I love their Queso options, mango salsa and that guac comes included. The meat is good and other ingredients. I really don't like the tortillas, they are really stretchy. So I always order Craft 2. I get "Naked" nachos, it means they put the chips on the side and you basically make a dip in the bowl. And 2 tacos, hardshell's are pretty good and soft shells are fine just stretchy. Overall in town the location is bad and on the west end so hard for me to get to. If you are an out of towner go here or Cafe Rio (sweet pulled pork barbacoa) over Chipotle on Grand Ave. Easier drive.

Normally love eating here, but recently had an encounter with an employee named Carter. He was so rude and disrespectful to me when I asked simple questions. He was always sarcastic when he responded and pretty sure I saw him flip me and my son off as we walked off.. He ruined my appetite.. Good food though.

Delicious food! We love eating here. The food is great, the service is quick and all the extras are free! I definitely would recommend the craft 2 as it allows you to try some different dishes.

Service is bad, manager was rude, they charge here for everything! If you have the chance to go to chipotle then do it cuz it's way better in every way.

Maybe I am just biased but this was my first and last time at Qdoba. Don't get me wrong, the staff were great here and it was decently clean, but I just didn't enjoy the food. I got a burrito bowl with shredded beef and really all I tasted throughout was cilantro. The beef didn't have any flavor to it, nor did the beans. The queso wasn't too bad, but I would say Moe's is better. Overall if given the option I would go to Chipotle or even Moe's if they were here in town, for now I guess no burritos. But if you enjoy bland burritos this is your spot.

Their burritos are gigantic! It's a little heavy on the queso. Still really delicious!

I went here on my winter trip to Billings, MT. This was my first time in Qdoba and wasn't sure if I would like it since I am only familiar with Chipotle. Qdoba is so much better that Chipotle. They have a lot more selections and are more kid friendly. The staff here a very nice and helpful especially when you do not know what to order. I ordered to Nachos with the yummy cheese sauce. I felt like a little kid again and scaufed it down like a kid. It got me so full and satisfied. I will definitely come to the ones in Los Angeles when I get the chance.

I had the burrito with the Mole. I would say it was very good little pricey but the restaurants clean and I would go back. This place seems a lot like the chipotle chain.

Really good burritos. Staff is pretty quick and friendly. Sometimes feel I am getting nickele and dimed with the toppings and never told what is extra.

Nice spot for a good burrito. Next time i go I'd tell them "light on the rice" , but other than that the employees there were very nice and humorous, and the management was welcoming. Next time im up in Billings ill stop by

Qdoba is Qdoba. I always wish they had more topping options but the food always tastes fresh. This location has a nice outdoor seating area... Yup, that's about it.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
