    DON'T"T VISIT THIS LOCATION I was insulted by some kid behind the register, not once but twice in the same visit about my physical appearance. Not really so interested in that. And prior to this visit, the lattes are always so bitter.] Gawd damn good thing there are multiple Starbucks in the WB

    Starbucks? Try Crabbybucks. I have had numerous bad experiences and interactions with these holier than thou coffee nazis. I purchase coffee to wake up, which means I am not fully functioning when I order. I delayed a few seconds in saying I have a travel mug. The woman who took my order told me she could no longer enter it and to tell the window person. When I got to the window I got torn a new butthole for not remembering in time. We had two orders. She gave me the second one and not the first then had the audacity to ask me why I was still there. Unless you enjoy giving your money to strangers to harass you, I'd skip here.

    Nice people working here, very gracious. Great place to sit outside drinking a cool vanilla bean frappiciano with a cookie straw on a beautiful day. Feeling very relaxed and satisfied.

    Today was the third time going through the drive through that my order was made wrong. I asked for a venti iced sparkling green tea lemonade along with other things totaling around $15. My green tea lemonade was not sparkling, so I parked got out of my car and went inside. The woman behind the counter told me they do not have sparkling as an option. No one told me when I placed my order that it wasn't an option they just made my drink wrong. There was no apology and she was annoyed that I claimed my drink was wrong. I will not be going to this location anymore and would rather drive across Woodbury to the new location near commerce dr. Just to avoid this location. Horrible customer service.

    I came during a semi-rush, but they were much slower than any normal rush at any other coffee location I've visited. Nice people, though!

    This is the SLOWEST drive thru in history. We were third in line and waited 15 minutes for two drinks, and no one in front of us ordered more than two drinks. We watched them from the drive thru window and saw one person making drinks, while there was a line of at least 8 cups waiting to be made. The guy taking orders literally stood there and watched everyone, and another woman wandered around putting random stuff away. Got our drinks with no apologies at all. I've been going here since the drive thru was put in almost a year ago and it is always this slow. Retrain or rehire your staff on how to hustle!!! I'll just go to Caribou from now on. They're way faster even without the drive thru.

    I am honestly a bit pleased to be writing this review as I don't care for coffee too much, but my wife does. But, I can rest assured that after my last visit I will have a good enough excuse to never be dragged here again. We went through the drive thru window and placed our order of one chai and one breve latte. The woman repeated this back as two chai teas, not once but TWICE, once at the ordering box and once again at the window. My tea came so full of ice that it was impossible to get the straw through it, but it was possible for it to pierce the side of the cup and promptly spill all over the interior of my car. I immediately pulled to a parking spot and began cleaning up my car as best I could while the woman at the window apparently thought it was hilarious as I could see her laughing and joking about it. My wife drove home and I kneeled in the back seat, my pants soaked with chai tea. Did I mention that this car was less than a month old? I contacted Starbucks and told them about my story and got two coupons for a free drink. Wow. No concern whether or not anything was damaged in the car. Needless to say, I am completely underwhelmed by the lack of professionalism and concern from this location. Perhaps Starbucks is getting too big to take the time to care about their customers.

    This Starbucks is like your neighborhood Cheers. The employees know everyone by name and know what they drink. They all seem to enjoy what they are doing.

    This Starbucks is so teeny-tiny! The parking lot is terrible w/ huge potholes that never seem to get fixed. The staff is welcoming enough, but the patrons of this particular location always seem crabby & picky. It's enough to make anyone sigh while waiting in line in cramped quarters while your car is parked on out on the uneven pavement. I'll drive a bit further to their other Woodbury location or Caribou next time.

    Yes. It is small and yes you have to actually get out of your car and WALK into the cafe. LOL But all the employees are friendly and they always get my order correct. Never have a parking issue.

    Worst. Rude girls. Talked amongst themselves & acted better then customers. It was like high school all over again. No please or thank you's Ordered decaf Americano got a regular instead. Had to stop elsewhere & pay for another one

    Rude rude rude bad customer service. The staff is always talking way to much to each other. When you see someone'at the counter you don't continue to talk to the other staff member, and make the customer wait. Bad customer service and rude. Your suppose to stop talking, and help the customer!! Update ! I did call the manager about there customer service and he was nice about situation and said he will talk to his staff.

    I have bad experiences here. I got sucked in to try again with the drive in (added a star for the drive in!) Other than that... Unimpressed. I was hoping for a quick in, get a coffee and out. Nope.. 9 mins for drive through. This place seems to be just out of synch.. Its still hard to get to and get out.

    I like this Starbucks for all the reasons the other reviewers hate it! Its small, cozy even. There's no drive thru so the baristas are focused on you; there aren't any of those awkward moments when you answer a question she asked while looking at you, but talking into her headset. I come here with my 2yo and we get a coffee and a donut quite frequently, we move slowly, we dawdle, we say hi to everyone, we make an outing of it really. I think the people that work here are friendly, but there's not any of that fake overly-positive BS that Starbucks is known for. I like that; all that fake niceness makes my soul vomit. I've also noticed there seems to be a lot of mature adults (read: older) working here weekday mornings. Maybe the teenagers work on the weekends? I don't know. I have never had a bad interaction with anyone working here, however, a lot of the customers seem really crabby and there's a lot of overly dramatic watch-glancing and rushing to get out to the car.
