Had a superb Shrimp PoBoy tonight. I really liked the big fresh shrimp and the bread. Very good sammich. They have done a nice job with the new menu and the full bar. It's a great spot for Burgers and PoBoys.

I just tried Signa for lunch today. They're pretty good, both food and service, so I truly recommend them. Their Philly Steak Sandwich was tasty because it was seasoned well, and the Cajun mayo wasn't too overwhelming (that says a lot considering I don't really like mayo). I also got a side of sweet potato fries, which were crispy and seasoned well. My family members typically get salads, and they love them. I did notice they have daily $10 blue plate specials; I will note that my mom got the Friday special, and her plate was pretty scarce. I actually chuckled after they brought her plate because of the tiny amount of food.

My wife was in the area and asked if there was a place she could stop and pick up some take out. So I had Signa's on the "To Try" list. Found a copy of their menu and told her to pick me up a large Greek salad with the shallot vinaigrette, add some blackened chicken (meat was an additional charge) Positives - the dressing was really good, a good mix of olives, pepperoncini peppers, red onion, feta cheese and the chicken was well seasoned. Negatives - for $13.50 - I am expecting a salad comparable for what you get from Room Service, size wise. There was a handful of lettuce, literally. The salad was pretty small and very high on price - so I was not too pleased with my purchase. My wife ordered a cheese burger and it was a solid burger for $10. Nice size, big flavor. So to be fair - they did a really good job, fair price on the burger. But I feel robbed by the salad purchase. That was really disappointing - I will give them a try again. Since it was our first time going, maybe they gave us a small salad and we paid for a large, I don't know? But at this moment, I can only give them 3-stars - because the price of a meal exceeds portion amount.

Finally got a chance to try Signas and it was great! We just popped in to get something for dinner to go and they were super nice and super quick getting our order out. Boyfriend had the Ricardo and had no complaints as he are the whole thing. :) he also tried the onion rings which were fresh, homemade and well seasoned with a great dipping sauce. I had the Bundled Up wrap and it was great and the homemade chips were delicious. A good friend goes there often and swears by their burgers and that will be next on my list to try. Oh- I tend to also judge a restaurant on their sweet tea. Signa's is a 10!

This is one of the restaurants that most closely resembles the flavor of New Orleans po'boys. I grew up in New Orleans and I live in Jackson now. I go here to get my fix! You can ask for fried catfish, oyster, shrimp, or crawfish depending on what's in season. They get their French bread from Ledenheimer in New Orleans too! Check out the family wall in the back. The restaurant has a connection to the long history of the Signa family and Does Eat Place.

I've been eating here since they first opened. A lot of places lose quality when they expand, but the service and food here is just as good as it ever was. Frank still serves up the best onion rings in town! Mr. Signa really cares about his customers. I wish we had more restaurants in town where the owner was as involved as Frank is.

The food is good bit way over priced. A shrimp . poboy costs $12.00, a drink is $2.00. They have these horrible home made chops that come with the meal that you can sun out for fries for $2,00. The poboy is smallish so you arebout $16.00 plus tax for lunch. Won't cut it with the lunch crowd.

Ate here for the 1st time last week. The girl at the counter was patient and helpful. The food was great and I think everyone on staff came by to check on us. Very friendly folks.

After an exhausting day, my girlfriend & I decided to go to Signa's Grille. I love to try new restaurants yet I have to admit that I very rarely like to try new restaurants or much of anything when I'm exhausted because I have a tendency to be hyper-critical. That being said I went for a Ham & Swiss sandwich with house made chips & it was delicious. In addition, what made my experience even better was the attentive friendly staff so much so that I look forward to going back again.

Crazy good. You can't go wrong with a single item on the menu. There pretty quick, even with a line. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is very laid back (t-shirts, local art on the walls, simple tables). Make sure you get a cannoli- they're made with pistachios!!

I saw the good reviews and thought I would check it out. 30 bucks later for two at lunch time and I didn't really feel satisfied. The food was good but it's tough to say it was 30 dollars worth. It's not like the place has any over the top customer service to compensate for the price spike. You order at a counter and they bring your food. That's it. I probably would rate 3.5 stars if the price would have been more around 10 bucks a person. Keep in mind that I didn't even order a drink. That was with waters!

One of the greatest family owned establishments in Mississippi. Not only is the atmosphere amazing, comfortable and fun. The food is always fresh, packed with surprising flavor and more than you'd expect for the price. Singa's catered my wedding and my guests are still talking about the variety, flavor and display. If you don't stop in that's your fault.

This place was delicious! My wife had a shrimp poboy and sweet potato fries, I had the 2am burger with onion rings. Everything was excellent, not dripping in grease. Will be back!

They have recently opened another area that includes a bar. This place makes good food the simple way; one starts with quality ingredients, then one gets quality products. Their hospitality make you want to patronize them even if the food wasn't this good. So, quality food, nice people, and they live by old fashion philosophy of retail. You know what I mean, like you take care of your customers and your customers take care of you. Whow, what a concept. We live in a world that now believes that standard operating practice includes customer abuse, you will not find that here.

Let me tell y'all We had so much food and it was all so delectible. Everything on the menu can be ordered without a worry. I had a Reuben with a twist, in the type of spread that usually tops it, it was of a Red Wine Variety, the Fontana, OMG...if your familiar with a Muffelatta this sandwhich will literally have your mouth exploding with flavor and it's served on Po-boy Bread. The Ricardo, has cheese and absolutely can't remember the rest of that sandwhich but man let me tell you you'll want seconds. Personally I also had the Santo Sliders and if you love meatballs and Marinara this is the sandwhich for you. Onion Rings, Fried Pickle Spears, and Sweet Potato Fries were passed around liberally for we had over 15 people in our party and the appetizers just got spread around just like most of our entrees so trying to keep up with all the great food was impossible. Frank and his crew hands down took great care of us and we had a blast for my brothers Birthday. Thanks to the team I didn't bring a menu with me to school but man I can't stop talking about the experience. All My FB Friends need to go down there and have one of the best mouth watering experiences in your life. You'll be pleased with not only the food but the service as well. THANKS!! Frank and Crew of SIGNA!

Signa's Grille is awesome!!!! I have eaten here several times, each time trying something different, and I have not had anything that I did not like. It is all very good! I especially love the sweet potato fries, the buffalo blue cheese chicken breast po-boy, and fried green tomatoes, just to mention a few. The blackened shrimp and catfish po-boy are also outstanding!!

Enjoyed the lunch I had at Signa's yesterday. I ordered the Muffaletta and a water. The sandwich was pretty good, albeit small for the price. Being a native of NOLA, I know this sandwich. It was tasty, but I feel over priced. I was still hungry... maybe adding chips or sides would justify the price and size of sandwich.

Pretty good overall. The shrimp poboy had shrimp that was the usual curled up frozen shrimp that ever other place has. The were much higher quality. My wife had an eggplant sandwich which she thought it was great. A little pricey but good overall.
