Had the Hangover Burger and Frings yesterday. Awesome as usual. Very fast service. Still one of the best burgers around.

Crappy service. Teenagers who have poor customer service skills. Sweet potato fries were cold and soggy when they were served and they asked me how I want my burger and I ordered it medium it came well done. Why ask people how they want their burger cooked and then not even cook it that way poor cooking skills? Small portions.

We stopped by for dinner on Friday night, no wait which was good. We ordered a mushroom and swiss burger and the crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken came out almost burned, not quite but another 15 seconds in the fryer it would have been. Other than that it was a good sand which. My mushroom burger was very skimpy on the mushrooms. So much in fact it didn't taste like a mushroom and swiss burger. The fries were excellent as was the iced tea. Servers were friendly enough. My main issue was the overall cleanliness of the floors. They really need cleaned. I will be back as this place is usually very good.

They are always good like how you can add your own toppings and a good variety. The difference between the two locations is this one a little more relaxed them on king ave. You don't have rush more of a working peoples location then shoppers and king ave drop ins.

Fuddruckers opens at 10:00am we walked in the open restaurant at 10:06am and stood at the front counter for almost 10 minutes, during this time the cook and the manager both came out and looked at us - did not greet us and went back into the back. After waiting for so long without even a smile, acknowledgement, or anything at all - all 7 of us left without receiving even a hello from any of the people working there.
