Three words: Peanut Butter Brownie. Something Classic's Peanut Butter Brownies are better than sex and Indian food at the same time. These peanut butter brownies make my toes curl. They kind of turn to butter in your mouth...chocolatey, peanut-buttery butter. While I have never attended an event that's been catered by Something Classic, I seek out their products wherever I can. A few of the Harris Teeters around town carry Something Classic bakery goods...I usually get mine at the Harris Teeter Express at Charlotte's weirdest intersection (Queens and Queens and Providence and Providence...yeah). So if you ever see their classy packaging gleaming in the aisles of one of your favorite grocery stores, grab something. No--specifically grab a peanut butter brownie.
