The FOOD. Oh wow I've NEVER had such fantastic mashed potatoes. Never, ever, ever! They are delicious and wonderful and SO GOOD. I ordered a strawberry and pecan side salad - it was big enough to BE my dinner, and it was so good that I recreated it at home - clementines, grapes, strawberries, pecans, feta, delicious. I generally prefer sirloin, but my mother wanted to split a rib-eye, and it was tender and cooked to perfection. Really, really, loved the food. The wait-staff was okay. I would have liked not to wait ten minutes for my water to be refilled, so... four stars it is.

Very good marinated steak, and great lava cake sums the experience we had. Food prices was also very reasonable given it is steak and all. Our waiter was awesome too. We had great experience over all.

Just another highly mediocre/crappy chain restaurant. Not so clean, service average, which is not good. Just try a local place (which is challenging in this and many neighborhoods). You'll be surprised that you often get better food at lower prices. Good luck.

Typical national chain, so I wasn't excited (nor did I expect to be) by the food. About the only variable left to judge a place on is service and cleanliness. On that score this location gets five *. Servers were friendly and attentive without constant 'howseverythingdoyouneedanythingcanigetyousomemoredrinksareyallalright' drive-bys, we got a couple check-ins from adjacent servers to make sure we were being taken care of when food was a little slow to come out (they were busy, it was fine). The place was clean enough that I didn't give a thought to it at the time. About as good as a national chain could wish for I guess.

Our favorite steakhouse in town. Other more expensive restaurants offer great steaks, but none have the excellent flavor like longhorn. The shrimp appetizer, lobster and shrimp chowder, Parmesan fries, salad, and filet are our favorites. And if you want to enter heaven for a few minutes, order the chocolate stampede. Huge and phenomenal! You can also ask for cinnamon butter and honey butter for their freshly baked bread. Customer service is consistently great.

Normally a great chain. Tonight had to be an anomoly. Slow service, lots of mistakes on my meal (asked for medium got well, no cheese, no bacon mayo) . Pretty poor experience. I'm glad I don't live here and have to eat here often.

This was my first visit to a Longhorn Steakhouse and will most likely be my last. Since when does a waitress have the right to question what you eat or how you eat it? I ordered the gourmet burger and I asked it to be cooked medium. The waitress questioned me about my burger and acted as if I was dumb. Apparently she has only heard of burnt burgers. I thought it was over with only questioning me but then she started again with my girl. My girl got chicken tenders with fries and rice. She repeated the order backed to my girl and said "so you want rice and fries?" She gave my girl a "are your retarded look". I thought for sure it couldn't get any worse but then I was questioned why I didn't finish "that big ole burger we cooked you". Are you serious? I don't understand why we received so much disrespect. I enjoyed my burger and my girl enjoyed her food but the service just sucked so much. Maybe the waitress was having a bad day but you shouldn't take it out on customers.

I have been staying at the Marriott for some time and I have never tried this steakhouse simply because it was very close to the hotel and we have always wanted somewhere away from here. The main reason we came here is simply because we were too tired and thought a good place nearby would suit us. And maaaaan am glad we did. The waitress was very friendly, very well mannered and all she cared about was our enjoyment and having a good time. The food was delicious and everything was cooked to perfection. Their bread was soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, very fresh we were so impressed and ordered seconds. Their desserts were to die for. Very fresh and delicious!! The pricing was very REASONABLE for the service we had and the food we ate. Am def. going back to this place in the near future

My favorite place to go close by for steak and lobster. Great appetizers and good wine selection. Good service whether at the bar or at a table or carry out.

Our first time at this place. The service was excellent. Never had so many people asking if I was ready to order before. The food was marvelous. The ribeye I had was the best I have ever had. The wife and kids said their meals were awesome. Then there comes the negative. My daughter found a hair in her chicken tenders. Now the manager and waitress jumped through hoops to make it right. They brought her a new meal and offered dessert on the house for us all. Even after all that this is still my steak house choice in the southern area.

Our steaks were grossly undercooked and slathered in pepper. Inedible. Sent them back. Cigarette smell from the open bar filled the dining room. Stink. Stank. Stunk. Never again. And YES, there was cigarette smoke, "Kayla S", they have a bar and they had TWO couples smoking in there. I was there, I would know.

Had a delicious dinner here on a Sunday night. Food was great - salad, flat iron steak, and loaded baked potato. Steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Very good. Michelle was our server and she was superb. Very friendly and attentive. You can tell she loves her job. Spent extra time talking with 2 ladies from Kentucky. Ask for her if you go in. Great dining experience here.

Great service & great food. It was probably their busiest Monday of the year being two days before Christmas. Only reason I give it a 4 is that they were out of filet at 7p. Apparently were so busy they ran out of filet. Other than that the people were friendly & food tasted great.

Went on a date on a weekday which the restaurant wasn't very busy which I was surprised not to see a host greet us. Our server max is a great server which he tries to make dinner a fun time which he did. If you order steaks get the sweets potato tots and try the bacon cheddar filled steak.

I admit the food was tasty. I order Long Horn Salmon with sweet potatoes. The service could have been better. No eating utensils was provided until I ask for it. However the waitress was nice about providing them. The bathroom needed much attention. The hot water was lukewarm and no paper towels to dry my hands. I informed management before leaving. This place has potential but for now I will not recommend to a friend.

Went here for dinner with hubby. We split the cheese fries, can never go wrong with that! Then for our dinner, we split the parmesan crusted chicken. Can we say pure deliciousness? It was so yummy (I was totally bummed that the fridge in our hotel didn't work cuz we had leftovers of this that went bad!) Our server, Jolleen, was friggin AWESOME! I wish there were more servers like her. She was on top of drink refills, bread, mayo, anything we asked for. We almost went back for dessert (their sampler trio looked amazing), but they were closed already by the time we got there.

I'm a steak snob. It's a known fact. I've had cheap steaks, ridiculous steaks, great steaks, poor steaks, steaks on a boat, steaks on a plate, and recently a steak in a ballpark nacho tray because I thought it was more pertinent to have steak night at my new house than it was to purchase plate-ware. I love all steaks. Any steak that isn't called "Well Done" has 3 stars off the bat for being titled "steak." I digress. LongHorn is the most expensive of the cookie-cutter steakhouse chains. There's no denying that, and they do their best to try to seem elegant in what they're doing. The plates come in strange shapes, the lighting is a little darker than the normal, and you can enjoy Texas-Inspired wrought iron decor. Suck on that, Logan's. I digress. The food is chain-fare. Nothing spectacular. It's all just another Chili's. The servers are wearing jeans so they don't seem unapproachable or contrived. The steaks that are under $19 are the same as they are anywhere else. Cooked by a guy who doesn't give a crap about your steak, seasoned with whatever, and cooked to about whatever temperature you want... Now let's talk about this $23 steak. The Outlaw. *Cue the spur jingle, tumbleweed, and dust storm.* It knocked my socks off. It was everything I expected from a Texas-style steak. Bone-In Ribeye, charred on the outside, the fat was rendered INCREDIBLY. The chew was great, it was just tough enough. The bite that you want from a ribeye. Sharpen that knife, and dig in. I take my steak 'as rare as you'll make it' so I am used to having to battle my red meat. I dig it. It was very well-seasoned. Each bite stood on its own. Did I gnaw on the bone? You're damn right I gnawed on the bone in the middle of the bar while sitting across from my friend. This is entirely a personal preference. I know that some will disagree and think it isn't worth the $30 you'll spend after tip. Whatever ...so's your face. To be clear, this restaurant is a 3 star in its natural state. This one experience with a great steak on a rectangle plate (there may or may not have been good mashed potatoes involved, I can't remember.) is the only reason for the extra star. Steak is delicious. Give me some love if you love steaks!

I kept our receipt, but I suppose it ended up getting thrown away. I wanted to compliment our waiter, Wilburn, for doing such a great job. He was very attentive, & what I mean by that is, our teas never got below half way full. Each item was brought to us in a timely manner, & he even had us laughing a few times. When we asked for bread, he brought some hot and fresh! Great experience!

We have eaten at one of these before (but not this location). We loved it & love steaks. We hit this one up for lunch. The service was great, but we were not crazy about all of the food. My wife got steak & it was cooked right ( how she ordered it), but it was seasoned with way too much pepper. Since it was lunch, I decided to get a burger. It was called the "Crunchy Campfire". The menu said it came with bbq sauce & onion strings on it. Instead of the onion strings, mine came with their house chips on it which wasn't too bad except that was what we had for an appetizer. Guess I will have to stick to them for dinner.
