Huge step above Subway they make a good sub here and have tasty own brand of original chips. This location is clean and has a friendly staff. I personally dig the tuna sub, but the people I was with raved about the Italian.

Very slow. We used the drive thru, the guy in the speaker was short, didn't welcome us or thank us, just "order when ready" and "your total is..." That was it. Even at the window, we paid and he handed us back the change. Said nothing. Handed us our sandwiches (5 minutes after we ordered, I thought they were suppose to be quicker then that). And finally said Thank you as he was closing the window. NOT FRIENDLY, NOT FAST!

I guess Jimmy Johns isn't as fast as their commercials say. Maybe it's just the one in Willmar. We were at the airport and needed a quick lunch so we called the FASTEST place in twin for a delivery and spoke to Brandi. She informed us that the airport (4.6 miles) wasn't even on their delivery map. I'm not sure what map she was looking at but Erberts and Gerberts delivers to the airport. Not only do they deliver to the airport, but Erbert and Gerberts located just a couple blocks from JJ's was so fast that we literally hung up the phone and the food was here in 5 minutes! So Erbert & Gerberts located at 1303 S.1st Street in Willmar , phone number 320-222-7827 would be the place to go for not only the fastest sandwich in town but best tasting and at a better price than JJ's. Caitlyn at Erbert & Gerberts was so helpful unlike Brandi that we just had to mention Erbert & Gerberts great customer service.

On June 3, 2013. Excellent food and service at a great price. BUT, the one employee was very mean and NOT nice to me at all. She did Not take my food order at all, and she told one of the other employee to take my food order, plus, she was telling all the employee that work there about me. Yes, I will go back there again. I am waiting until she get fired or QUITE. Until then I will NOT order food from there again.

Wish they would've had this when I lived close to Willmar! Love it. Great stop on the way from the cities to west of Willmar. #9 with hot peppers = my go-to, quick summer lunch.
