Decent choice in the local suburbs. Overall friendly service but nothing overwhelmingly memorable. Good flatbread pizza and decent wings. However, everything is reasonably priced and the staff does a good job of keeping the place clean and well served. Very loyal patrons and usually has a good size crowd/business at any time of day. Family friendly.

Kids night was fun and reasonable. The pizza buffet was pretty good.pasta and salad as well. Service was good, arcade for the kids plus an outdoor area. We'll be back.

Slow service, second time in a row. Subpar pizza. I didnt even get a coaster with my beer and took a loof time to receive menu. Not even clean the table after we were finished. Talking about going to a restaurant to avoid cooking and not washing dishes at home but ill be doing that next time. None special here. Restaurants today have reach very low standards in service and quality of food.

We went there and had lunch. The service was kinda slow. The food was not bad. Kinda pricey. But the hoagie was really loaded with meat. It was really loud and not a family friendly environment. People were shouting and swearing. The boy liked his pizza and the wife didn't complain as much as usual. .might go back..we were there on a Saturday football day, it might be quieter on a week night. .

We had a Friday night dinner here for 4 adults & 2 teens. It is a favorite pizza joint of my son in law & daughter. It was really busy but they seated us right away in the back near the arcade games - perfect actually for the teens & not too loud. We adults got 3 different large pizzas and I was the only one who thought mine had a funny taste - the sauce, olives, onions or mushrooms I don't know which - it was edible & I didn't get sick. Everyone else thought it was great. A clown lady came around & was nice & made my daughter a balloon birthday hat so that was fun & we tipped her. The waitress did a good job, no complaints. Of course tipped her well. I'm sure we will be back - I was told it is a better location than Apple Valley. We've been to that location the other time we were in town visiting & I thought it was good.

This building just became Carbone's very recently. The day we went there, they had the kitchen under construction so it took a while for our food. I would have had no issue with this if the waitress would have given us the heads up. It took over 30 min to get our meal, and it was not busy at all. The food was average. Nothing impressive. I have never been a huge fan of Carbone's pizza as it is very greasy. So I ordered a Reuben and onion rings. The flavor was good, but not anything memorable. We will stop there again soon. Give them a chance to get settled in and up to par.

This place is really hit or miss...and lately more miss than anything. We have been here dozens of times in the past couple years, at first it was pretty solid. The buffet is really sparse, you have two different types of pasta and one sauce, salad and a few toppings as well as a few pizzas. Every time we have had the buffet, they haven't kept it stocked at all and we have had to wait for pizza to come out. We have tried their to order pasta, I am glad they serve it stacked in two bowls, I usually use the second bowl to drain all the water from the pasta, I understand they can be busy...but taking a few seconds to make sure the pasta is drained and not watery would be nice! Their pizza reminds me of the thin crust you buy at the store and top yourself, it is really nothing special, I would rather go to Papa Murphy's for pizza, but that is just my opinion. Burgers are alright, we honestly come here when nothing else sounds good, and lately eating at home has been requested by our son over going here.

5 star Mexican food, best salsa around and the tacos pretty damn good. Pizza, like all Carbone's is top notch. The place is just dreary, not an awesome atmosphere. Maybe I was there at the wrong time, but hmm. Great drink specials but I would like a little fresher of a place.

This place is great for Mexican night. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere isn't great, but what can you expect? We have always had good service. 4 stars!

Ordered calzones for dinner tonight and both were WAY undercooked - no browning on the crust, raw dough in the middle. Aside from the crust being practically inedible, the filling (sausage and mushrooms) did not taste good and the sauce was fowl tasting as well. Italian cheese fries were good, though... so wtf, Carbones?

We used to visit this Carbone's regularly until we got tired of the slow service. The Mexican night used to be great. We just went there tonight, and the price of the meals went up $2.00 since we had been there last, and a glass of coke is nearly $3.00. The service was EXTREMELY slow. It was not even busy. We got there at 8:05pm. When we got the food, I was shocked! The quantity on the plate was next to nil. I can't even explain how big of a difference it was from about a year ago. The flavor was good though, even though my beans had a layer of cool crust on them from sitting around too long. THEN, we had pushed our plates to the side and waited. And waited. Finally, the waitress comes by and says "are you ready for your check?" We said yes, and five minutes later, she comes back and finally removes our plates and says "are you ready for your check yet?" Lady, I have my coat on, ready to go!!!! So we finally left the restaurant at 9:25pm. An hour and a half to just get a couple of tacos and a coke. Ridiculous! I can't believe this place doesn't care about all these bad comments they get. So sad. Unfortunately, we will not be going to Carbones in Rosemount again.

Do not support this business. We had damage to our property from the Carbone's delivery guy and notified one of the owners "Dave" the following am. He was very defensive, even when I explained to that it was an honest mistake on the part of the driver, his response was, "what do you want me to do." He requested that I send in an estimate, yet many weeks later have yet to hear from "Dave." A staff further confirmed this laughing at me for asking for contact information (email, phone number, etc) for "Dave". Furthermore, I was directed to call, "Rosemount Liquor" to reach "Dave" and again not response. This seems to be a common theme with Dave (read other reviews below). This company is not representative of the Rosemount community and it's sad when the Rosemount Police Department cannot help and even states that, "we are not surprised with what you are experiencing from this company!" The Rosemount public has the right to know! Please do not support either of these businesses!

My family and I love going to Carbone's in Rosemount together. It is a great family atmosphere and the food is great. The servers are very friendly and offer our kids ice cream sundaes or root beer floats for free! The wait time for food is a little long, but well worth it. It is also a great place to go watch a game or have a drink with friends.

Sometime after ten this place comfortably accomodated 14 of us for an after party at the Shamrock film festival, on a beautiful patio. After 9 they have a one topping pizza for $8. The server, John went above and beyond, offered us separate checks, was very organized and personable. The pizzas were delicious, I tried the pineapple, and the sausage. I ordered really good buffalo wings. It's odd they come with a blue cheese for wing dipping only, no veggies. It's a beautiful, and very large restaurant inside. I would say it is now my favorite of the chains.

Stopped in to get some pizza to go and what a place I found. Plenty of seating available in this joint. They even have a room set aside for parties and have some arcade games and stuff in the party room. They have a lunch buffet that looks real good. Decent selection it appeared. The service was good and they were very nice to me while I waited for my takeout order. The pizza was good. I got both the thin crust and deep dish style crust. The value of the pizza was OK. Seemed to be a little high but not outrageous. I will be going back. You should try it if you're in the area and looking for a place to get a drink and have some pizza. They have plenty of TVs too for the game.

I really really like Carbone's Pizza. This location has wronged me many times. Overcharged when I showed them therir location on Carbones.com . Told a coupon was dine in only that did not show that and was honored multiple times at the Yankee Doodle locations for years (Lent Special). The list goes on. I still go here from time to time as it is the closest location to home. However, I tend to go out of the way and buy from the one closer to work that has never done me wrong.

We were in Rosemount for a school function and decided to give Carbones a try. I ordered the BLT with waffle fries and my husband ordered a taco pizza. I had a clear view of the kitchen and noticed an order that looked like a BLT come up fairly quickly, and was put under the heat lamps. Ten minutes later, our food was delivered to our table, and sure enough, that had been my order sitting up there the whole time. The server then told us she was going to get us napkins and silverware. She never returned, so I had to go get them from her. My waffle fries had probably been crisp at first, but now they were soggy from sitting under the heat lamps for so long. The bacon on my BLT was literally raw. We returned it and informed the waitress that we did not have time to wait for another one to be made. The manager agreed to remove the charge from our bill. As for my husband's taco pizza, it was undercooked and doughy, and lacked flavor. It was fairly expensive for unimpressive food - over $20 for a small taco pizza, an iced tea and a pop. We won't be back.
