Chenille, a friendly cat, greets you at the front or back entrance. The innkeepers are friendly and welcoming, with a desire to cater to vegans upon request. We got special vegan cookies and a tofu scramble for breakfast. But one of our meals contained honey, of which we learned after it was served. Elegant in its decor, the house was slightly drafty and creaky as per its age. I had a delightful time this past winter and would look forward to returning.

Bed and Breakfast in the city of Pittsboro , N.C. It was built in 1912 across the street from a cemetary . Never stayed across the street from a cemetery.... not sure I liked it. The room was clean and the ladies were extremely nice and friendly!! But the main thing here is that the room was ok, and to their defense the other rooms were nicer than mine, and they did not have the "cemetery view" ! I also was a bit disappointed in the breakfast . I have usually been to places that serve fantastic home cooked meals. To me that is the best experience of a "Bed and Breakfast" The breakfast here featured vegetarian meats and frozen potatoes. I was not a fan as I would have liked a meal "freshly made"
