My wife and I usually eat at Peach Tree frozen Yogurt but tonight we went to Sweet Frog. It was one of the w orste experiences we've had at an eatery. The place was dirty, there was no one out at the counter. We had to wait to pay for the yogurt because it took at least that long for someone to come out. Then one of the employees boyfriends came in and actually went behind the counter and kissed his girlfriend. Then another person came in whom I am guessing is another employee and the three started having a loud and unprofessional conversation. On top of all this once I dug into my froyo I realized that most of the fruit in it was overly ripe and the granola was stale. Will not be returning here.

Stopped by here (Jacksonville location) for a birthday dessert with my family; it was okay. Pro: My yogurt wasn't too bad. Cons: The yogurt flavors and toppings were a little on the messy side and it felt a little cramped. Fella working the cash register didn't look thrilled to be there. Parking was a little cramped, even with a compact car. I'm not that impressed and I don't see myself coming back here; I'd rather go to the Sweet Frog that's in Fayetteville (That's a much bigger storefront and I have family there.), or to the Fuzzy Peach in either Richlands or Wilmington (At least I know both stores are very clean.).

Review for the Jacksonville location only. All the others I've been too get 5 stars. 2nd time I've been to the location and both times there has been cleanliness issues, which is so far from true for the other Sweet Frogs. 1st visit there was a weird smell, melted froyo in the dispenser trays from misses that needed to be wiped up, rogue toppings spilt on the counter. I thought it might have just been a bad day... We all have those. 2nd time: smell was gone, but there was still melted froyo, sample cups left on the trays if the dispensers (ummm... Gross!!), and the toppings were spilt. Also, this location is waaayyy smaller than the others I've been to. So much smaller in fact it appears they have a reduced toppings selection.

Sweet Frog has the best-tasting froyo in the area. My husband and I are 100% addicted to this place and visit frequently (and by frequently, I mean sometimes we will go 3 days in a row). They have 12 flavors at a time that stay pretty consistent. My favorites are Peanut Butter, Cheesecake, Cookies N Cream, and Cake Batter. They also have a variety of toppings, including soft cookie dough balls. My only two qualms with this place are that the customer service is spotty and they don't have cheesecake bites. There is one girl there, whom I believe is the store manager, who is super nice and accommodating. The rest of the staff doesn't look too excited to be working. TIPS: This location has outdoor seating (cute pink and green beach chairs along the sidewalk). They have small, large, and extra large cups. Taste cups are by the toppings bar. Sweet Frog has an app where you play a game to earn reward points towards a free yogurt. If you plan to frequent this shop, ask for a punch card.

Awesome place to come on a hot day or whenever to get some refreshing cold treats. Fairly clean establishment, friendly staff, and good selection that they switch up every so often. Decently priced as well.
