A slightly upscale recreation on Piccadilly The atmosphere is relaxing and the food choices are varied but not overwhelming which I like especially with kiddos in tow.... I however do not agree with the number of servers behind the line udderly ridiculous I felt a little intimidated by the number standing over and handling my food.... also I don't like those hanging lights that of course are there to highlight everything but are obviously too close and in the way every individual on the line was constantly bumping those hot lights and swearing under their breath Anyway on to the food.... love the choices love the portions and enjoyed almost every th

I have been eating at this location since it opened up a few months ago I eat here due to good food at a reasonable price What happened today will keep me coming back After i finished my salad (really good salads), i took a bite out of my main dish. I don't know if I made a face or what, but my waitress picked up on it my main dish was REALLY salty. She came over and offered to get me something else......no fuss, no argument, no problem in my humble opinion, this is what is lacking in the restaurant industry today. Good customer service. Because of the waitress, Luby's will be closer to the top of my restaurant list.

The food wasn't the best and the cashier kept 3 dollars of ours and didn't even say anything....my husband was so angry and that's not like him so I know it wasn't just me

My family and I enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. We were greeted at the door, the food layout was nice and plenty of freshly cooked choices to choose from. They have a nice salad selection as well that allows you to choose your toppings for the salad, it was fresh as well. I got the chicken fried steak and the portion size was more than enough. The price wasn't bad either especially when you compare it to other cafeteria style restaurants. I will return to enjoy another visit to Luby's soon.

A new eatery to the Metro Jackson culinary landscape. My second trip here and I must say that the food display is very appealing. I've had salmon on both occasions and has been good especially for a cafeteria concept eatery. Be forewarned if you want to enjoy a quiet meal don't stop here. One advantage the place enjoys is that it is open until 9:pm..A bit pricey for this type of establishment but the food is good and the staff is young and energetic.

1st time at Luby's , the food was excellent. Floor staff and management were very hospitable and made sure my entire family was attended to. . . And big ups to Amber our waitress. :-) P.S. We ate at Luby's all 3 days of our stay in Jackson, Ms.
