The thing I love about St. Louis Bread Company / Panera Bread is that the bread is unique. I have never tasted a piece of bread more delicious than the slices of french that they rip off to go with your soups. I am a big fan of their tomato mozzarella paninni but their french onion soup is to die for. The croutons on that thing have some sort of garlic flavoring which when soaked in the soup and cheese, are just delicious. The breakfast menu is also really good. They serve multiple types of egg quiches mixed with bacon or ham or spinach, etc... that are absolutely amazing. The breakfast sandwiches are on the paninni bread which is really good. They also serve a breakfast power sandwich which is supposed to be the healthier sandwich on whole wheat bread. Not gonna lie, it's damn good.
Good service...plenty of outlets......You cant beat the french onion soup, however, this location sometimes serves a cold soup that you have to heat up when they are busy. HOMELESS people asking for money has been addressed and I have not had that problem there in a year. The traffic flow is aproblem at all locations. You never have to wait in too much of a line...but it is difficult keeping your place in line without a struggle. That also could be because we St. Louisans have no idea how to stand in line and wait our turn. We just arent very self aware of our surroundings and run into each other a lot. How hard is it to look where you are going...
It's a great location. Breadco is great about being fairly consistent across stores, and the people here are friendly. Biggest complaint? The jerks who come in the morning, (maybe) buy a cup of coffee, and sit there for hours hogging a booth. Yes, the Wi-Fi is free, but the intent is for customers to be able to use it while they eat, not for you to freeload and talk loudly on your cell phone. It would be great if the staff would do something about this. That said, it's a good location, because the area doesn't have much-a Burger King is the only other quick option. There are a few other restaurants, but parking and getting in and out of the lot is a challenge. All in all, a pretty good Breadco.

Everything here is delicious and the service is wonderful. I highly recommend the penne rosa with feta, but you really can't go wrong. If you try something and don't like it they will get you something different for free! Try it, you won't be disappointed.
A good Quick healthy sit down fast foods sit down restaurant for the family. ! I tried all their Asian food here like : Japanese pan noodles, Indonesian peanut sauté this was good,I also tried their pad Thai too it wasn't bad at all !
Ho hum. I am just about over these noodle places. Too much salt, too much oil or fat, and not many choices. Or maybe I just don't have the imagination needed. It did the job, but I wouldn't make it a favorite. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Place was clean and bright. You might like it better than I liked it.

"Rapid" ordering not so rapid. Pick up not so rapid either. Management seems to be apologizing right and left for ordering issues and empty coffee dispensers. Too much for a restaurant that isn't a quarter full. Prices seem way more than what you get. Loved St. Louis Bread Co. for years, but the overall Panera model gets less and less exciting for me from year to year.
A-ok just about says it. This is a decent spot to get your bread fix - bagels, breakfast danish, and cupcakes alike! It's your typical Panera Bread located in a small shopping complex right across from St. Anthony's on Tesson Ferry. I give it 3 stars for the tiny patio...but strip malls aren't known for their beautiful, outdoor space now, are they?
Overrated and overpriced. Don't get me wrong, I still go to Bread Co., or Panera if you aren't from Saint Louis, occasionally, but it's really nothing special. I end up spending at least $8.00 per meal, and I'm usually not even full by the end of it. When I go there I go with the Nappa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich or the Sierra Turkey. I sometimes mix it up and go with a Pick-2, which allows you to go with a soup and a sandwich or salad. I still like the place, but it really isn't worth the price tag. I'm glad you guys finally upgraded the water cup's size though!

St. Louis Bread Co is just about the same everywhere. The food is relatively decent, although the soups at times are a little overly salty. Service at this particular location is always very good. The staff is polite and efficient. The outside patio is spacious and has big enough umbrellas for when the sun is being especially vicious. Overall it's a good location for me to frequent when I have a lot of studying or other work to do.
St. Louis Bread Co (AKA Panera) is one of my favorite chain restaurants. Sandwiches, salads, bagels, coffee, and pastries are their specialty and they do it well. They offer free wi-fi, they're fairly efficient and they have a drive thru at this location. Last time I was there, the guy in front of me paid my tab for no reason other than to be nice. Gotta luv the Bread Co!
The food is not too bad. I like the pastries better. The only entertainment I got from my visit yesterday was my wife found a curly hair in her chicken cobb salad with avacado. She took it in to echange it. Now I get to poke fun of her and say "How was your pube hair salad?" :D

Ces & Judy’s Catering

Had food from Ces and Judy's at the opera. Great chicken salad sandwich. One of the best I've ever had but the gelato was mediocre and frost bitten.
I attended a professional group luncheon meeting Thursday. We were in the turret room, which was beautiful and well-appointed -- with a balcony. We had a green salad with two dressing offerings. It was fine. Entrée was chicken with white gravy (why?), rice pilaf and green beans. Each diner had a dinner roll and pat of butter on another small plate. I didn't try the roll. I scraped the gravy off the chicken as best I could without being obvious. The chicken was moist but rather bland. But that's chicken. The green beans were good, and had a little caramelized onion on them. The rice pilaf -- oh, well. Dessert was something that looked like a brownie with raspberry sauce and a raspberry (coulis?) piped in one corner. It was pretty. I took one bite. Service was extremely attentive with iced tea, water and coffee refills, which continued into the presentation. They did a great job of being unobtrusive.
This week I went back to Ces & Judy's for a St. Louis bloggers dinner to showcase the event space and food, and to promote their off-premises catering too. I didn't realize this, but they can offer catering at other venues and even for home parties. We were treated to a fabulous dinner in the round room. The food was wonderful. I especially liked the herbed beef tenderloin skewers with lemon caper aioli. Years ago I attended my nephews bar mitzvah at Ces & Judy's. We had access to both rooms. The outer round room where we had dinner was a nice space for people to step away from the music in the main ballroom and have a quiet conversation...and it also gave the 13 year olds a place to get away from the adults a bit. Inside the main ballroom there was plenty of space for table seating, the DJs and a dance floor. I really like that Ces & Judy's doesn't have a hotel banquet room feel. There is old world charm in these rooms. If you are planning a party, you should definitely check out the space.
