AWESOME!!! I love the food and the waitresses are very nice. The restaurant also has a jukebox with a great selection of music. I always get the largest sized hash browns with cheese and a patty melt but everything is good. If you like Waffle House I highly recommend this one.

A-OK. I stopped by after an electronic music event at Crystal City cave in October. I'm just now getting around to writing the review. Definitely a strange vibe to the place. The person taking my order had some difficulty getting some details about my order correct, but food was decently good. Employees were a little on the strange side in terms of conversation topics. Food was ready moderately quickly. It's a Waffle House, so of course there will be interesting patrons in there during your late night visits. Some of us find people watching entertaining. If I'm in the area again, I'll likely return.

This is where my husband and I always stop when we are visiting our friends in Festus. We are from Chicago land so we do not have any Waffle House restaurants by us. We love going here because the service is always fast and extremely friendly.

Drama drama drama! The staff plays distasteful music that I personally would've been pissed off about had my children been with me. The waitresses gossip about anything & everything, they even go as far as to talk about customers (after they left of course) the food is GROSS, and the establishment is dirty. I personally don't like it when I go into an eating establishment & see the servers on their personal phones or hanging out with friends that stroll in ONLY intending on visiting. Wouldn't be so bad if they were there to eat, but that wasn't the case. Anyway, I could go on all day about how terrible this place is, but I digress.

Anytime you go to a Waffle House it's about like watching a reality show...but, this one is like watching the one that ticks you off and not care to watch again. The place was packed, no problem there... But, during the time we were there: *one of the cooks walked out because the waitresses refused to serve the waffles he made...they were terrible, not done, falling apart etc...he got mad and left. *another cool left too...possibly to get the wayward waffle-maker to come back? *this left one cook for the whole place which was, as I said, packed! *then the waitresses were all chattering about the whole drama rather than tending to the full house. *the two cooks finally return... The dude still can't make a waffle. *drama continues with a waitresses dropping an "F" bomb on one of the cooks... * I finally get a waffle after my entire family is done eating. * we all leave smelling like grease from the grill and cigarette smoke and a desire to eat anywhere but here the next time we go out to eat ... I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. Love Waffle House...but, not this one.

Food was mediocre. Waitresses were not very friendly. Tables were not cleaned and the floor was covered in food and trash. Will not visit this location again.
