I love pretty much everything at Panera even if it always feels like you are attending an Oprah garden party. The service is always good and I really like the hazelnut coffee.

I went August 11 for a late lunch. It was convenient. A bit of a wait to order, which was surprising, considering the time. To-go order. Got a "You Pick 2": broccoli-cheese soup and ham-and-Swiss sandwich on wheat. She offered a baguette or a bag of chips. I declined both. Why would I want a hunk of bread, when I've ordered a sandwich? THEN she offered an apple. So, I got that, and it was the smallest apple I've ever seen. The soup was good -- just like it always is. The sandwich was just kinda missing something. It wasn't quite right. There was a mustard sauce, lettuce, tomato and red onion. But it just didn't taste that good. I think it was the ham-cheese-bread-garnish ratio that was heavy on the bread and heavy on the red onion. Maybe I shouldn't eat their sandwiches and stick with the soups and salads. I had the apple for dinner with peanut butter.

I entered around 10:45 and I went to the main menu side, not the bakery. All the registers were closed, but there were still workers around. I assumed that I had to wait until 11 to order lunch. The workers passed me several times and didn't acknowledge me. Yes, I should've spoken up, but I'm a little shy when it comes to interrupting. 10 mins later, and a line building of confused customers, a worker asked if I'd ordered, and then directed us to the bakery side saying there was a sign saying I could order lunch over there. I still can't find that sign. I appreciate someone speaking up, but expected more from the other workers who were eating and one their phones behind the counter. I like STL bread co too much to not return, just don't expect great service if you come to this location.

Not for people without a lot of time. No drive thru, difficult parking lot, and the service is always quite slow (breakfast and lunch).

Came in on a Saturday morning and ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich...20 minutes later I had my sandwich but not after chasing down my order and some employees. Didn't know a bacon egg and cheese could take that long. Hope your service improves and maybe I'll come back!

I've always really loved this Panera, or Bread Co, as it's called in STL. The bagels, sandwiches, salads, soups, are always fresh and hot/cold as should be. It's a perfect place for breakfast, coffee throughout the day, or lunch / light dinner at night. Service here is always top-notch as well. :)

Lots of outlets for laptops to work on while there. Small but a good location.

The food here is always tasty and one of the best options for grabbing a bite on the go. The fresh baked daily breads, bagels and pastries are a treat! Staff is always nice.

One of the smallest Panera/Bread Co. locations. Incredible management and staff. No other Paneras does it better. Great food served in a warm, accommodating atmosphere. Super service. Very business friendly... within reason they do free photo copying and faxing for business customers. Do other Panera/St. Louis Bread locations offer the same business services? They should. So many people use Panera for business meetings or even run their small businesses out of a Panera. It seems like I can walk into just about any Panera and it's one quarter business operations going on over lunch or coffee. It's one of the things that sets Panera apart.
