Consistently dirty, most employees appear to be on day release from the halfway house and have the personality to match. The food always tastes old. I have no clue how this place is still open.

Avoid this place. It is dirty, and nobody in Havre is sure how it hasn't been shut down. I got food poisoning here last time I ate here, and haven't been back since.
