Great food, great price, good service. Always enjoy my meals here! My last meal was the sweet heat chicken and shrimp and I wanted to shake the cooks hand. Best meal deal in the 'ville.

Heard all the folks rave about it and was not impressed. Service was non-existent and regardless of what anyone tells you the food is not that good. Yet another chain restaurant in a town where everyone loves chain restaurants. Eat local if you can help it.

Only been here once, but really enjoyed the food. Sat at the bar where service was decent. The mixed drinks were pretty disappointing. After I ordered one of their seemingly nice signature mixed, I was disappointed to watch the "bartender" pull out a plastic jug of my pre-mixed drink :-/. That was the only downside of the meal. Got chips and queso...definitely add the beef to the queso. Also got the Cajun pasta which was amazing. Of all the kinda standard corporate restaurants in Fayetteville, this is one of my favorites.

Ok so I have eaten at this restaurant in so many different locations and it never disappoints. Everything on the menu is great! They have good drinks and great prices. This place is great for lunch, dinner, social gatherings or just a hangout with your friends. If you want good restaurant style food but save a little money in the process. This is the place to go. Don't forget the croissants!!!!

I use to work here. Always loved the food. My favorite meals are the steak and rib combo. Tenders and ribs. Key-west chicken and the Dijon chicken. The burgers are equally as tasty. I may be little biased though so don't take my word completely. Drinks from the bar can be hit or miss mainly because of the portions Cheddar's recommends. That's 0 reflection on the bartenders as that's their job.

Tried Cheddar's while in town visiting family. Prices were amazingly reasonable, especially considering the quality. Food was good, although I didn't care for the corn off the cob. The honey buttered croissants are delicious (I had four of them). Service was struggling due to the crowds, but they seemed to be trying their best so no reason to hold it against them since it was a Friday evening on payday in a military town and everyone was out looking for a good meal.

Best menu prices! The ranch dressing is to die for. Our waiters name was Paul & he was great!

2nd time eating at Cheddars the food was great. Had the honey Dijon chicken with mushrooms

Three words: baked potato soup. The soup was seasoned perfectly, and had just the right amount of bacon, potato, and cheese to make it thick and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the wait staff was friendly, and very well informed on what they had to offer to eat. The prices were much lower then we expected, and the food was worth every penny if not more. We will definitely be back!!!

One of Fayetteville cheapest restaurants. I stopped in for a drink and was surprised at the service and the welcoming attitude. I would come back again for the price and the service.

Yum!!!! Food was great and so were the prices. First time I've been to a restaurant were they had decent paper napkins. Onion rings were delicious. Will be going back.

Been here Sooo many times and I'm never disappointed. Great food and so many options to fit everyone's needs. They literally have everything from chicken and waffles to amazing catfish dinner plates. They have an awesome fish tank which keeps the little ones attentions. For all the food you get the prices are really inexpensive compared to other restaurants in the area.

I had the country fried steak with mash potatoes and green beans. I also had an appetizer of the Nachos and Queso with ground beef. First, the appetizer comes with a yellow chesse and salsa. Definitely get it with beef. This was absolutely amazing for the simple dish that it is. The country fried steak was the beef version and I really wanted the chicken so thats on me. The steak was above average. The mash potatoes are terrific but the green beans are the big wax kind so not a fan. Prices are very reasonable. I was here at 5:00 on a Tuesday and they were not very busy but there is plenty of room.

I just can't pick a favorite dish because everything I ever ate here is delicious! The chicken fried chicken is crispy AND juicy... The monte Christo sandwich is a mouthwatering flavor explosion .. And don't get me started on the flaky hot butter croissants and the croissant bread pudding ! The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service that you will find at cheddars!

Love the food, love the prices and LOVE the drinks! There has been many times we have left a restaurant and went straight to Cheddars just for drinks.

My first time here and love the cute little card that the waitresses put down. It's a little set of introduction to include their favorite Cheddar. I'm not sure about their gratuity percentages at the bottom of the check but ok. The server was ok, she got mad when I asked for sweet tea again even though that was my original drink. Maybe it was because it was an hour prior to closing. The restaurant is big but could use a little up keep. The booth we were in had huge tips on the benches. I understand they were getting ready to close for the night but I really don't want to see someone use the same broom they just swept food from the ground with use it on the benches. Food was ok. I did fall in love with the honey butter croissants.

Finally decided to try and really have to suggest you forgo. We waited for fifteen minutes after being seated and ignored before we left. I also noticed that the health code rating was 91.5. I spoke to the manager and he made an effort to keep us, but it was too late.

So I can't give this place anything higher than three stores. The food is ok, the service is a hit or a miss, the atmosphere in the restaurant is really nice (I love those big fans). I first wanna say that Fayetteville doesn't have many options of satisfactory places to eat. The bigger cities in NC have 4 star worthy tried and true" places to eat. (I my tried and true restaurants are places that I know I can go to and find something decent to eat. PF, Cheesecake Factory, The Pit to name a few). So this is my Fayetteville tried and true and I will detail why below. The food is ok. It's not bad, but it's nothing I would go screaming about. When they first opened I was not a fan. The waitstaff was horrible and the food was playing the same tune. Now it seems as if they've gotten the hang of things. When I go to a restaurant and I'm clueless as to what to eat I always get chicken tenders and french fries (My cousin HATES when I do this, but I can be very pick and ten times wasteful if I don't like something. So I usually get somethings thats so hard to mess up). So the tenders here are oversized, I normally get full off one but that could be because I'm sharing this stomach with someone else. I've never had an issue with the tenders either. I've tried the chicken Alfredo (when they first opened) and it was disgusting, so I've never tried it again. What am I absolutely a fan of?? The broccoli and cheese casserole. Its soooo good but they only give you like a spoonful. I've also tried the lemon pepper chicken and some of my friend's salmon. The salmon was surprisingly good very well while my chicken was overcooked. (The mashed potatoes are yummy and so are the croissants that are at the very bottom of the menu) I anticipate that the other reviews are so high because what you get for the price you pay is really good. But food quality isn't all that. It's a tried and true for Fayetteville because I'm sure to find something here that I'll eat because the menu is so endless.

I thoroughly enjoyed this visit. The server was very attentive and the meal was good. I had the baked potato soup. I was impressed. It was very flavorful. The only down side was the lighting. I could not see a thing. They were out of bulbs to replace the light. But no matter. It was a good dining experience.

OK place for a quick sit down meal. There are better places in Fayetteville but I would go back if I was tired of them.

Went there for my friend's birthday lunch. Ordered the tilapia with mango salsa. It was very good but after couple bites I noticed a fruit sticker mixed with the salsa, It kinda lost my appetite. We notified the manager and she made me another plate to go. She was very apologetic and very nice. I'd come back again.

  • Ashly G.

I feel like it used to be better. I ordered the country fried steak w potatoes and broccoli casserole. The sides were cold but the steak came out hot. Maybe they plated too soon? Service was fine albeit a little awkward. I think they may have been training a new staff as there was a table directly next to us with several employees seated and socializing. May or may not be back. Guess it'll depend on how bored I am with all the other restaurants in fay.

Cheddars give you big portions. I like the cajun pasta, the rib & steak entrees, & the croissants w/honey & butter ( melts in your mouth).

Thanks to my great Yelp family, we came upon the reviews for Cheddar's and decided it was the place to go while in the area. All I can say is "Cheddar's why don't you come to Raleigh???" Great prices on great food, large menu, great service and nice atmosphere. PS you have go to try the butter croissant's are wonderful!

My family and I come here often. Food is always delicious and you can't beat the price. We never look at menu and always get the fish tacos with mango salsa! Cocktails are great too!

The first visit. Took 6 minutes after being seated to be acknowledged by anyone. Then forgot my wife's soup in the back. Thought it was a glitch. Came back and never got a server at all. The bartender actually noticed us waiting for a long time and he subsequently took our orders. Then forgot my wife's side dish again in the back.

    (2)
  • Everett N.

The server was gracious and had a good sense of humor. The menu is acceptable. The drinks didn't taste the best, kinda watered down and flat. The spinach dip was so so, you could tell it had been frozen at some point prior as a result of the watery nature of it but, it had a good flavor I liked the lack of artichokes in it. There was a table next to us that sat dirty the entire time we were here. My salmon lacked flavor and was over cooked. The broccoli and cheese dish was cold. The red beans and rice are ok.

Delicious Meal I had the New Orleans Pasta and the cheese bites definitely a thumbs up for me. A great price for the food that is given and the Catfish is very goood..

This place is pretty good I don't recommend the Mac and cheese but everything else was great. The drinks are bomb to.

The first time I ate here I got food poisoning, but I waited a year and went back. I decided eh what the heck maybe it's better. I went back and it wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. But last night takes the cake at one of the worst experiences I've had. We were seated and they weren't quite super busy yet, but it took about 20 minutes to even have our server come and take our drink orders or acknowledge us at all. After she took our drink orders, it took another 15 to get our drinks. They were simple drinks like lemonade and 2 beers from a bottle. She sat those down and walked away. She didn't bring a kids cup for the 3 year old our friends had with us. So he couldn't even drink his juice because it didn't have a lid on it and could have spilled it everywhere. Then she came back and we ordered our appetizer and than came back after that about 10 minutes later we ordered....so we waited. The guys finished their beers, and still a few more minutes went on by. Our server came to the table and said oh your appetizer and crescents will be up soon. The table next to us who got seated after us got their crescents before us, and not just a few minutes before like I mean 10 or so minutes before...so hm. And then our appetizer finally came out with our food, so it was pointless. Not to mention the onion rings were under cooked. Both of the guys got pasta that had been sitting under a heat lamp for well over an hour, so it tasted awful. The cheese and pasta were old you could tell. My friend had ordered her child something from the kids menu, and wasn't told it didn't come with a side, but she ordered a side with it. And didn't get the side, so she told the server that and the server argued with her that well it doesn't come with one. But she had still ordered it, so she should have just brought it out. So we asked for the side to come out as well. And then she asked for no mayo on her sandwich and they put it on anyway so it had to be sent back and took over 30 minutes for them to bring it back out. I had a sandwich that is fried, called the monte cristo, it was awful. I've had it from them before but this time it was undercooked or something. The breading was soft and soggy, and the meat inside was off tasting like almost as if it were bad. The broccoli I got was soggy and definitely not edible. And once we got our food we also had to wait for silverware. It took 15 minutes to be given silverware and than we were told they were out of silverware and they just gave us forks that she had been touching with her hands and that were in her apron. So basically we had to use wipes to disinfect silverware that was being carried in an apron. Servers aprons get spilled on and money carried in them and everything else, so that's disgusting. And none of us got knives. And there were 5 of us, we only got 4 forks. The experience was terrible. We were comped our meals, which was nice but we won't be going back. Our server never once apologized and really seemed uninterested in our table as a whole. She didn't stick around if we were asking for multiple things, and forgot most of it. She also tried to charge my friend for her sons side even though she never did even up bringing out to him. We had to have the manager over to get it taken off because the server argued with her about it. Terrible. And really shows the lack of training their staff has.

We usually go to the bar area to eat cause it's faster and better service. Our main drink was the pain killer.. That drink is good.. It's not even that strong.. It's perfect.. I recommend you try it...

Service at this location is not as good. Depends on when you go. Our waiter failed to take away our dirty dishes, leaving them on the table as we ate. The croissants were dry and stale but he brought some more. The lemon whitefish was delicious however. I will say this. The managers came and talked to us and we're very polite. Our waiter was nice and improved.

Absolutely love their food, but customer service is terrible. I had reservations on a Tuesday night at 7:30 for 7 people. I arrived at 7pm and waited 45 minutes for a table. The funny part was that whole section was empty. As we waited for our food (which took about an hour) my drink was empty approximately 45 minutes before I was given a refill. When our food came the server confused a few of my friends who got food to go. As a result, one of my friends had a styrofoam box as her plate. As if that wasn't bad enough, they didn't have any rolled silverware so we were forced to eat with plastic forks and knives. My sister who ordered steak wanted some A1 sauce and after 4 different attempts asking 4 different servers within 30 minutes still no sauce and her steak went cold. Also my salmon was served with a nice strand of hair on it. The ONLY reason I gave it any stars is because someone from the back came out and apologized for the food they served me and even remade my sister's steak. Plus the previous times I came to Cheddars the food was always great. The manager didn't even come by the table and our party was in there for a good 3 and a half hours. In my opinion, they could do better.

I've been meaning to visit Chedder's but it was never a priority so I was glad a friend suggested we go there for lunch. Interior is nice, and it was quite spacious. We were immediately seated, but perplexingly near the bar where we were a server's only table. Flagging them down was annoying, but they were sweet when they did come check up on us. The food was good, my burger and fries were hot. My only gripe was that we had to ask for napkins and utensils since the host didn't give us any. Eating a burger is not a dainty affair so two bites in and grease was all over my fingers and mouth. Nevertheless, small issue on service. Food was good and well priced, and the ambiance was nice.

Ok so I have been waiting for the right opportunity to go check out Cheddar's. I had never managed to motivate myself to go in Dallas (we had one right down the street), but after listening to all the hooplah about the one here in fayetteville and reading all the horror stories about bad service and horrible management I was more than willing to go when my daughter and son-in-law suggested it for lunch this afternoon. We arrived at around 11:30 and for a Saturday it was filling up fast and there were plenty of people already there. But we were seated as soon as we got there and the hostess was very nice and asked if we preferred a booth or a table and in fact showed us the table and asked if this would do. She had someone bring a high chair immediately for the grand baby. I LOVE the decor in there it is very nice. Our waitress (also very nice) came along and gave us menus, took our drink order and appetizer order, brought out the drinks and said the appetizers would be along shortly. She also asked if we were ready to order now, and that she would wait until she delivered the appetizers before she placed the meal order so we would have time to enjoy the appetizers. In a mater of a few minutes the Texas Cheese Fries arrived and the Chips and Cheese dip with beef and both were very fresh and tasty. She checked on us often, drinks stayed re-filled and she was very attentive without being annoying or hovering. She came and took plates away and announced that the meal would be along shortly. From seating to eating the meal was about 25 minutes, NO issues no concerns everything was PERFECT! Ok so lets discard all the BS with people whining and complaining because For the price, this meal in front of me cannot be beat in Fayetteville. Everywhere has an off day, it is really hard to keep good employees that have work as hard as servers have to and I am sure Cheddar's is not all perfect every day. Am I just lucky? Not usually. I will go a few more times and update this accordingly. but lets recap a minute... Appetizers... Excellent Drinks.......Excellent Cornmeal Catfish.... very tasty the diner said they enjoyed it very much. (photo attached) Double Decker Club.... Very good the diner brought half of it home because he was full after the appetizers. (photo attached) Three Cheese Hickory Burger... Very good the diner only made it 2/3 of the way through it because it was a good size and came with a lot of fries. (photo attached) Steak and RIbs combo... Let me say the ribs were delicious, the steak was good and tasted like it was marinated in lime juice it was a thin steak but very good, the coleslaw was good, the broccoli and cheese casserole was a little dry and tasted ok but I would try something else next time. Again Steak and ribs for $13.99?? And I plan on re-heating ( I brought home over half of it ) for dinner tonight. Where you gonna get this? It was a very nice meal(s) for $13.99 (photo attached) Bottom line I saw a parade of servers in there, they are certainly not understaffed and I watched the other diners in there and NOT ONE PERSON seemed unhappy or upset or looked like they waited for food or anything else. I will definitely go again and I do recommend you go try it at least once, but remember most new places have to get their rhythm going so cut them some slack. If you went and had bad service, get your food to go. Problem solved. The food is good and cheap too! *** went back Tuesday April 10 6PM waited 20 min for a table perfectly acceptable; sat in the bar section in a booth (comfortable), Appetizer Excellent; Food was Steak and ribs, loaded baked potato Excellent; dinner companion had steak and chicken strips with fries Excellent; service EXCELLENT. Got lucky twice? No way. **** Note: As we left a couple were also leaving, the woman said: "I feel bad about not tipping, but we did not get our food" ?? Not sure what that was about.***

Upon continued visits; I have come to find that the left side of the building is for rookies.. Avoid that section like the PLAGUE especially if there is a large party sat at either corner! Sad that the waitstaff will neglect a smaller table thinking the bigger one will guarantee a better tip. (From personal exp as a server this isn't always true). I'm usually a good tipper but when I have to ask the hosts and other servers to bring what my server should have, THATS an issue. None the less I'll return. Next time I'll just be sure to ask to be seated in the big unnecessary fan section.

Poor food, poor service, decent drinks. Went here with in-laws -- none of the appetizers were good. The salmon was ok, ribs were ok, steak was ok. Waitress never cleared table -- we ended up stacking things for her to clear

I have been to Cheddars a few times, each time there is about a 15-30 minute wait. I generally don't mind waiting but there isn't much space with the way the building is set up so every few minutes your having to scoot over to let somebody squeeze past. Last time I went apparently they were backed up in the kitchen so we ordered an appetizer and our waiter brought out extra chips. We thought he was being super nice but then he explained to use the hold up in the kitchen... but oh well at least he thought about us. Overall the food was pretty good, they tend to pretty much soak anything that's fried in batter. I had the fried shrimp and had to end up pulling half of the "fried" part off b/c it was way too much. It's fairly new so I believe they are still working the kinks out but overall it's a good place for a nice family dinner. Oh I don't like that they make you pay for bread, like 1.99 for 3 croissant rolls. That's crazy bread should be free at restaurants!!

This is good place to eat as far as atmosphere, price, and portion size. Being a new restaurant the service was pretty poor. By poor I mean inexperienced waitresses and hostesses. It wasn't busy but the waitress messed up order pretty bad. I'll give it another shot because I like that they serve foods and portion sizes for folks who watch there food consumption.

  • Ed G.

Had to change tables due to lighting issues. Appetizers came out at the end of the meal. One dinner came out cold and took 30 minutes for replacement food to arrive by which time the other people in the party had finished their meals. Need to coordinate better.

My favorites are the World Class Chicken Sandwich and New Orleans Pasta. The garlic bread isn't that great and could have cooked longer. Reminds me of pepperidge farms.

Surprisingly good for Fayetteville! Large portions at decent prices and good service. The onion rings appetizers was huge and really tasty. House salad and croissant was fresh and tasty. The steak and ribs combo was ok (it's better at Texas Roadhouse, but of course it costs more there), my salmon was ok (it's better at Luigis). My skinny margarita was tasty. We will be back, and make sure we save room for dessert next time!

  • Perry S.

They only had about 5 table tops when first arriving, they put me and my guest at a dirty table even though they had probably 35 tables with no one there that were clean. They do have good professional service though. Ordered spinach dip, a little runny but not too bad. Alcohol drinks are very weak, but what do you expect with a corporate chain. Entrée was excellent though. For pork ribs, they do an amazing job with them... The server suggested the grilled shrimp, and she was dead on about it, seasoning was dead on... Overall, pretty good food for a decent price.

Soo this place was ok...the bathrooms were trashed and the floors in the bar area were trashed! If this is how the restaurant looks , I don't wanna know how the kitchen us!! It's like there's no one checking the cleanliness...don't think I'll be back here.

I am pretty impressed by this place. My bf wanted to try for a while and we finally made it there. I would never thought I'd like it, but I do. From the name it seemed like any other chain restaurant, but the menu item and the food is actually pretty good. I actually enjoy their food very much and will definitely choose them over other big chain restaurant like Friday's or Applebee's. The waitress was super nice, too.

Horrible lunch time experience yesterday. Waiter was thoroughly confused. A lot of us didn't been get our food and were comped.

To start, my rasperry lemonaid with strawberries in it was the BEST drink I have ever had! If i return to this resteraunt, it will be for this drink alone. Also, our waitress was kind and the price was reasonable. On the down side, our food took a long time, and our order then came out wrong. My husband and I left after sending our food back and only eating an antree and having our drinks (which mine was so good!) but we were not offered any promotion or incentive to return. The manager was too busy to come out of the back. I do not believe we will return.

Ok if you like bad food and perplexed wait staff then by all means go. First, I inquired about combining two menu items and it took 45 mins to get an approval from "management". How many staff does it take to order? Literally 3. The waiter came out 3 times to confirm my order and the manager 2 times to clarify. Then some random person to tell me the total. I got 1/4 oz of steak (supposedly medium well) but it was well and a burnt salmon. Whew, had I not been with someone who traveled 1 hour to meet me I would have left hungry. But, I stayed. Why? I don't know I thought I was going to get good service. NOT! The food was horrible. After the meal I expressed my disapproval with the waiter he said sorry come back and see us now. REALLY -___-

  • Christopher W.

We ate dinner there last night. The place was packed, with a line, but the 30 minute wait turned out to be only 10 minutes. The waitstaff were friendly and efficient. Better than expected! The "one-at-a-time" brewed ice tea was recommended, and was really good. We had salads with chicken (grilled and crispy). The lettuce was reasonably fresh, chicken well prepared, and proportions very generous. We would go there again.

I have been to cheddars four times now and every time, I say I won't go back. I have been asked about my experience and food quality. My response is invariably service issues. I will say that the food quality and value is good but if you can't get the food to the table in a timely fashion it's no good. Then if you need anything such as extra sauces, butter, drink refills, you don't get it until the food is cold or you have completed your meal. Our party waited yesterday for twenty minutes for takeout containers and our checks.

  • Johnathan H.

How?? How is it possible to serve such a large amount of great food for so little?? Even the service is good. I don't understand how they make any money, but I do understand why the place is PACKED all the time. Anybody going through withdrawals from a lack of a Rainforest Cafe will definitely appreciate this place. We ordered appetizers, drinks, lunch and dessert. Wasn't even $50 for three people. It's hard not to go every weekend.

Great food and its SO cheap! Even their alcohol is cheap. You can get a great cocktail for $3-$5. It's amazing. Service has consistently been fast and polite. My favorite dish is chicken pot pie. It's honestly one of the best I've had from a restaurant.

Waited an hour and a half and still didn't didn't get called for our table. We ended up getting our food to go after wasting most of our evening waiting around. Ridiculous.

I went back to Cheddars. Had to wait about 30 minutes for a table this time. Ordered a Triple Treat appetizer - nachos, cheese sticks and tater skins - and a burger, plain, mustard on the side, with a side of broc/cheese casserole. Waited 30 minutes and they brought out a burger with fries, no broc/cheese. Said they would put it back "keep it warm for me". Uh no. 15 minutes later, they brought it back out, with an appetizer, just cheese sticks. Try again. 15 minute later the server came out and said they had made my appetizer wrong so it would be a few more minutes. 20 minutes. Then they brought it out, still not what I had ordered, but close enought. 5 minutes later, they brought out my burger and a bowl of heat lamp burned broc/cheese. Come on guys... you can do better! The food is good though.

Tried Cheddars when it first opened, food was very salty... Returned a few weeks later for another try.... With the same results... There will not be another visit...

Good, American menu with a semi casual atmosphere. The broccoli cheese casserole was fine, the fries were excellently crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the highlight by far was the fresh honey butter croissant. Yum!

It was our first visit, and enjoyed a wonderful experience. The onion rings are outstanding. So was everything that our party of 4 had. Three of us had burgers cooked perfectly(jalapeno, mushroom & swiss, and smokehouse). Our other person had the Cajun Pasta-also enjoyed immensely We highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice place with pretty good wait staff. Usually super busy on the weekends but once you get in the staff are great. Food is really good, tried the chicken and waffles for the first time and it was great. Really love the prices, very affordable.

This place is awesome! Refreshing to see a restaurant that really makes the food from "Scratch" rather than open a bag and drop it in the fryer. The building is very nice and with a touch of class on the inside really makes this place stand out. The bar is separated from the dining area by a very large aquarium filled with saltwater fish. Very nice touch. The appetizers, meals and desserts are very well priced for what you get. Most and I do mean MOST meals are under $10 with a few exceptions such at a full rack of ribs being $13.99. Hands down this place is the biggest bang for your buck. The desserts are a really good way to end the meal. If you're like me that just wants a bite or two of a something sweet I recommend the "Dessert Shots" perfect size to curb the sweet. This is my new favorite place in Fayetteville. Get in while you can because once word of this place gets out it's gonna be packed all the time. Now what's for lunch...?

Road trippin' back to RI from FL, we yelped a place to eat because we wanted the best traditional faire our locale had to offer.. Cheddars did NOT disappoint... To our delight all of the food is fresh and made from scratch! The chicken and waffles seem to have been made by the food lord himself!!! I am so glad I took the 15 minute adventure to find this place!!! Since we are at the bar I would be remiss if I failed to mention the great service we received from Danielle, I'm not sure she was even aware of yelp that's what made her service even more appreciated ....

Excellent dining experience! Inexpensive, great food, great service. It never disappoints. Even during the busiest times we've somehow never had to wait for a table. We went here on a friend's recommendation and became regulars soon afterwards. It's family friendly and they have something for everyone.

My husband and I tried this place on a whim after deciding we'd pretty much eaten at every restaurant Fayetteville has to offer. I was pleasantly surprised because a) the food is great b) service is great c) prices aren't ridiculous! I foresee many future visits to this establishment.

Today was our first time dining at Cheddar's. The atmosphere was wonderful. It wasn't crowed at all. The portions were a great size for the price we paid. I was impressed by this. Our server, Darielle was very friendly and made sure that we were alright. She was great! We will definitely be going back.

I had the fried catfish; the lunch portion; which was suppose to be 3 pieces but it was 5. It was absolutely delicious. Everyone's food was good, BUT the Service was Horrible. It took 10 minutes to get our drinks, and after another 10 minutes we finally had to ask if our waitress would take our order. Her excuse, "she was waiting on the chef"! What? And them it took another 29 minutes to get our food, and at that time we had to ask for silverware. Chedders could be great, but they will only survive if they fix the service staff. If I was just rating the food, I would give then a 4 but the service was so horrible, I felt it took away from the great food. And the restaurant was warm, and it was 102 outside, so it also took away from an enjoyable meal. We will try again, but I really hope they take care of their service problems!

Service, food, quantity, and quality. Cheddar's has it all. The employees are great and they know their menus. The food is awesome. The flavor is there from beginning to end. Plenty portions on the plate. You are not leaving this place hungry. And the quality. Just make sure you go there with time. Enjoy!!!

Our first time experience was great! Thought it was a burger joint by the name. Their menu has a variety of american food to choose. They do have burgers which we got and the best tower of onionrings. The prices are very good and service was excellent. We will be making this a regular place.

When I drove by here I thought it was going to be expense by the look of the place but it was not I paid $12 for key west chicken and shrimp with a side of fries and cheese broccoli casserole. The atmosphere was great too the inside was definitely different they had some kind of windmill thing in side. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star review is because it took quite some time to get my order. But overall this was a great place to eat.

Good food (nothing great), good portions, but nothing can make up for the horrible service (and management couldn't care less). 3 hours for fish tacos, chicken and onion rings. Really? We had to send our checks back three times for them to be corrected. They had the wrong food listed twice (things we hadn't even ordered), then they charged the wrong checks to our credit card. What a mess. This was our third and final visit as the service was poor each time.

Overall, I really liked Cheddar's. The service was a less than perfect, however, it did exceed my expectations because I have heard mixed reviews about this location. The food and drinks were very value priced and the atmosphere was really nice.

Horrible in my book. The restaraunt wasn't crowded and it took about an hour for us to get our food. Then when my kids wanted their dessert, it took about 30 minutes for it to arrive. Never again will I go to Cheddars in Fayetteville, NC

The food was good. Service was SLOOOOOOOW! I sat at a table in the "bar area" and could barely hear my wife who was sitting across the table. Waitress was slow to refill our water glasses. Did have a mojito which was average. I would go here again in a few months, hopefully they will have their stuff together.
