    So we walked in around 7pm after a long day of driving and looked at the menu. I found several things that looked temping so when the waitress came (after 15 minutes) I ordered one of them. She said "Oh, sorry we're out of that" so I picked the second "Oh, we're out of that too" and guess what they didn't have the third thing I selected either. I ended up ordering something I didn't want and eating it. The waitress was nice, the salad bar was fully stocked and not messy and they were nice to my kid. I guess that kind of makes up for the other stuff.

    Food was OK. The salad bar was greatly lacking anything that resembled a vegetable; very disappointing.

    Another restaurant in Pearl that has terrible service. This state does not seem to be customer service oriented or friendly. We waited to be to get seated, waited for drinks. Half our food came and half was late. No inquire bout needing refills. Overall, food was editable, but service was seriously lacking

    Service was awful! Waited 4-5 min to be seated even after several waitresses walked by my party and starred. Then was seated at a soaked table! The food was below average and lack of cleanliness was obvious. You are risking food poisoning and a bitter taste for good customer service if you eat here!

    I very rarely ever go to the big chain places, but when it's 9:30 in Pearl Ms your choices are extremely limited unless you want fast food! Ruby Tuesdays has a restaurant is a very solid place but if at all cost skip this one! The service at this location is TERRIBLE! I live on the road and eat every meal out and this was the WORST service I've had in a long time! We never got asked if we needed or would like refills on water, sweet tea and a beer! The restaurant was not even busy maybe less than 10 patrons eating or drinking. After waiting a decent amount of time for our food which was a buffalo chicken sandwich and fries, my fries were cold. The one good thing about my meal was the buffalo chicken sandwich is huge. My review is solely based on the server that we had! Maybe she was having a bad night, we all have them! Regardless when you work in the service industry you should be more attentive to your clients!

    I have tried this place three times and had very very bad service. Then the advertise something but the don't have it. So ok maybe the ran out. I go back in a couple of weeks still out. Had to get my own refills as the waitress would look the other way very time she was in eyesight. The salad bar sucked. Everything was empty and nothing was refilled in the hour I was there. Next there were I or so people in RT uniforms in the bar cutting up and two waitressess. I wrote the main office and got no response. Never again..RT joined my list of restaurants that can go under and I will not miss them.

    The ribs have little to no meat on them, the kids pizza toppings slide off as they try to eat, the Asiago sirloin was not good, the sale bar is passable and the deserts are ok. Service was decent. Proceed at your own risk.

    Second time we have stopped here and can not say our experience has improved. Food came out looking and feeling like it had been placed in an oven to warm because it was forgotten in the window. The lettuce and tomato on my burger was wilted from heat. My youngest who lives for burgers did not finish his because 'the bun was too hard'. I love going to places that have salad bars but, not impressed by older browning lettuce either so they missed on that too. Adding to food disappointment bathroom was a mess and restaurant looked generally dirty.

    When I mean no stars, I mean no stars!!! This restaraunt was stinky, the waitress was ugly,pregnant,and rude. The manager on duty was concerned about the Alabama vs Ohio State game instead of the customers. The food was nasty, the people were rude. No one welcomed us but they were really concerned about who was winning the game. Please do not go to this place! The place was hhhhhoooorrrrrriiiibbbbbblllllleeeeeee!!!!!!!

    I went to this location tonight and was DISAPPOINTED. The manager was absurd, arrogant and rude. Our waitress was ok. My order was wrong and it was not corrected. The manager was so horrible since it was a party some of our guest got up and left. It took thirty minutes or longer for our food to come out. If you're in Pearl, MS and looking for a nice restaurant you may want to go across the street to O'Charley's or Lone Star or take a short five-minute drive to Brandon and visit THE BEST APPLEBEES IN THE STATE or if you want to eat local Heart & Soul Diner in Brandon is also a great diner. Honestly, our party collectively tonight spends about a $1000 a month at the Ruby Tuesdays only to be shown a disservice and a lack of customer service/guest etiquette. I can speak for the entire party tonight when I say, we will not be back. For some of us this was our second or third time coming this week alone. I know some of use were there earlier in the month to celebrate a birthday. Tonight was an epic fail.

    My husband and I just left the Ruby Tuesday in Pearl, MS and I just have to say the service there is horrible. I've always had a bad experience at this particular location but I thought what the heck, let's give them one more shot. That was a mistake! The hostess was kind enough to take our drink order when we first sat down and it went downhill from there. We sat there for about 15 minutes before the manager reluctantly took our food orders. About 25 minutes later, after everyone around us was attentively cared for and eating (some even eating dessert), our food comes. So, we weren't invisible after all! We refused the meal, asked for the manager told him of the poor service and how we were ignored and all he said was there were other parties ahead of us. Ok that's fine, still doesn't explain why we were ignored but ok. Then he finally halfway apologized. My husband offered to pay for his drink but the manager said that was ok. We left and went to Wendy's. I shall not be going to that location anymore.

    Don't EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. The worst experience ever. Arrived at 9:15 and ordered chicken tenders with fries. 15 minutes later the waitress came over and informed me that they couldn't make it because the fryers had already been shut down. Okay it's 9:30 and they close at 10. Would I like grilled strip and said okay. 10 minutes later she comes back and says how sorry she is but I cannot have fries would I care for something else. HELL NO. Meanwhile friend had already finished her meal. I told the waitress to send over the slacker manager but she never arrived We asked to be comped on something. NEGATIVE. the waitress took 7 dollars off but it came out of her pocket. I was embarrassed for her. I ended up having a biscuit and water. CHRISTOPHER EDWARDS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED

    Not sure what the issue is that the other reviewers keep having. I on the other hand have never in the three times I've been there had any problems. Food was good and ready on time and also prepared properly. Everything I would expect from a decent chain restaurant.

    What a horrible experience. Hubby and I were in Jackson visiting my family and decided to have a family lunch at Ruby Tuesdays. We arrived at around 1:30 PM on a Sunday, well beyond the normal lunch crowd. There were plenty of open seats, but because the kitchen was backed up, the hostess refused to seat anyone. After waiting for about half an hour and being told that they could split our party of 6, they finally decided to accept my compromise of pushing two tables together. Thank goodness. Following this debacle, our waitress took our drink order and did not return for 15 (or more minutes). In the mean time, we had all decided what we would have liked to order, and had previously placed an appetizer order that was no where to be seen. When she finally returned, we begged for some biscuits because at this point it was after 2 PM, and we were HUNGRY. Our waitress surprisingly questioned whether someone else had provided us some already. They hadn't. While she returned several minutes later to inform us that the biscuits would take another 8 minutes, she offered chips and salsa on the house. At this point, we were annoyed and told that our entrees were on their way out, so we opted out. I have to say that I appreciate the gesture, though it was a "too little, too late" scenario. Ultimately, she did bring out the biscuits, and they did taste good. When our food finally arrived, we ate as though we'd never eaten. I got the Chicken Bella, my parents got the Caribbean chicken, my husband got the jambalaya, and my aunt and uncle got soup and salad. Of the dishes, the caribbean chicken was spiced and cooked well. The mashed potatoes were a table favorite. My husband's jambalaya had good ingredients but did not taste like jambalaya. Given the over 45 minute wait (in an empty restaurant), I may be over-rating the food because of how hungry I was when it arrived. My family has been to this restaurant a couple of other times and had similar experiences, though this definitely was the icing on the cake. We will not be returning here again.

    Should have listened to the reviews!! The food was good and the drinks were good but the place is a cluster fu$&!! The appetizer was almost out according to the waitress, until she came back and told us it was never cooked!! And then she brings it with the food and shakes her head when we tell her "again" that we don't want it!! Needs serious management help!!!

    In town again at this dump. Called and ask the specials? Transfer to 3 different people and still NO one had a clue what they had going on for special. Bar or food wise. This place is clueless. If you have means to travel go somewhere else!!!

    OMG!! Terrible service! My fiancé and I were here on business and thought we would stop in for a few drinks at the bar. The bartender seemed to have an attitude, as if the world owed her something. She spent the whole time with, who seemed to be the manager, at a booth with customers. My drink was empty for a few minutes so we just asked for our check. I don't want to waste my time and money where no one wants it. Also, the beer was flat and disgusting. I would not go there.

    As others have stated, the bartender is rude and uncaring of anything you may need. Food is mediocre, at best. Bad food, bad service, even for a national chain restaurant. Go elsewhere.

    I'm not one to eat at chain restaurants but I was craving somewhat healthy food after work and this place seemed to fit the bill given that it has an unlimited salad bar. I had the fish tacos and the salad bar. Everything was served fast and tasted great. The staff continuously kept the salad bar stocked with a diverse set of items for my plate. My waitress was extremely attentive to myself, as well as everyone in her section. The reason I am giving it four stars is the host who greeted was disinterested in being a host and shouldn't be the first face people meet when they come in. He was not rude, but not very welcoming either. I have a better respect for Ruby Tuesday now especially given all the "fit" items they have on their menu.

    This was a typical Ruby Tuesday's service was not bad food was okay. We went to lunch service were seated properly wasn't overly busy. I had a salad bar with my meal and unfortunately the lettuce was a little wilted. Overall it was just your typical experience.

    So telling, as we finished our waitress asked if our meal had been OK. Her tone said she knew it wasn't any better than OK. My friend let out an inadvertent short laugh at the comment. We'd just talked about how we weren't hungry anymore but it wasn't a good meal. It was just ok. They weren't busy but it took more than 25 min to bring out our sirloins. We both ordered medium. Hers was med rare and mine was well done. We were never asked if it was cooked to order and it was flavorless. How hard is it to mess up a steak? They figured out how to make that happen.

    My husband and I stopped in this Ruby Tuesdays after dinner while in Pearl. Never again. The service was horrible. The bartender set menus in front of us. When my husband told her we were only order drinks, she snatched them and left. 15 minutes later, one of the male bartenders was washing glasses and we asked him for drinks. He told us the girl would be there soon. He finally made a drink and she showed up again when it was time to pay the check. The rest of the time, she was hanging with the guy at the end of the bar.

    Stopped at Ruby Tuesday for dinner during a long cross-country drive. My main expectation when at a chain restaurant like Ruby Tuesday's is consistency, and I suppose it met that expectation. I wasn't super happy with the food but it may be a result of poor choices (steak and lobster mac). Our waitress was at the end of her shift and it showed, while she put on a good show when she was at the table, she pretty much avoided us unless she had a specific reason to be there. My main complaint though was the bathrooms.The men's room stank like a subway and the overall level of cleanliness was just below your average unattended rest stop. While I doubt I'll be back in Pearl, MS anytime soon--I certainly would never go to that Ruby Tuesday's again.
