I ordered a 3 scoop sundae and my son ordered just 3 scoops. When they were filling the order I made mention of the difference in scoop size. (the sundae scoops are now "junior" scoops) I was told that that was the correct size - might I add that they use the same size cup as the 3 scoop and with all the toppings it barely made it to the top. My son's cup was overflowing with ice cream - not a good comparison for the $$. My son went back in to PURCHASE 2 more scoops so that I had ice cream to go with the toppings and the staff felt the need to roll their eyes at his order! I posted this experience on their FB page and the only comment I received was regarding the size of the scoops for the sundae. At this point, I could care less about the ice cream - it's the principal of customer service. I don't understand why that was never addressed. BTW, they have deleted my post.

Service is terrible. I was there a few times and unfortunately encountered the same guy. He just stands behind the counter looking at you. All he does is to tell you the order total and charge your card. He doesn't greet the customer (never does this to me) and doesn't offer any help when I was shopping for the cake. He doesn't say thank you and have a good day etc. Talked with the GM, she obviously tried to defend her employee and told me that all her employees are trained and she has never received any complaint about service. Well, not receiving any complaints doesn't mean something bad doesn't exist. Bad business, definitely not worth coming back!

What has happened with customer service?? I purchased an ice cream cake ($25) and I forgot my $3 coupon....I found it when I got home. We went out again and I stopped by with my coupon and receipt......they would not honor it!!! I told them "I hate to say it but you just lost a customer"

Called a day ahead for a birthday cake to be reserved and ready for pickup at a specific time with specific message. When I arrived, the cake was there, but the writing had not been completed. Took a few extra minutes that I didn't have to spare. Otherwise, a friendly staff.

I don't know why this Baskin Robbins name in Yelp says "Baskin Robbins 8394" but obviously there's no 8394 as part of the name. I came here with my coworkers after we ate at Five Guys Burgers & Fries for some dessert. The second we walked in, we were struck with the smell of waffle cones being made... fresh! I didn't want to order any ice cream, but I saw the parfait on their menu. I bought an Oreo soft serve parfait ($2.17 total) instead of a scoop of ice cream. It had fudge on the bottom and Oreo cookies on top. It was pretty good and just the right size. They had ice cream cakes in the frig and a lot of flavors of ice cream. We were the only ones in there and I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the cold weather. The girls who worked there were nice and pretty friendly. The tables were small but I guess you don't need big tables for ice cream. Good place to eat some ice cream! I recommend the brownie sundae because that was so good from past experience at other Baskin Robbins locations. Hot fudge over a hot brownie with ice cream and other toppings... *drool* =P I thought it was funny how my coworker's hair smelled like waffle cones while my other coworker's hair smelled like the greasy Five Guys Burger & Fries. lol I also took a horrible picture of their sign because I was too close. X_X Oh well! That's not going to be uploaded. lol Their hours as of 4/27/11: Monday-Sunday: 11am to 10pm
