I came here with a few coworkers for lunch this week. This location is clean and the service was friendly. This was my first time dining in at Qdoba (my work used them for catering a few times in the past, so I've had their food before) and the lady behind the counter making my meal was very helpful in answering my questions. I chose the Craft 2, which is a combo meal consisting of two smaller sized portions of their regular menu items. I opted for two chicken soft tacos and a naked chicken burrito bowl. I like the fact that you can choose from several different salsas, brown or cilantro lime rice, and a variety of other toppings to really customize your meal. My food was very tasty and I think I did a pretty good job customizing. ;-) Qdoba is a step above other fast food mexican chains and is still reasonably priced. My meal, including a soda, was around $8. See ya soon, Qdoba!

Every time I come here there's an issue. If it's not a rude cashier it's something wrong with the food. Their guacamole is SO salty. It has been the last two times, I couldn't go past the first bite. I only went to this one because it was close to the gym I was going to. Otherwise I always drove to Fenton.

I drove all the way from Memphis to get qdoba... J/k it was convenient and the closest burrito placed near me according to yelp. Ashley has been hyping up this for too long for me not try it. So I ordered the chicken burrito and it was amazing far better than chipotle ( which is a big thing coming from me) Overall this

I was introduced to Qdoba while working for a small web development company in Clayton and the lead developer was buying lunch for everyone and he sprung for Qdoba. For one thing: their burritos are amazingly huge and delicious! They have a good assortments of different flavored fillings to put in their burritos. Their different types of sauces, along with their hotness, are very good as well. This chain also offers a rewards card, with that after 10 visits, the next one is a free meal. I have taken advantage of this plenty of times. I also have dined in and they offer a wide assortment of drinks, especially mexican beer. Qdoba is a huge plus for me for a quick mexican fix. However, I am disappointed that they don't offer margaritas, as I am a huge margarita fan. Maybe, if the owner is reading, that they will add those drinks to their menu?

Maybe it was a bad day or simply a really insanely busy lunch hour. In any case, there shouldn't be an excuse for bad customer service. I ordered 3 crispy corn tacos with ground beef with pico de gallo. Only 1 of the 3 had a right amount of meat & pico. The other 2 had puny amounts (really small amounts). With soda, the cost of the meal was about $9 and some change. Not only that, they couldn't put the meal on my Qdoba card. I was simply told that the card system wasn't working & that IT department was working on it. I would expect a proportionate amount of meat & pico for each of the 3 tacos. Disaster. I didn't complain about the amount of taco filling after I sat down to eat, but still the employee should have acknowledged the fact & gave me some other choice meats while she filled my order. Methinks I will make my own darn tacos at home where I can fill them to my heart's content.

Ok. The thing that I like the most about this Qdoba is that I signed up to get a Qdoba card and they keep emailing me free meals every month or so. And it seems to be just this place that does it because my friends don't get the same things with the other places. This Qdoba is very clean and was recently built. The staff was real green when they opened up so not all of them knew exactly how to make my steak fajita burrito but they learned pretty quickly and got real good. I'm a big fan of the naked burrito's now because the tortilla's are about 300 calories more but I will still get a regular steak fajita burrito every now and then because it's so good. Well. For those who don't know what Qdoba is, it's a mexican fast food chain that serves fresh, moderately healthy, mexican food (burritoes/ quesadillas/ etc..) The burritoes are gigantic and weigh about a pound each. There is a ton of meat, vegetables, sauces in it. You can pretty much customize what you want in it which is the best part and they make it in front of you. They have 5 different spicy sauces from not spicy to very hot. I like mine hot. If you sign up for the Qdoba card (which is free) every time you get 1000 points, you get a free meal. 1 Burrito is 100 points. So if you order 5 burritoes for lunch for co-workers, you just need 500 more and you get a free meal. It's pretty awesome. There are Qdoba's all over the country. They are not in all states yet but if you do see one and are hungry, you will not be hungry after eating here.

Good. Best ground beef burrito I've ever had at any Qdoba. Would have given 5 stars except the place wasn't exactly clean - and dinner rush hadn't started yet. Location was convenient too -at least for me. I was able to get to 5 stores all without leaving the parking lot really.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
