If you are feigning for some food after all the buffets are closed, fret not, Terrace Cafe is here for you. We weren't paying so we decided to go balls to the wall and order everything. Two spinach dips, filet mignon, rib eye, chocolate cake. At 2am, my stomach that just received bad vietnamese vermicelli was not happy with me. I didn't care and took a few more bites to piss it off more. The food was actually really good. We were acting like refugees who have not eaten in days, terrifying the old dude who made the mistake of taking us out. If I weren't so full already I would have eaten more. The restaurant has no kind of atmosphere, looks like the cafeteria in a nursing home. Despite the good food, I may not come again if it wasn't free as the meals were kind if pricey for the lack of atmosphere.

This place is just okay. We went here because we were hungry and at 10:45 pm on a Tuesday night, nothing else in Biloxi was open. Our food took about an hour to come out and we were excited because we thought that meant they were cooking food from scratch and would serve it piping hot. WRONG. It was Luke warm. Now that's not usually a problem but try eating a grouper Luke warm and you'll find out it tastes nasty. So does basically anything else thats supposed to warm but tastes cold. If I wasn't so hungry I probably would've complained and not eaten it but I was tired and starving. For the price and less than mediocre service we got (our server never apologized for the slow service or went out of her way to do a thing), I can't recommend this place and will not go here again. That's sad because had the food been hot it would've tasted pretty nice too but still not justified for the price. EDIT: Also forgot to mention, I got a side of asparagus that cost $5. All I got was a plate of cold FOUR asparagus. That's $1.25 for ONE STICK of asparagus. That was just flabbergasting for me!

We loved the food. I got the open faced steak sandwich and it was delicious. My hubby got the Rubin and thought it was excellent. My son got French onion soup and said it was incredible. Our waiter was very good. Come with a big appetite the portions are large.

CHICKEN & WAFFLES. Get it! Fried chicken was hot, juicy, salty, crispy goodness. Waffles were also served hot and crispy with a hint of vanilla. Combined with maple syrup and salty fried chicken, it is a heavenly match. I had a beer (IPA) that was also quite good. The beer I had is brewed by a popular local brewery exclusively for the Beau Rivage casino. Drink it and support local business!

My wife and I have only eaten here after being out late. There are only a few choices near the Biloxi casinos at 2am such as Waffle House and fast food chains. It is located at the main entrance to Beau Rivage. The service and decor are top notch. At 2am there is a limited menu such as breakfast items, a few salads, and sandwiches. A table next to us had the Rueben, she expressed how awesome and tasteful it was, so next time I may try it. My wife and I usually get breakfast. The choices are simple such as French toast, pancakes, waffles, and a plate that has "the works". The prices are a little expensive but remember you are in a casino. Enjoy!

I am tired so I'm gonna be short. The good took forever and this was also our second night. First night my fish was over cooked the first night and tonight my chicken was over cooked but I was so hungry I ate the chicken. The fries were good. My friends baked potato was good and my other friend said he gives his banana pudding a 7 out of 10. The waitress did apologize on the wait saying they were short staffed. I don't see how the kitchen can send out red snapper that looked like a piece of rubber and chicken that was Dry. They were nice enough to subtract the desert off the menu. It's not our servers fault. Her name is Jennifer and she's been sweet. We are just too tired to complain. This was the only place open this time of night at casino.

It is not my favorite place to eat, but it was ok. The service is inexplicably slow, but they are nice. The spinach and bacon dip was really good. I also ate the steak frites with the chimicurri sauce. It was just ok. Not very flavorful unfortunately. Overall it was ok. I wouldn't go back unless there was nothing else open, which is why I went there in the first place.

Average casino cafe fare. It's good enough to eat, but it's not something you'd usually want to go to when other options may be open. However, at 11pm, looking for a quite bite to eat before hitting the road back to the apartment, it sure beats the alternative... fast food. I've never eaten here during a meal rush, but every time I've been there has been ample and immediate seating. Clam chowder is good, sezchuan beef was decent (not spicy enough!), and the crab cakes are tasty, but are mainly filler, not a lot of crab meat. The egg rolls aren't bad either, but it's not the traditional flaky egg dough, it's most refined like a smooth spring roll. One complaint are the chairs. They're nice and big, but they're uncomfortable to sit in if you're average height or less. Sitting in them so your feet are on the floor, you have to lean way back to actually sit against the back of the chair. It's like being in a recliner that doesn't recline but forces your body to recline anyway. While eating food I end up sitting at the front edge of the chair so I can sit upright at the table. Sorry to spend more time talking about the chairs than the food, but comfort is important!

We liked it! I was worried after reading the reviews but there are not many options in the Biloxi area and we were wanting something besides burgers or bufffet. I got a southwest chicken salad and hubby got the club sandwich on wheat. The food was good not great but good. Surprisingly there was a huge amount of chicken on my salad and just the right amount of dressing premixed in. Large servings but the service was slow considering that the place was not busy. I was surprised at the lack of restaurants around the casinos...so this a good option to go to.

Never had a waitress ask me to please reuse my lemon I had squeezed over my shrimp for my spinach to save her a trip before.

nice place....seems a bit under staffed though. Limited menu doesn't completely describe what all comes with meals. Limited choices at breakfast.....yikes, 6 bucks for a bowl of cereal! well....that's a casino for ya.

My husband and I have eaten at this lovely cafe in the Beau Rivage Hotel and Casino several times, and I have had excellent experiences each and every time. My Reuben sandwich was loaded with meat and grilled to perfection! They consistently have a good menu, good service and good food! What's not to like!!

There are really only two redeeming qualities about this place. First, it is open 24 hours so in a bind, after a night out or even just when you've got the munchies, the atmosphere here is preferable to going to Waffle House, IHOP or Denny's. Second, walking in and sitting down at the place, if you squint just right or let your mind wander and forget that you're in Mississippi, for a moment you can trick yourself into believing that you're at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. Other than that, the food is actually pretty bad and the service is equally bad. Surprising really, since the Buffet a few feet away is actually good. I ordered the lettuce wraps which were advertised to come with pickled cucumbers and kim chi. The kim chi was "eh" but the cucumbers were not pickled. Or rather, they started to be pickled, but did not ferment long enough to achieve the taste required of it to present this as an Asian dish. I was disappointed. Worst, the lettuce was wilted and the meat was extremely salty. So salty, I could barely finish a quarter of it. The Beau Rivage is one of the better casinos in the Biloxi area, but the Terrace Cafe is not a place I'd ever go to unless nothing else was open.

So I had a meal at the Terrace Cafe at Beau Rivage.... huge disappointment. House salad is basically grocery store mixed greens. I got the California Club which was actually ok, but for my side I ordered the green beans, yuk. Soggy and sauteed With bacon and onions. I will send them my wife's recipe for same dish. These were horrible, soggy mess. The club was good. With my glass of Cab, I paid $30 + tip. The server asked, "are you done with this" ? That pretty much sums it up. ..I was.

Seriously, guys, change your soup bowls!!! When the waitress walked out of the kitchen with this bowl on her tray, I was thinking it's better be not my noodle soup I have ordered. I probably should have asked her to change it, because the moment she set this hideous, high, white plastic bowl in front of me, it reminded me some kind of porcelain washing basin, honestly, I could not help it but to think that I am drowning in it with all the rice noodles in there. And you guys do know that the real Pho comes with PLENTY of basil leaves, cilantro, and lime with it, right? No complaints about service, but it was not so busy either.

Had lunch there on Jan 24. What a pleasant surprise. Every dish we had was very good. Tuna tartar, seafood explosion, crab rangoon apps...all were great. I had a reuben that was loaded with meat and was very tasty. Great service.

Open 24/7, this place is a sit down restaurant in a nice casino. The food selection is good and they have a few items on the menu (fettucini and Lo Mein to name two) that are vegetarian friendly (which can be hard to find on the Gulf Coast). The service was good (though our food may have sat under the warmer, but I attribute that to the fact that we had 6 people in our party who all ordered very different items. (Or at least I hope that's why). We will definitely be back!

It's 4:30 am and Im not just waking up. I've been drinking my weight at the card tables ALL night. The terrace cafe will do. Yes, there's a waffle house across the street, and maybe if I felt like I could safely cross the street, I would've opted for it. Convenience counts. (please note a wavering b/w waffle house and ANYwhere speaks volumes) There's a large variety of food, from southern, to American, seafood, and I think hints of Asian. It was ok because I was hungry. The same goes for the morning before, when I'd been playing musical airplanes all night and needed some breakfast sustenance to start my day. It had zero flavor, however the coffee was decent. I could've been eating that plastic make-believe food and not known the difference. My complaints are sounding like 0-1 star(s) but I gave it 2stars because both times it filled my tummy, didn't make me sick and wasn't a questionable place (pretty funny @LanD -- the squinting and seeing Bellagio is on point).

Food just ok, service very poor. The smoke smell is overwhelming, even in a supposedly nonsmoking section. Prices not bad, but we still won't go back, mainly because of the poor service.

Was staying at the hotel and we stopped in for a late nite dessert! Our service was quick and the dessert was satisfying!

Extremely slow, snail slow service seems to be the norm here after reading through other yelp reviews. Came straight from the bar at 2:10 am in search of food. there were maybe 8 other tables besides ours, so it was not super busy. My first warning to abandon the cafe and head over to Waffle House was when it took a solid 10 minutes to get water. We ordered right away, and sat for a solid 45 minutes before our server came over to check on us. I asked him how much longer and if we could see a manager. Another 15-20 min later, our food comes out and no apologies nor a manager appeared. I am fuming. Not giving them a one star review bc the food was mediocre, not the worst, not the best. My chicken pot pie wasn't too shabby. Big chunks of chicken. The steak frites were mostly frites, with measly chunks of overcooked fatty steak. Their phó tai is terrible. I figured since it's not the typical Vietnamese spot that it'd be iffy, but we gave it a try bc how often do you see phó tai on the menu at a casino? Well, I'd call it instant ramen broth with old vermicelli noodles and more chunks of fatty meat. Not the thinly cut pieces I am used to. Broth was overwhelmingly salty. I hated it. Grits were ok. Overall, memorable in the bad kind of way. $90 to sit around until 345 am and eat blah food? Never again. Spare yourselves and go to Waffle House if you're desperate for late night food. Even the gas station snacks would be better than living through their slow, poor service.

I am giving the Terrace Cafe 1 star because there's no option for negative stars. I ate here on my 21st Birthday and I received the worst service I've ever had in my life. After we were seated it took a waitress 40 minutes to come over to my table. The waitress only came to our table after I complained to the hostess. The waitress was rude and not knowledgable about anything on the menu. After our drink/food orders were taken I had to complain again but now to the manager because we hadn't even received water. He took another 25 minutes to bring our drinks to us after I complained a second time to him. Then, finally, after 10 more minutes we got our food after I told them I was going to walk out. They didn't comp any of our meals or even apologize for their bad service.
