I can my tell you how amazingly sweet this location is. I'm in town for an unfortunate event and didn't expect to eat anywhere for Thanksgiving. While driving to the airport to pick up the rest of my family, one of my friends invited me over to have dinner with them. Of course I'm not the kind that's not bringing anything. I stopped in Eureka and the choices were Walmart or Panera desserts. Wasn't a hard choice. I bought holiday bread, all the chocolate mint cupcakes, red velvet cupcakes, red velvet cookies, dinner rolls and of course 2 cinnamon crunch bagels bread sliced for me later and a bacon, egg, and cheese on ciabatta. The two employees at the counter helped me create what I was going to bring. 5. Stars all the way! Th

I signed up for yelp just because I wanted to share what a great experience I had here. We went to lunch here on the way to Six Flags. Party of 5 on a very busy Saturday. It was raining heavily so we spent over an hour inside waiting out the rain. In the hour we were there, we were amazed at the AWESOME service and attention to detail by every one of the employees to every single customer. The food came out hot, fresh and delicious. For fast food, it really tastes great. The employees were very friendly taking our order and bringing our food. Several times they stopped by all the tables and asked if there was anything they could bring, take away and how the meal was. This is superior to other fast food chains. After our meal, I went to the counter to order desserts for our party of 5. My husband is allergic to tree nuts, so I inquired if tree nuts where in the flavor of the day. The man taking my order assured me no, and also offered to make my husbands dessert from a fresh batch of custard and on a separate tray and using separate utensils. He said they have special procedures they do to ensure dust from nuts doesn't get into the food. I was completely amazed by the level of service and quality of food. This will now be our go-to place for our trips to Six Flags!
I had never been to a Culvers before today. Paul, the owner, waited on us and he was super nice, offering us the best value at the register. Then they were handing out free samples of burgers. All the food was delicious.
The staff here was very friendly - better customer service than I've received in many quick service restaurants. The food was very good as well and came out fast but still got and fresh.

Imo’s Pizza

Imo's Pizza is the best St. Louis style pizza in Eureka. That earns them 5 stars. Their wings are so bad it brings them down a notch. They do have the best salad you can find anywhere. Our family likes to get the special with x-large pizza, salad (house dressing, of course) and cheese garlic bread. If you love St. Louis and provel cheese, you will love Imos's.
I'm a big pizza lover. I think about pizza just about all the time. :) So when I was driving across Missouri, I kept seeing billboards for Imo's pizza. We were planning on stopping for the night near St. Louis so that we could go to Six Flags. Upon checking our phones to make sure we could find an Imo's in St. Louis (I didn't know they were a chain,) we knew we had to eat there. After we checked in, we found a flyer in the lobby that said they delivered. We got a large deluxe and some toasted ravioli. OMG they were so good! Even after being delivered, we had a super thin, crispy like a cracker crust with just the right amount of toppings. Cut in squares! I'd never seen that but it makes eating it so much easier. After our day at Six Flags, we decided to drive to Imo's and eat in the restaurant. We had another large deluxe and we shared a baked lasagna. Oh, how I wish I could get this in SC! There were 4 young men working that evening. When they weren't assisting a customer or cooking, they were BUSY. Cleaning everything in sight, sweeping, organizing...but not once did we see them lean on the counter or chit chat with themselves. Nor did they eat or drink during their down time. I was so pleased with their work ethic that when I got back to our room, I wrote to the franchise owner and gave a good bit of praise to those four young men. I was sad to leave St. Louis and this darn good pizza chain.
Well the pizza gets 5 stars but the customer service gets maybe 2. First of all I waited about 6 minutes on hold just to place my order and the girl had an attitude the whole time. Then when I went into the place, I believe it was the same lady, was still very rude. She couldn't crack a smile and her attitude was horrible. The pizza was great if you like thin crust! The prices were actually very good too! I highly recommend the food!!!

Lion’s Choice

1737 W 5th St

Reviews:
There are several "musts" for me when I am in St. Louis and multiple trips to Lions Choice is one... this location is usually on the list because it's a hop-skip-and-a-jump from Six Flags (another must) so we usually stop in either before or after going to the park. I am not sure how Arby's survives the Chicago market, and Lions choice doesn't because it is 2,000% better. Arby's is microwave faux meat, Lions choice is great, succulent roast beef served with or without your choice of yummy cheeses. And, if you like, you can pour yourself a piping hot side of au jus! OMG, I want one right now and I literally just got back from the Lou yesterday...anyway... They also sell BBQ Beef, BBQ Pork, Hot Dogs, chili dogs, baked potatoes, fries (with or without cheese) salads, soups and a couple types of sandwiches. But I have to be honest, they had me at Roast Beef with cheddar cheese and fries. I haven't looked back. They also sell desserts, ice cream (frozen custard and chocolate covered cones) and cookies but when in St. Louis, I save myself for Ted Drewes frozen custard, so I can't say if their ice cream is any good. So if you happen to be in St. Louis, and want to try some local fast food, try this place....you won't be disappointed!!!
This Lion's Choice is a great stop during the Six Flags season. I eat here often for lunch. The staff is usually friendly, and prepared to handle a rush. They cater to specific orders. (IE: You can order meat well done, toons, and extra bags for Au Jus.) Note: The soda fountain tastes good, but the local water (or the water softener) gives it a syrupy taste sometimes.
I tried Lion's Choice a couple if times previously when in StLouis and was not impressed. I am glad I have them a second chance. I found their French dip sandwich to be very good. It is some thing different that you cannot get at a certain fast food roast beef giant. They also give you the choice of a few different types of cheese. I like the cheddar and Swiss. If you are just passing through the area, don't miss out on trying the Provel cheese unique only the St Louis area. It is deffinetly something different and perhaps an acquired taste. Don't be scared! The service at this location was also fantastic this time. They only have a few sandwich choices but a ton of sides, soups, and salads. If you want something a little different, give these guys a shot
