I had a taste for some chicken wings and wanted to try something different. You have Zaxby's, Hooters, Pizza Hut, Wing Stop and tons of Asian restaurants that served deep batter dipped chicken wings. Its hard to find a mom and pop operation that serves Buffalo Style hot wings in the Jackson Metro Area, like you can in Memphis, Tennessee whom I truly believe to be the second city of buffalo wings. One day I was taking the back roads home from work and passed Lee Lee's Wings, which is located in an old Domino's Pizza drive-thru. I said to myself that I would have to give'em a try, close to the house and its mom and pop, right up my alley. So on the initial visit gotta give some positives and here they are : they fry the wings properly, good amount of sauce on your wings and they have a good numbers of flavors/sauces: Mild, Hot, Blazin', Honey Gold (my wife liked a lot), Golden Flake, Sweet Heat, Honey BBQ, Tangy BBQ, Hot BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Cajun, Garlic, Parmesan, Teriyaki, Wild Ranch, Cool Ranch, Dry Ranch, Orange Seasame, Bacon Cheddar and Garlic Pepper. The negatives: they are slow and they don't great you upon coming in? I don't mind the speed if it increases tastes and quality, but got-dammit if I'm about to spend my hard earned money with you, I want to know your glad to see me walking through that door and if you can't get your staff to see that, then you will have issues in the future. Customer service is the key to success. However after placing the order and paying out, they do thank you. All in all, they were o.k. - the level of customer service was a'ight, the time it took to get my food, then the quality level of the grub, made it hard for me to give them anything over 3 stars. I have a three strikes rules. I will give them a shot again to see if they can improve. But I have to put them in the "see for yourself" category right now.
