The bagels are super yummy. The cream cheese is very rich as well. They don't have the best cookies.

I'm a regular at this Panera location, stopping for a quick bite between jobs. Ive never had poor customer service, the food is usually good, and the atmosphere is calming. That said, it's your typical Panera, nothing special.

broccoli cheddar soup + sourdough breadbowl = my main reason for ponying up the expense of buying "fast food" from Panera. Especially in the fall. I've also been known to get cravings for the low-fat hazelnut cream cheese spread one can find here (but don't tell!). Oh, and since it's low-fat, make sure you're reeeeaaaal liberal-like when you shmear it on. ;) I'm also a fan of the breakfast sandwiches. They use real eggs (I've watched them crack it with my own eyes!) and it's not greasy. Since this location is right around the corner from home, we frequently find ourselves stopping here on a Saturday morning before we hit the road for a weekend trip to 'Sconny to visit his family or a trip up nort' to visit mine. Screw BK and McD's, seriously.

Pumpkin Muffies. This, and only this. I mean, the rest of their food is aight, bagels are bagels. All their breads pretty much taste the same, just varying levels of softness. That said, I do like to go for lunch. The Mac and Cheese is yummy- so creamy with tons of white cheddar sauce and soft little pasta shells. Most of the soups are good; get the soup in a breadbowl for a more filling meal. Fuji Apple salad is also nice. My favorite sandwiches are the tuna salad and the chicken salad. The Man likes the peanut butter and jelly. (Again, he eats like a 5 year old- I feel like I have to explain this in a lot of my reviews...) The rest of the deserts... Meh. But the Pumpkin Muffie! For those sad people not acquainted with muffies... A muffie is just the top part of the muffin. You know, the good part. You don't have to mess with the dry, crumbly part in the paper wrapper. Nope, just the delicious, buttery, pumpkin and spice top. YUM! Also, you can buy just their breadbowls without any soup, take them home, and full them with your own delicious soups and stews and chilis.

If you come here on a Saturday morning be prepared to wait in line - the place was hopping! My first clue was when I tried to find a parking spot. Honestly I was looking around trying to figure out why there were so many people in the parking lot. Where were they all going? It was Panera. I had to wait in line to put in my order but they had two people taking orders and it went pretty fast really. Then off to the other end of the line to wait for my sandwich (Turkey bacon bravo). I was kind of surprised that the drink station did not have coffee in it at the end of the counter. All coffee had to be gotten from a little station by the door. I think they should rethink that - put a coffee pot at the end of the counter so while you are waiting you can get your cuppa joe. As busy as it was there were many open spots to sit at and the place was clean. Nobody seemed pissed off and the food - as always - was good. It was the perfect place to meet a friend for breakfast and then hit the yarn shop with full bellies. Plus - the sandwich ended up being lunch too - so that rocked to get two yummy meals. I still hate paying close to $10.00 for a coffee and a sandwich - but it's hard to grumble too loud when the food is that good and it ended up being two meals.

Dear Woodbury Panera staff, I'm not going to lie, you guys WERE really nice. The problem? You're also super slow. I'm not asking for you to make Panera your life and yes, I do know what it's like to work behind a counter and serve people food because I did it myself for way too long. But...I also know it's not a good idea to talk shit about your co-workers and to actually STOP working to continue your conversation. I mean, it's not like I can't see you because you ARE five feet away from me. I'm hungry and I've been waiting for 10 minutes for my soup and I've been watching you (there's nothing else to look at while you stand at the end of that counter) and know the reason for the hold up is because you are insisting on telling the kid next to you how awesome your weekend was. Also, I don't know what you guys put in your corn chowder but shit was SPICY. This is Minnesota and I don't like the spice. Your other locations seem to understand this. Still, you guys were nice and the place was super clean. So thanks for that.

I'm a Panera junkie. I go at least 3x a week while traveling on business. What I'm trying to say here is this - I'm an expert. Ok, I kid. The experience here started out good enough with pleasant and friendly service from Makenzie at the register. (+1) But it went downhill from there. First - they gave me the wrong sandwich. I ordered the Smokehouse turkey panini - I got a cold sandwich with no bacon. No bacon! How the hell do you forget the bacon when it's the feature of the sandwich!? Ok, fine. Mistakes happen, but I do generally want the sandwich I order, not a surprise choice made by someone else. The worst part wasn't even the wrong sandwich, though, it was the 2 dudes - I mean, employees - trolling the dining room trying to take trays from the tables. First time dude tried to take my stuff when I still had 1/2 my sandwich left. Then I saw him creeping by again and quickly pulled it closer to me to protect it. When I got to my last bite this dude literally stood over me waiting for me to finish the bite. Really?! Yeah. I'm not impressed.

Hadn't been here in a while but I used to like their sandwich/soup combo, so I stopped in for a late lunch. Ordered the half turkey artichoke sandwich & cup of tomato soup. My food arrived and after my first bite I knew something was wrong. Cheap turkey meat, a few strands of spinach leaf, and no artichoke. Tasted bland / horrible. I brought my sandwich back to the counter and asked if they made the wrong sandwich as I didn't even have any artichoke on the sandwich. No, I was informed. The artichoke is now mixed in with the mayo. Nothing like being a consumer, having a legitimate complaint, and being told you are wrong - that's a classic. I wouldn't have cared so much but they charge about $10 for the lunch and the word "artichoke" is in the name of the sandwhich. It should read Turkey Mayo sandwich, or Turkey & Artichoke-Mayo spread sandwhich. If only they could get the spinach leaf and turkey ground into the mayo as well, they could just serve a mayo sandwich. Think of the savings! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY PANERA. Poor quality, poor customer service. Guess they are nothing but an over-commercialized stick it to the consumer chain.

Last time i went it was better but overall the staff are churlish and unfriendly. I think they got some new ones so maybe it will get better - i do miss the sandwich makin' guy....he was the only one with a bit of personality. I think the management must meat out punishment out back or something. I am surprised people are saying that they haven't had poor customer service. Well maybe i am not. The service isn't poor but god would it hurt you to crack a smile once in a while? Also, i am cheesed that they ended my favorite sandwich - the ham, egg and jack on jalapeno bagel. Its not their fault and i will email the central office but frankly i don't know what to order now. Its either sweets sweets or bland bland sandwiches. blech. the coffee is good. I'll give them that. We go because my son loves it and doesn't want Bruegger's - his mistake! Otherwise I wouldn't go there at all.

This is one of the few places in Woodbury to get a cup of reliably edible vegetarian soup. The baguette you can get with it is humongous, making it a filling meal. Try the coffee, too. It's pretty darn good. I wish they'd stop using Styrofoam cups though.

In my opinion, Panera's is one of the most consistent chains I've ever been to. Regardless of which location I go to, the experience is very consistent in terms of offerings as well as quality and taste of the food. With that said, this is a typical Panera's location :) I typically come for lunch. I specifically like the soup offerings. The soup comes with a substantial chunk of bread (or apple or plain bagel) and I find it filling for a quick lunch. I've also had a couple of the sandwiches which were fine. The bakery items are good - I wouldn't come here specifically for that, but if I'm here for lunch, I may pick up a loaf of bread or a treat. There's plenty of seating - from booths to tables to a couple armchairs. Although the seating is comfortable, I don't linger here. I'm not sure why. I think of it more as a quick lunch spot. Panera's are self-serve. You pick up your order at the counter, and bus your own table. But, the tables are usually clean - there's usually someone on the floor cleaning tables.

The staff is really friendly. I love going for a before work breakfast sandwich and coffee. The free wi-fi makes it a great place to do work remotely. It is a diverse crowd and a pleasant atmosphere.

I've loved panera bread since my first taste of their broccoli cheddar soup, but as I've grown older I've decided I don't need a lackluster experience every time I frequent this restaurant. The food is good. That is where the two stars come from. The service, especially at this location, leaves a lot to be desired. I work close to here so it's easy to grab a (somewhat) healthy lunch within a short amount of time. On numerous occasions I have requested to go boxes and ended up with a plate. The icing on the cake was yesterday when I went to lunch with my best friend and her toddler son. The lady at the register was rather busy texting. After I distracted her from her important conversation and started ordering our lunch, my friend asked what would be a good option for her son off the You Pick 2 menu. The cashier next to the texting queen chimed in about the kids menu offerings to which my friend politely declined. She then had the nerve to scoff and say under her breath "I don't understand parents these days and rolled her eyes." As someone in the service industry, I was appalled. Until this place starts getting their act together I'll be happy to give my business to a local, friendlier restaurant.

Panera is the bees knees, who doesn't love a delicious bowl of soup with a perfectly crafted sandwich! And free wifi! This place is great for an "on the go" lunch because your food comes out relatively fast. I love that you can have a "pick 2" combo between a sandwich/salad/soup. I like to eat pretty healthy so it was nice that I could put my sandwich on wheat bread. I highly recommend the creamy tomato soup and the turkey & avocado BLT. Maybe pass up on the salads since Panera is known for their amazing breads!

Panera Bread is simply amazing! It's a really nice place to stop by for lunch or dinner! My volleyball team has come here not once, not twice, but three times! Each time we love whatever we order! The first time we came I ordered a Thai Chicken flatbread with New England Clam Chowder and I was not disappointed at all! So good! The second time I ordered a Thai Chicken salad (because I liked the flatbread so much) and New England Clam Chowder, again was not disappointed! The salad was to die for! The third time I ordered the Thai Chicken salad yet again (could resist) and the French Onion soup! Delicious! The only thing I would complain about is the second time I came and ordered the girl who took my order seemed very unhappy about working here. If you don't like your job don't let your customers see that! But other than that I love Panera Bread and would recommend this place to everybody I know!

Panera is there for what you need. Open early and most of the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This particular location hopping during the lunch hour. Perfect quick lunch spot. I like the Mediterranean Veggie sammich. It's big enough to fill you up, but you won't feel gross and tired for the rest of the afternoon because it's prolly less fatty than some of the other sammiches.

I went here while on a road trip cross country and it was pretty decent. I had excellent service, however the food portions were stingy compared to other locations. I ordered you pick 2 soup in a bread bowl with salad and chips.
