The facilities are very nice place is clean its just time to being in someone who knows how to cook cause this food is jusy plain nasty. i honestly wouldn't feed this to my dog. Service was good. Food was terrible. Most of the dishes were labeled such and such "with special flavoring". If by special they mean bland and oily, then yes, it is special. The eggroll I had I can only liken to chewing on garbage wrapped in soggy cardboard. If you're a Chinese buffet and you can't do eggrolls right then you should try another line of business. Oh, and to boot I spent all night back and forth from the bathroom after eating there.

This restaurant is horrid! Every bit of the food on the buffet is cold. It's friggin 6:30 pm! The worst chinese buffet I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time or money. Bleh

This has to be one of the worst Chinese restaurants I have ever been in. I feel I would have looked at the food before sitting down we would not have stayed. It was relatively slow for dinner and the buffet was half empty. The general's chicken looked unappealing but was okay. The crab rangoon, egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken and wontons were stale and hard to even take a bite off. The best part of the meal were the noodles and fried chicken but spent 13.00 for these two items. Very disappointed.

I bought two dinners to go the other night one was Yang Chow and I had Cashew Chicken. I was definitely not happy with my cashew chicken the menu read carrots, celery, cashews, water chestnuts and the chicken. All I got was cashews and the chicken which I want to say was fabulous. I was very disappointed that I didn't receive everything that was suppose to come with the meal.

Much better than the average buffet. My husband and myself have eaten there several times, and bring new people with us each time, and none of our friends or family have been disappointed.

The Great Wall is a relatively decent and typical Chinese Buffet. The food is plentiful and tasty and the crab angels are particularly good. The decor is pleasant but I wish they would separate the smoking and non-smoking areas with a wall and separate air system. The service is excellent (for refills on drinks) and friendly. I have experienced times when the food was cooler than I would have liked but most of the time it's a decent place to eat.

So after passing on the other Chinese buffet in town we found this place....it was clean, and the waitresses were very nice.....and with that being said the food was good too I liked the cashew chicken and my hubby loved the kimchee and it was under 15$for 2 for lunch so we will most likely come again.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
