We first hit a Popeyes in Oregon which was the demise of our entire time there. Bravely once we returned we decided to give it one more go. Since we were in a different state, and closer to the south and all.. Was truly not disappointed; actually quite the opposite. We now come here at least once a week. I am however disappointed that they no longer sell the "bonafied box." But you can never go wrong selling the real cane sugar tea! Still one of the best fast food restaurants in the area.. Love that chicken, and everything else from Popeyes!

I love Popeyes but they never get my order correct! You have one job to do.. take my order and get it correct! There is always something missing whether it be an extra side I ordered or the honey packets/bbq sauce I requested. I love the lemonade.

We used to only go to KFC cause we had a bad experience at a Popeyes in Oregon but we tried it here and it was amazing! It does annoy me that every time you go there they say "Have a blessed day" like a million times even though not everyone is religious, but their food is good so I can deal with some annoyance. I always get the tenders with red beans and rice and their Cajun mashed potatoes are to die for. I get sweat heat sauce and blackened ranch! They also have the best sweet tea around.

Typically, Popeyes would get 5 stars from my family for both food and service. I'm knocking it back to 4 this time solely for service. You can never go wrong with their spicy fried chicken after a bad day at the office. It's medicine for the soul. And when you add Red Beans and Rice...all is right with the world! On a normal day, their customer service is spot on. This was an off day for sure. They're usually bright and bubbly. Not so today. I ordered through the drive through and had to repeat it twice. So three times in all she heard my order. I didn't check my order when they gave it to me just made the 10-mile drive home. The chicken was deliciously correct but the sides were wrong wrong wrong. So disappointing! Plus I realized that she had charged me for the items she obviously wanted me to have and not what I wanted resulting in more money in their till. Having days that, it's still great food but if you're taking it to go, double check it first.

Very glad that Popeye's is back. Very friendly staff. Great food and service. For a fast food joint, they even bus the table for you. One of the staff even opened the door for us.

Happy that Popeyes is finally back in Springfield! Love their chicken, shrimp, and sweet tea. Always have good service and a clean atmosphere to eat, although the inside is a little small and sometimes can get crowded.

The food is amazing and the service is fast. I wish they would open more of them as this one is busy all the time so parking is difficult and dinning room is full most of the time. Terry the guy who serves in the dinning room is so sweet. He is there every time we go and gives great customer service.
