From out of town, visiting for the weekend... Absolutely the SLOWEST Starbucks I have EVER been to (nationally and internationally) including Midwest small-towns, where I would expect slower service. Literally waited 28 min for two drinks and when I said something the baristas didn't seem concerned at all.

It's a Starbucks, so I am a fan! Their signs don't light up at night so they may be open even when the lights are out. ;)

Absolutely, hands down my favorite place for coffee in the Memphis area. When you become a regular the baristas get to know your name and what you drink! I have witnessed on several occasions the baristas call out drinks when customers are pulling up in the parking lot! Great coffee, cool atmosphere and awesome service!

Decent sized starbucks, with ample seating. The place is almost always crowded. Even early mornings! Parking is a nightmare. The drive thru' doesn't help at all for parking.

It's as good as any other Starbucks, but the parking is terrible. Practically non-existent and the lines in the drive through get so bad they wrap around the building. I'd avoid it if possible.

Still one of the best Starbucks around. Friendly staff and great service. This is my favorite place to people watch. It can get extremely cold in here sometimes so make sure to bring your coat or head outside for the outdoor seating.

Went in the heat of Christmas shopping on a Saturday morning. It was crazy busy they got us quickly. They were all super nice.

Typical Starbucks in most regards, but staff is always friendly and cheerful. It's always nice to go someplace for a pick-me-up where employees seem to like their job! My one complaint is parking. If you park in front of the Starbucks, you're likely to get blocked into your parking space by cars lined up at the drive thru. There's additional parking on the side and back of the store, so just remember not to park in front, and you won't get trapped.

ATTITUDE!! They gave me a mocha instead of a caramel mocha thru the drive thru and when I went inside and requested a new one, the barrista that made it, rolls her eyes and was super icy. Ill be finding a new stop or buying sum caramel syrup to put in my coffee at home! Ughh starbucks co wld be ashamed.... Not worth the stop in otherwise friendly Southaven.

This is a nice location to visit. The service was quick and the staff was nice. I went on a weekend day and I can only imagine how crowded this place gets during the week.

It's too early to be up. You're tired. You need your caffeine (cause let's face it, why else would you be at Starbucks?). The last thing you want is a rude barista at the register, and the last thing you need is someone to mess up your order. These are not problems you'll have at Southaven's line Starbucks. Like most locations, a community becomes apparent if you come in often enough to discover it, which is something the staff seems to appreciate. If I haven't come in for a bit, someone behind the counter will remark that "it's good to see you." It's those kind of warm fuzzies that make you OK with spending $4 on a beverage that has no alcohol in it. The only gripe I have is with the parking (or lack thereof), and that isn't entirely Starbucks' fault, so no dealbreaker there.

Waited about 15 min for my iced tea because the baristas didn't understand my request to "pre-melt" the raw sugars I requested prior to placing them into the drink. Instead of trying to help figure this out they simply ignored my drink and gave up with much frustration. This is most likely one of the least knowledgable and and least helpful baristas in the starbucks company. Good thing I didn't order my normal tri shot upside down Carmel macchiato!
