Very clean restaurant. The subs here are pretty good. The bread is good. The sandwiches are very affordable too. I got three regular sandwiches for 15 dollars. Also, they have the best fountain mix of Coca Cola I have ever tasted. No joke, it has the perfect blend of carbonation, saltiness and sweetness.

This is supposed to be the delivery that is freaky fast. Yet they say I am out of delivery area? I have had delivery before from them. I am 1 mile away from the store. A 6 minute drive per Google maps, and that is too far? That is ridiculous! They lost all my business at all locations.

Delivery was, of course, Freaky Fast. Unfortunately, our bread was Super Stale. Do they save the old stuff for deliveries? I love JJ, but this experience was a let down.

We were excited about the opening of this new location. We've eaten there twice now and have been disappointed both times. Charging well over $1 for a plastic cup to fill with water is unacceptable, and the bread on our sandwiches was stale and hard with very little meat and cheese. We had hoped that the first time was due to new employees learning the ropes, so we gave it another try. It was no better. We will not return.

Decent food. "Freaky fast delivery" is hit or miss -- sometimes it takes 5 minutes or less, other times 15 minutes. The food isn't very consistent regarding portion sizes. Sometimes the lettuce is overflowing the sandwich; other times I can't see anything on my sandwich but bread because there's barely anything there! Another issue is that they often mess up orders. One day, I had diet coke instead of regular. Next time, I got the completely wrong sandwich! Still, usually OK.
