My favorite restaurant hands down. The food never disappoints and it is always absolutely delicious. The owner cares about the customer's happiness and the building is very clean and has a friendly environment, not to mention the food is healthy, and on top of that it is the best salad bar I have visited in Billings.

Who knew a steak and sushi guy would enjoy a soup and salad joint? The service was über friendly, decor bright and clean and price fair for buffet style. The salad bar had all the good stuff I expect for building an "all food groups represented" salad and each component was fresh. As for the warmer fare, the clam chowder was decent, breadsticks abundant and chili delicious. Also available are chicken noodle, cowboy stew, chicken enchilada soup and bacon potato chowder.

We finally popped in to see if there is anything here we can eat - something that is gluten free and dairy free. The only option we had the day we went was a salad bar, and we can pretty much get salad anywhere. This is a "serve yourself" style place, and was super packed when we were there. You also pay one price and get all you can eat, and it seemed expensive to me, especially considering the limited food choices. If you get something to go, you have to make sure you leave right away. I wasn't a huge fan, but I can see why others like it. If you aren't super into health - i.e. are ok eating a really fatty, dairy heavy soup, or want to sit in a super loud spot with little available seating, this place is fine. I love soup, and I have been on the lookout for a great soup spot with even just 2 soup choices that are healthy (no dairy, no wheat), but still on the search.

This place is a great light lunch or dinner spot. They have a good salad bar and a wide variety of homemade soups. This is a great spot for our whole family to eat, even our pickier eaters and a family member that cannot have gluten. The owner is really friendly; we have always had a good experience!

Nicely stocked salad bar, everything very fresh. Nice selection of soups made from scratch. Make sure you get the fresh breadsticks ! Friendly employees.

Soup and Such is a great restaurant, an unlimited soup and salad buffet for $8.50! As you walk in, the checkout counter is to the right, and you pay before you eat. Seating is as you like. The tables are all pretty small (for 2), but maneuverable, so you can accommodate large parties, we had 6. Towards the back of the restaurant is a giant salad bar, with practically anything you would want to have on a salad. My only complaint about the salad bar is the size of the plate, which is quite small. You can't get salad greens and a sampling of the plethora of toppings on one plate. However, it is a buffet, so return trips are welcome. The soup was great. There were approximately 8 soups on tap during our visit, 4 of which were Gluten Free, including the clam chowder, potato bacon, spinach artichoke, and chili. There were several others like chicken noodle and tomato basil that were not GF. In addition, the staff were very attentive to the customers, ensuring everything was to their liking and providing bread sticks on demand. I wish there were more of these outside of Billings, MT!

New second location, all the favorites, as the one on 2nd ave, fresh salads, from scratch soups. You want fresh salads? great toppings, the Potato, bacon chowder was great, wifes fav was the tomato basil, but have to admit each time i go I find another co-favorite like his local beef red bean chili, and the chicken noodle soup. they have 6-8 soups to choose from and for 8.00 and some change all you can eat, makes it a great deal. I even made my own taco salad with the toppings, chili and i used spinage instead of the 2 other greens. You can get very creative with the toppings. I put the cheese and onions on my chili,,,,walnuts, dried cranberries, and cottage cheese on my greens. Plenty of sliced fruit also.

Great food! Not a bad price. And amazing customer service! They should add bigger dishes and sandwiches to their menu is the only change I would like to see done:)

It was very busy walking in, the servers are covered in food, the floor is dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the salad is wilted and the soup could have come from a can

First time visitor and I was impressed with the quality of the soups. Very nice selection and the salad bar was full and tasty. Nice place for noon meal. Seating and getting around the soup was a little tight other than that it was great.

I was impressed. Salad bar was great and the clam chowder was excellent. I would like to go back just to try more soups.

Price is great for all you can eat. All of the cream based soups were awesome. Salad bar is good considering price.

Great place to go eat good food. Highly recommend this location. Salad bar is continously restocked and cleaned up every few minutes it seems. Only local place I have found that the food is a constanly good.

Salad bar is good as is the service, sadly the soup is pretty bland. Better tomato soup from a can and the potato chowder had raw potatoes in it. Sadly the salad bar doesn't make this place worth the cost.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. However the food was unfortunately not what I was hoping for. Even though the food is buffett style, I was hoping it would have better quality than that of one. The food was very bland and not worth the 8.40 that I payed for my meal. The restaurant itself was also sort of depressing to eat in. I wish I didn't have to give this place a bad review because the staff was so sweet but the food was terrible.
