jus with the consistency of steak sauce. It was delicious. The restaurant itself is dimly lit and romantic. A great place for some quiet dinning with someone special. The service is well trained, helpful, and prompt.

Ive been here a few times, and it's always okay. But last night, I ordered the lettuce wrap appetizer for my whole meal, and I really loved it. It' chicken, onions, carrots in a spicey Asian sauce served with big leafs of butter (?) lettuce. I ordered a glass of pineapple juice blended with a splash of grenadine to go with it (my own recipe), and the bar mixed it up just fine. I'm looking forward to repeating that meal.

Yes, I ate here. I was here on business and its a good solid place to eat in town. The salads are very good. Cant speak to much else will be going back when I am back in town. So lets see how it goes.

If you like a place that is very quiet, romantic and good food, this place is the best option you'll have. The place has a romantic feeling and very classy. The service was good, friendly staffs. The food is the main highlight of this visit. The food will make you feel special as well. They serve the food with class. I love going back to this place. Nice place also for a fine dining experience.
