Out of the two chilis stores I've been since I arrived here this is leagues ahead. Great staff and service and got more on my plate than the pine bluff store.

Short and sweet. Place is empty, but they seat us at a table covered in food, and with food and silverware under it. The table is also next to the kitchen entrance, where three employees are yelling at each other in something less than English. And finally, it is balls cold in here. I'm going to order soup and salad so I don't have to record how disappointed I am with the food. *1 hour later* Nope, I was wrong. While the chili and potato soup are fine. Don't fall for the "bottomless" soup and salad deal. I had to hunt someone to try the second soup, and never was offered more salad. We had lemonade, an Arnold Palmer, and three waters to start. After the first water refill, we had 5 waters. He never came back with a refill on anything else. Flatbread app was good, we got 2, to share with 5 people. Never saw an app plate. 3 kids eating over napkins. I could keep going, but I think you get it. To the manager, 6ft Caucasian Male in a sky blue polo shirt, #youredoingitwrong

Just sitting at the bar for ten minutes disgusted me enough. The bartender is does inconsistent pours, over pours... Just sloppy bartending in general. After fifteen minutes I was waited on and ordered a coke. It took seven minutes for me to get a coke that barely tasted cold. Waited another ten minutes watching sloppy, careless bartending while waiting for my order to be taken. My advice? RUN!!! Never again will I visit this Chili's

I have been to this restaurant countless times. About 3 times a month. Service was always good until here lately. I'm not sure if the staff is mostly new or what but the service has dropped a bit. On 3 separate occasions I have had either a problem with my food or with one of the waitresses. But Mind u I have been here dozens of times. The very last time I visited, there was a older lady who was my server. I think she may have been new but She was great. The only problem that I had was that my black beans looked old. They didn't appear to be fresh. I have to give the restaurant a four because I have had extremely satisfactory times. Oh and the honey Chipoltle chicken crispers with loaded mash and steamed brocoli never fails me. I absolutely love it.

Slowest service EVER!!! We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 entrees. All of our food came out 50 minutes later. My margarita grilled chicken wasn't even grilled- it was boiled chicken that was rubbed with salt and pepper with diced tomatoes thrown on top. Honestly, don't waste your money here. I walked in thinking it was a chain so they couldn't possibly ruin the food. I was so wrong!!

Wow. I can't believe how horrible this experience was. I was staying nearby so I ordered online, out of convenience. Huge mistake. I should have checked their reviews first. I showed up when my order was supposed to be ready, and waited for 11 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Employees came in and out the door and the area and just ignored me. Then a staff member got my name and I paid. Then more waiting. When I took the food I just wanted to get back to the room. The steak was overlooked and dry and the Mac and cheese was all cheese goo, just a few noodles. Overall, this has soured me on Chili's. I didn't even get a receipt so I can take the survey they emailed. Boo.

Terrible. I've been sitting at the bar being ignored. I was asked "what you want?" The left even after I said I wanted to order food. The bartender is busy talking with his "friends" rather than doing his job. I wish I could give 0 stars

Keep moving nothing to see here. This place will be out of business soon. If I wrote anymore I'd be duplicating the negative stuff others have already said.

Service was pretty slow. Our waitress had a bad attitude and didn't seem to care at all about her job. The manager came by and was very friendly. However the chili's happy hour ends at 8 pm (every other chili's i've ever been to is 24 hours), and they don't allow parties greater than 6-8 ppl. The manager attributed both of these to unruly behavior in the restaurant, and having problems. Let that speak for itself.

This is the worst Chili's. Do not go!!! Make the extra trip to the one in Madison. Way better service and food. I go past this one to go to the one in Madison.

Amazing and consistent as always. My favorite chain restaurant. The honey chipotle sauce is unlike any I've ever had. Plus their salsa & queso is about my favorite appetizer. Highly recommend this Chili's!

I never, ever give a really bad review because I always try to look for the good in everything. The only reason that I gave this one star is because Yelp will not let me leave it blank. So here is the story.....it is Tuesday night and the southeast is in the middle of Winter Storm Leon. Although it is not bad in Jackson, it is very, very cold and I have been driving for several hours, so when I checked into my hotel at the Hampton Inn, I was really glad to see a Chili's right next door. When I walked in, it reminded me of that scene in the movie Animal House when the white guys walked into the night club with their dates and everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at them and you could tell they really did not want them there. I should have left then but I didn't and I proceeded to the bar to grab a seat. I sat down and although the bartender looked at me 3 times, he never acknowledged me. After 5 minutes of him walking by me and then laughing and joking with some of the wait staff and the kitchen staff, I politely motioned for him to come over. When he arrived, he did not say welcome to Chili's, what can I get for you, he didn't even say what the "F" are you doing here, I am going to spit in your food and drink, he just looked at me with this big stupid look that said "Yeah, you called me over here now what do you want." So I place my drink order which was a "Crown and Ginger". It is a very popular drink and pretty self explanatory if you ask me. Well apparently not to Darrell...(pronounced Duh Rell). He brought me vodka and ginger ale. Now who the hell has ever heard of someone ordering that combination? After I told him it was wrong, he proceeded to tell me that they do not have ginger ale and he had to make it himself using coke and sprite. But that still doesn't explain the vodka instead of the Crown Royal which is a blended whiskey. So now Duh Rell is even more mad at me for sitting at his bar so when he brings me the correct drink, he grabs a menu on his way back to serve me. He almost spilled my drink when you threw it on the bar and he tossed the menu to me like a frisbee. This is the second time that I should have left the place, but at this point, I was dead set on pissing this asshole off and was not going to leave. I sat there with my drink and listened to him talk to all of the other bar patrons except me, you see I was the only white person at the bar. He spent a majority if his time talking to a woman seated next to me who apparently used to work there but now works at Logan's. I decided to really get under this guys skin so I started trying to engage him in conversation. He was wearing a Broncos beanie cap and since the Broncos are playing in the Super Bowl, I asked him about the game. I got a short, "I'm not a Broncos fan, I am a Peyton Manning fan" answer from him as he rolled his eyes at me. Now I was really determined to make him mad. So I called him over again and ordered some food and made sure that I asked him to include something that wasn't on the dish and to leave something off that is supposed to come on the dish. I knew that would make his day. I could hear him in the kitchen as he laughed and joked with the kitchen staff and some of the wait staff, so I knew this guy wasn't a complete asshole, it was just apparent that he didn't like me and the only reason I could come up with since I had never seen Duh Rell in my life is because I am white. Now I was really mad and I made it my nights mission to have him hate me before I left his bar. After 30 minutes, he brought my pasta dish and I carefully inspected it for accuracy and spit, I joined in on the conversation he was having with the black woman sitting next to me at the bar. Every time he thought he was getting some where with her, I would join in and she would laugh and he would get this really mad look in his eyes and just stare at me. I was having some fun now so I decided to turn it up a notch. When Duh Rell would walk away from the woman, I started chatting her up. I was telling jokes and making her laugh and asking her about Jackson and it was pissing big old Duh Rell off so bad that instead of asking me if I would like anything else, he brought me my check. When he threw the check down on the bar in front of me, he leaned in with both hands placed firmly on the bar and said "Have a nice evening". I took this as my third invitation to leave and I did, but not without getting one more jab at this idiot. Instead of leaving a tip, I wrote down Keisha's (the woman sitting next to me) phone number as I had gotten it from her while he was back in the kitchen. I had no interest in her whatsoever except to piss off big Duh Rell. So, good luck Duh Rell, not only with the woman and your wife but also with your career as a bartender. You are going to need it with the attitude that you have. To the ownership and management of this establishment, Duh Rell is bad for your business. Make a change or close your doors.

Never even ordered -- no employee interested in me. Sticky dirty menu. I just got up and left. Young man at front very unwelcoming and rude. Why in the world were all those people there? There is no other place in Jackson to eat?? This place is awful

To go service was disappointing. I ordered on line and arrived to the news that they are out of chili. Really???? What is the name of the restaurant? She handed me the bag and I looked in and I didn't see any utensils or napkins. I asked for some and she said they were out. I explained that I am staying in a hotel and I cannot eat salad, mashed potatoes, or pasta with my fingers. She said that there was nothing she could do. I was able to get some cutlery from the hotel, so I was able to keep my fingers clean. I can see why the dine in was empty by the level of service and enthusiasm. Of course, the Chili's To Go parking spots were all taken up by employees since it was raining and they would rather customers get wet. The food was not bad, but the pasta portion was very small for over $10.

One of the worst places that I have ever been to. We had to wait for over an hour before we got our food. There was dirty tables all around us, along with many people waiting to be seated at the same time. Our server was almost non-existent!

TO-GO service was the worst I've ever experienced, kitchen was dirty, and brownie was as hard as a rock!

One of the better Chili's I've been to outside Texas. The new El Presidente' margarita is smooooth! Wife's chicken fajita salad was great & my triple appetizer southwest egg rolls were excellent! Sit in bar; always have tv's on sports. Happy hour was 2 for 1 from 11am to 6pm! Go!
