I just had the Friday Night special "all you can eat pork ribs" that were delicious. Also the cornbread muffin is like eating desert.

Located in the center of the Landings Dave's BBQ is better than a lot of the barbecue places I've had in Branson. It's a huge waterfront restaurant so you get to have a nice view of the nearby pond as you scarf down tasty ribs and delicious barbecue. They really emphasize sharing, which is a big plus in my book, as many of the entrees could easily feed 2 people. If you come with a large number of people I would definitely recommend getting one of the 'feasts', which include brisket, chicken, ribs, cornbread, beans, and fries. Tuesday is a great day to go as their feast for 2 is only $28 as opposed to $38, and can easily feed 3 hungry people. Don't forget to try their 5 barbecue sauces which cover a broad range from sweat and peppery to hot and spicy. The space definitely reminds me of a nice Southern cabin with its checkered tablecloths and wood furnishings, however it isn't rednecky at all which normally turns me away from places like this. The service was average, I only recall the server coming around once or twice after they took our order. Although we didn't really need much from them, I have a feeling the servers don't typically wait hand and foot like servers at other restaurants do. However when we needed something it was easy to get their attention, and they brought our food relatively quickly. Although I wouldn't normally recommend many of the bbq places in Branson because almost every place has ribs on the menu, if you happen to be downtown you should definitely check out Dave's. Decent service, decent view, and an incredible view; it's an overall good place to eat while you take in downtown Branson.

Love Famous Dave's! Don't love that its nowhere near STL but do love that I can stop there at least once a year when I go down to Branson. Ordering their sweet tea is a must - it will taste great with the BBQ you're about to devour. We had 5 in our group and we were seated immediately on a busy Sunday. Our waiter was nice and knowledgeable. He didn't show up as often as one should but he did come around. I ordered the beef brisket sandwich with their fries. My husband ordered the burnt ends with fries. The rest of the group got a mixture of chicken, ribs and sausages as their meal. All was good and there wasn't any left over. Because we were headed home after that, we had requested to-go cups. However they apparently lost their ability to give out to-go cups for a year (didn't know this was even possible) because of a customer being caught with a to-go cup with alcohol in it on the Landing and that is not allowed. Bummed about that but otherwise the visit was good.

Margaritas are good here. Got the burned tips and the hot BBQ sauce. Pretty good. Seen some people behind us get the hot fudge sundae it looked good, wish I hadn't eaten to much an I may have gotten it too. The brisket man handle was very good with Memphis style with potato salad. I'm happy that I did go here, at first I wasn't sure because I didn't know if I wanted to go to the landing but I'm happy I did. Waitress was good no long wait times.

Pretty good BBQ place. The man handler sandwich was the best. Brisket with sausage an cole slaw with onions and pickles! The burnt ends were actually very good! The bbq sauces are phenomenal. Pickles are awesome. The inside was decorated very well. Service was great! We got to sit by the window by the Landing and got to watch the Zipline place next door and the fog rolling off the water.

Couple of weeks ago before I came up to Branson I came across a BBQ sauce at the store called famous Dave's devil spit. It was really good I used it on hot dogs and burgers and pulled pork sandwiches. Came up to Branson and googled it and found it on the landing by north something. The burnt beef tips were good. Got them because I was watching the Kelly an Michael show and Guy Fieri was on the show and he said that's one of the best things about BBQ. They were good. Got to try the other 5 BBQ sauces "6 total" The very hot one was I guess a little to hot. Went down the landing to this hot sauce store and had a spoon of ghost pepper but that revenge BBQ sauce was good but a little too smokey for my taste. "Started to burn my eyes at one point" Got the man handle with pork Memphis style which is pickles and onions with cole slaw. Staff was friendly and our waitress was good she constantly checked if we needed refills on our drinks and if needed anything. Since it was my first time their she showed me their top favorites and explained the BBQ sauce types and at this moment I can't remember her name I think it was " Rachel " We sat at a table with the view of the landing and river an it was raining earlier that day so theirs fog rolling off the water it looked pretty cool. The inside decorations are good, Out of all this is the best BBQ place I been to in Branson. I been to probably 2 other places over the years and they weren't as this good for the price. The food was filling for the price and the price is fair for good BBQ. Being from Texas BBQ is quite expensive so I must say the prices are actually good comparing it to that. I was going to get one of their deserts but I got full on the man handle with fries and Mac and cheese and of course the burnt beef tips or ends or what ever their called. Next time I want to try the nachos and the ribs. So my review is 5/5 that being the Food - awesome , BBQ sauces are good Service - helpfulness and professionalism Cleanliness - decoration and we'll planned layout, not cluttered.

I have eaten at Famous Dave's all over the country, the location and view make this my favorite one I've been to. I am how ever taking a star off for the service. Sometimes the service is amazing but last couple of times I've ate there it's like they are overwhelmed even when the dining area is half empty! I even had to wait almost an hour to be seated then when we got to our table it was like a ghost town. The waitress ignored us most the night and from what I could tell she only had two or three tables seated in her section. Now the good, I love the new "Build your own BBQ" the burnt ends are my favorite! The view is amazing overlooking beautiful Lake Taneycomo.

The Georgia pulled pork was good but the barbaric barbecued chicken was nothing special. We got there as soon as they opened and we were the only ones the but we still had to wait 5 minutes for drink refills.
