I ABSOLUTELY cannot believe that nobody has written a review of this place. Of course, now I'm intimidated at being the only one with the review, but I am compelled to write about how amazing this B&B is... My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon and stayed in the (what else?) Celebration Suite. It has its own entrance on the side of the house, and a small indoor walkway from the front door to the room. The suite is SO adorable! Nicely decorated, comfortable Victorian style bed, cute (albeit fake) fireplace, a NICE jacuzzi, and it even has a coffee maker/hot water heater and gourmet coffee/tea for you to enjoy! It was definitely cozy! The entire house is beautiful. We got in early, so we were able to take a tour and see the rest of the rooms. There's another room that honeymooners like, in case you're looking for a honeymoon spot. I can't remember the name of the room, but it has its own entrance, too, and it even has a small nook so you can have your breakfast in your room privately! Bob and Barbara Gilmore, the current owners, were AMAZING hosts. They treated you like you were their family. If you needed something, they helped you right away. They offer GREAT suggestions for what to do in/around Asheville. They even have a giant binder of menus that previous residents contributed to so you know where to go for dinner. Bob made the most AMAZING breakfasts. Berry cobblers, french toast, souffle- it's been almost 4 years and I can still smell/taste it. I was never a breakfast person, but enjoyed HIS breakfasts! We stayed for a week, so we were able to meet a lot of interesting people. That's something i've found fascinating about B&Bs- you actually sit down and share a meal with the other guests! (this was our first B&B btw). They all had their own stories/personalities- I can see why Bob and Barbara like their job so much. Asheville is a very quaint town. The B&B isn't so far from the main attractions. I know there are a LOT of B&Bs in Asheville and the immediate surrounding area, but I promise you won't regret your stay. FYI - they have free wifi just in case you're dying to yelp about it when you stay there. Bob and Barbara if you are reading this, I still remember you after all these years and I love you guys! :)

Beautiful neighborhood with great classic urban feel. Excellent staff and service. Good local restaurants.

AMAZING! This place has it all. It is beautiful, and walking distance to downtown Asheville. Well definitely stay here again!
