This Waffle House is an example of what they all should be. Exceptionally clean, and I mean everything. The staff are happy, inviting and well put together. Grandson had chocolate chip waffle and it was spot on, he rarely eats a whole waffle anywhere but he did this one. I had a burger and hash browns and it was the best I've ever had at any Waffle House and I've eaten at a lot of them. There wasn't any wait either for a table!

Waffle House is a staple Waffles, pickles with your egg and cheese biscuits, and bangin' coffee. All for a super reasonable price. Check out the jukebox for Waffle House only music :)

It is one of those places you crave every once and awhile. The food and service were satisfactory. The only issue I had with the All star meal quality was the bacon was extremely overcooked. The Waffle and hash browns rocked and should have just ordered those two teams. The surprise is that for $1.90 you get an ice tea even though the meal comes with coffee. Seems like you should at least get a break on the tea. If you ask to get the ice tea in a to-go cup it is another $1.90. Yikes, surprised I didn't get nickel and dime out of the cup of butter that came with the waffle:)

Consistently good. Bacon is cooked fresh not kept warm like some cafÃ©s. Service is super. Best value for your dollar in Springfield.

I always love the Waffle House. I was glad to see it was around the corner from my hotel. Good waffles, and the best hash browns....smothered and covers!!!! So good. It's breakfast food, so it's hard to screw up. I love that you can watch them making your food. Wait staff are down to earth a pnd friendly. Best bang for your buck....and they still have PICTURE MENUS! Love it.

This staff is so cheerful, you will leave here with a smile on your face. Breakfast rocks here, it's hard to decide between grits or hash browns because they are both the bomb.

This is the best and cleanest Waffle House in Springfield!! The food is delicious and greasy just like Waffle House should be! I leave $5+ tips all the time and that's a lot of tip there when you only spend like $10!! I recommend everything!! Amy is the best server ever!!!

The food is fun! My daughter loves the pancakes with holes for syrup, aka, the waffle. The prices are good but my husband usually leaves just a bit hungry. I love the hello and goodbye bellows from the staff.

I am SO HAPPY that there's now no smoking in Waffle House! This location has the best waitstaff, the best cooks and is so clean! I like my hashbrowns extra crispy and always order them that way. This crew gets it and I get hashbrowns that are not only actually brown, but also crispy! WOO HOO! I just wish they'd bring back real butter. That grease in the little plastic cups isn't butter and it ruins the otherwise very nice waffle.

Terrible. I was happy when it was opening, I am a Waffle House fan and have been to more WH locations than probably anyone you will ever encounter, but geez Louise was this one dirty and nasty. EVERYONE in the restaurant--all customers!--was smoking. It was almost like a dare of some sort. I've never been anywhere where every single patron in any establishment--let alone without booze--was smoking. Yes, it's the WH and Missourah smokers love 'em some Dubya H, but c'mon. I guess living in Chicago where you can no longer smoke in restaurants has spoiled me and I forgot just how gross it is to walk into a cloud of toxins pre-scattered, smothered 'n covered. Go elsewhere.
