Great food and wonderful atmosphere. It would be five stars but service is typically slow. .. but then again Natchez moves at a slow pace. One of my favorite spots Had a special tonight.. shrimp pesto. Shrimp wad tough but flavorful. .. very generous portions.

We stop here when ever we are in Natchez. The food is still good, however there was rush in the atmosphere. It was Valentine's Day and they knew they would be busy. It would have been nice if they had one more server so you could enjoy a more relaxing meal. We remember when they put out their delicious bread on the table and you could enjoy it with your salad. Now it comes with your meal and you get one piece. When our meal did come the server said the bread was in oven. After we were over half way finished, we asked about the bread and that's when we did get our one piece. Even if they had to add a dollar or two to the price of the meal and go back to the way it was served before, it would be nicer. Food is good, but just not served with the same "Southern Style".

Ate here tonight, had the Redfish with vegetables. Awesome dish. Fish cooked perfect, vegetables perfectly seasoned. Despite our waiter having way too many tables, he was cordial, knowledgable, and pleasant. Enjoyed the Meyers lemon pie - a special dessert. Delightful and delicious. I will definitely return to this restaurant next time I am in natchez. It was by far the best food we have had all weekend.

Just an average ok place. Menu needs to be updated, food is decent, drinks are great, just needs to have a small overhaul to freshen up the restaurant.

The night I visited the wait at the door was over an hour. They were severely understaffed. I ordered the veal marsala and am not really sure that what I got was veal it was so tough. It was also low on flavor. Presentation was nice but generally this was a disappointment. Not sure I'll go back

Great service. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta with a few personalizations. The waiter seemed perfectly happy to make the requests for me. The pasta was fantastic. My water glass was never empty and our food arrived on time. We went on a Friday night and called ahead right before we left home. It is a small restaurant, so it would probably help if you made reservations.

What a horrible experience. We were told our wait would be 30 mins, which was fine since we didn't have reservation. An hour and 15 mins later we were finally seated after the Maitre'd who married the "owner's daughter" allowed his friends to be seated before us. We were seated at a table 3ft from the doorway. Not only was the table inconveniently in the way of patronage walking by but it had a serious gangster lean. To add further insult they ran out of glassware and served us water out of a styrofoam cup! We were not happy! When we approach the maitre'd he said he would gladly seat us at another table. Of course, we never saw him again. After 15 minutes of waiting to be moved we finally left. Tourist beware unless you make reservation you will never be seated in a timely manner and even that's no guarantee. We wasted an hour and 45 min there and not even receive one apology or at least had out drinks at the bar comp for our inconvenience! When I finally found the Maitre'd (hiding in the kitchen) I approached him and told him we were leaving, he said ok and kept walking. Very unprofessional!

Good service, even better food. Had the Chicken Piccata it was amazing it was probably just butter and cream, but it was amazing. Also tried a bite of Spinach Lasagna which was great as well. Definitely going to return.

Delicious! We ate here both nights while in Natchez. Service and food were both better on the busier night, though. Had the special; shrimp in pesto cream sauce with penne pasta. It was great!

As a teenager, I used to get a wonderful chicken piccata here. Now that I'm a vegetarian, I go for the fettuccine alfredo. Definitely worth checking this place out when you are in Natchez.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
