Tasty food, the naked burrito and quesadillas are always good. Meat quality is pretty good. Queso is good, but not quite on Cafe Rio level.

First and last time trying Qdoba. I walked in to a woman named Tracy whom I think may be the owner of the store yelling at an employee and treating her basically like a dog. I could not believe what I was seeing and hearing. After doing further research and talking to other employees it seems as though this was not the first time this has happened with an employee of color. Don't waste another dollar on this dirty, wannabe version of chipotle. Bad food, bad service, and really did not enjoy watching racism in action.

Worst service. Can't wait for Chipotle to open! The employees just don't care at all and neither to the supervisors. They make you feel like you are bothering them when ordering.

This was first time trying qdoba. I'm a huge chipolte fan but this food was outstanding . I had the chicken steak combo burrito bowl. The steak was cooked perfect and the chicken. I even had to ask the name of grill master. His name was Tristan . Very professional . And the establishment was well managed. I can't wait to come back. Joe from AZ

I've only been to Qdoba once before. It's a chain restaurant, which makes many snobby types bristle. However, they're providing jobs to locals, which is a good thing! The location in Missoula just opened, and while I was visiting my family we decided to go. The staff was excellent very friendly yet efficient. They handed out cards to get a free order of chips and salsa (one for each of us). My mom stole mine (since it's valid in that location only). The three of us each ordered pork tacos. The meat was savory and tender, but it did benefit from a good squirt of lime. There are plenty of options for toppings, and hot sauce nearby (love the green Tabasco sauce). They have one of those space-age touchscreen Coke machines that allows you to customize your flavor. I tried it, but in the future I'll stick with adding fresh lime to my Coke (you know, in case I need even more acid). We really enjoyed our visit, and if we're hungry and in that part of town I'm sure we'll be back. There is getting to be a larger selection of Mexican food in town - I may need to try them all again to pick a favorite (it's been awhile since I've visited Taco Sano). Be sure to pick up a member rewards card & earn points towards free food!

The good, bad & the ugly- Just tried Qdoba in Missoula Mt for the first time. The good; ordering was easy and the menu was simple. I order the three taco. The ingredients were fresh and the salsa I had was also tasty. Based on food alone I would give it a 4 out of 5 do to the lettuce being a bit awkward. The bad; the women serving us really seemed like she didn't want to be there. I totally get having a bad day. But as a hands on service person it would help to set that aside if possible. The ugly; the restaurant seemed slow but most of the table hadn't been bussed or cleaned. It was hard to find a clean table. There were no serving utensils in the condiments. 3 out of 5 over all. Will try again.

Not so great. Bland food and the service left a bit to be desired. The people who took the orders and made out food were friendly but fairly clueless on how to assemble the burritos. The guy at the register seemed truly annoyed that we were there. Could have been a training issue early on. Judging by the blandness of the food, though, I'll probably skip it next time.

I was asked if I wanted Queso on my Queso Chicken burrito...of course I do. That's why I ordered it! The food wasn't bad, but it was kinda bland. For a company that claims to be "Food for people who like food" I wasn't impressed. The beans were not quite done. The chicken didn't have much flavor.

I stopped in shortly after this location opened. I have been to Qdoba in other places around the country and always thought it was good, so I figured this experience would be the same. Unfortunately, I was wrong. While I understand this place just opened up, there are some serious kinks to work out. First, I was uncomfortable when a young lady that was preparing my burrito was denigrated right in front of me by an older male co-worker (no idea if this was the manager) for being a bit too slow. I was the ONLY one in the restaurant, and I understand that new employees might take a little extra time trying to get it right. If you're going to hammer someone for bad job performance, do it out of the sight of the customer. Second, the food was just...bad. Over-cooked meat, tortilla was stale and the veggies weren't fresh (brown lettuce!). Whatever the sauce was, that was the only saving grace. Plenty of better places to grab a burrito or taco in Missoula, so I probably won't be back anytime soon.

Had the smothered burrito with ground beef. Very tasty and the red chili sauce was excellent.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
