Last Saturday morning we ate at this IHOP and we usually have to wait anywhere from 15 min. to 45 min. But this time it was about 11:00 and we waited only about 10 min. I guess the rush was over. We were seated immediately with menus and greeted by the Floor Manager, TISH. We had met TISH in the past because she'd spoken to us on many occasions when we'd eaten there before. She is the most pleasant, friendly, and keeps that area in order. She doesn't allow for anyone to be dissatisfied or walk by a table without checking or asking if everything is alright. The food was just right as it always is, but with TISH on board there's very little chance it couldn't be. Thanks to you TISH, we'll be back!!!

Was on a late night mission for hot cakes. I Yelped this location as it was one of 2 close IHOP's. The other indicated a closing time of midnight however; this one listed no closing time. I assumed this meant they were a 24 hour location only to arrive and be met with complete darkness at 12:10am I was hot! Shouldn't all IHOP's be 24 hours? Or am I overreacting here. At least indicate your hours of business. I'm also a little perplexed as to how they closed at midnight and was cleared out and shut down within 10 minutes lol...maybe I'm petty but I've experienced better.

A well oiled machine in terms of efficiency of getting people in, fed, and out. The whole feel here is old school robotic but everyone was friendly enough. The food here was pretty decent too. I highly recommend the chicken fajita omelette and blueberry pancakes. Portion sizes were nice on the omelette! Both very tasty. Our server Dana was great and kept our glasses full. She was friendly and efficient. Down side to IHOP- This place looks a little cheesy and the bathrooms are a bit old and icky. It could use an overhaul/ makeover. Also, Once you have ordered your food it takes an incredibly long time to come out. That aside this is a decent place to get breakfast if you live in West County.

The strawberry pancakes are awesome...but when you add the fresh strawberries on top, they're mind-blowing. It's impossible to order too much...everything is great...and they've got the stylish black Styrofoam to go containers so the meal never has to end.

Everything Rick F said in his review about this particular location is 100% true. Yea it's just IHOP but this one was so on point that I have to give props where they're due. Hot tasty food in a timely manner, super friendly staff and a clean setting. I ordered the new peaches and cream brioche french toast and I now have a new favorite! The vanilla and butter cooked inside compliment each other oh-so well, as does the vanilla creme and fresh (canned?) peaches on top. It doesn't come with anything so the standard breakfast items have to be added i.e. bacon, eggs, hash browns, etc. But oh how my heart broke in two when our waitress informed us that they no longer serve grits!!! WTH...I'm a country gal and eating grits with your breakfast is as natural as wearing socks with your sneakers! I was tempted to walk out but pressed through it and was overall pleased with my meal....despite feeling completely out of place with no grits in front of me :-( lol

Consistent and friendly quick service.I have lunch at this particular IHOP often and never have been dissapointed. The cooks here must be very organized as every dish has comes out quickly; nice presentation, and items that were meant to be hot ARE hot. Prices are very reasonable and I have paid much more for much less at other chain restaurants.

Needs updated and remodeled but as far as food and service- no issues ever! Great service! Hot fresh tasting food! Always kind and helpful. Albert is an excellent server who has went above and beyond to fill our orders.
