I went through the drive thru of this DQ on Saturday and had them place my entire order into a bag for the trip home. Upon arriving home and I realized they got my order wrong. I called the DQ up and let them know that they made it wrong, they put me on a LONG hold... Finally they came back on and said that because it was close to closing time I needed to put the ice cream into my freezer at home and bring it back the next day to PROVE that it was wrong. He even took time to mention that I couldn't eat any or they wouldn't replace my order, because again, I needed to PROVE that it was wrong. Are you kidding me? It what world do I need to PROVE that they made a mistake? Not to mention, but assuming that the following day I would just make a special trip to RETURN their ice cream to them... I have NEVER heard of such a policy and its obvious as to why... BECAUSE ITS A HORRIBLE POLICY. In a world where there is a MILLION fast food restaurants to go to why would I choose to spend my money at this place? Well I won't. I will drive the extra 50 feet and go to the Culvers Ice Cream which is directly next door. Poor policies lose customers.... How foolish of this DQ, how foolish.

Go anywhere else but this place. I ordered a cheeseburger and I got my order and there was no cheese on it so I go to the counter and tell them that there is no cheese on my cheeseburger and the MANAGER looks at me and says "DID YOU WANT CHEESE ON IT" ... theres is a reason he works at DQ

I went through the drive through of this Dairy Queen about 10 minutes before their closing time which is 10:00pm. I sat there for about 5 minutes before they finally acknowledged me, to which they said "sorry but we are now closed." Really... I pulled up at 9:50 and you wait five mins, till 9:55 to tell me you are closed? I thought you were supposed to serve your customers until the posted closing time. Maybe I'm wrong.. I went to Culver's instead. They were more than happy to accept my business. Every time I go to this Dairy Queen, I receive nothing but rude, snarky comments and less than decent food from their staff. Maybe if they were trained better on customer service they would receive better reviews and get more business.

Per our kids' request, we ended up here after catching a movie last month (Jan 2015). We will not return to this DQ location. Not only was it dirty and devoid of other upkeep, such as filled condiment containers and non-overflowing trash cans, the service was also terrible. The young cashier seemed to speak only in grunts and was not pleasant at all. Our food took forever to come out, and that's with us understanding that DQ takes longer than other fast food places. Fast food restaurants don't have a high bar of expectations, but this place dragged the bar down so low that I couldn't even talk myself into staying to order a blizzard. Sad day, no?

Ha ha, do people really use Yelp to decide to go to Dairy Queen? I don't see a circumstance where I got looking at Yelp reviews to decide if I should go to a particular Dairy Queen or not. With that being said, they have good burgers (if not a little pricey for what you are getting) and really good ice cream, and even better ice cream cakes! If you don't know what Dairy Queen is, just get a concrete ( they call it a blizzard) with your favorite ingredient, and enjoy.

Went here once about 4 months ago. The service was slow because they don't have a lot of business around 8pm. I ordered my food, it came out hot and as expected. THEN HE GAVE ME FREE COFFEE!! HOLY MOTHER OF PEARL! FREE COFFEE YA'LL! "Arnold Dairy Queen: where we give you coffee if you order $20 in food for your family, just don't tell our boss!"
