This is the restaurant down by the riverside just as you are heading out of town. I have stopped there with my daughter a couple of times. The first time we went there the food was really delicious. I had the "Pork Chunks" or Carnitas and my daughter had Chicken Breast with Cheese Sauce. The dinners come with rice, beans and salad. The rice was a yellow saffron rice as opposed to the usual red Mexican rice at other places. The beans come in a cup on the side and were not refried and were delicious. We were very happy with our food. My daughter also ordered a fruit smoothie and it was yummy. The lady that works in there is very friendly. We sat out on the enclosed porch/patio area. You can see the river behind the restaurant. The restaurant seems to be an old house that was converted to a restaurant. The only thing that I would mention is that this might not be suitable if you have a handicapped person in your party, because the only bathrooms are upstairs. I will be posting a few pictures of the restaurant and of the food we ordered.
