Excellent as always. Even my bf loves them. He's from NY and it tastes like his Chinese spot from home. Its actual real Chinese unlike the others in this small town.

This is a very good buffet of Chinese staples. There were plenty of choices and the place was kept very clean by the staff. I would notice them behind the customers keeping the buffet islands free of the inevitable droppings people wold cause serving themselves. My children all found items they liked and the price was very reasonable. We are from out of town and we visit relatives in the area yearly. This is one place that is on the wife's required eating locations. I'm not giving it 5 stars because, come on, it's a buffet. But it's a very good buffet.

This is a poor excuse for a poser Chinese restaurant. The fried shrimp were dry the chicken was dry. Broccoli was all wilted. Wait staff was anything but that. Too busy at the back station talking about boyfriends to check an customers needs. Once we got our table and water the waitress never came back to see how we were doing. About the only thing any good was the egg drop soup! Their take on General tao chicken was abysmal, dry flavorless lumps of chicken? No chicken on a stick but bbq pork skewers. However, the veggies were limp and you guessed it pork was dry. If this place was ever any good maybe after it first opened. It however, is all down hill from there. If you want great asian You will have to venture far from Carthage.

This used to be a great Chinese restaurant, but we tried it again after having been there numerous times before, and the service and the food went downhill. None of us liked any of our food.
