There is so much to dislike about this restaurant. I just can't believe how awful the service is. None of the employees seem to care at all. The apathy is staggering. Today: Waited for about 10 minutes in the drive through with two cars ahead of us and then when we got up there, they tried to give us melting ice cream cones. We asked them nicely to make us new, non-dripping cones and they acted like it was a huge bother. No apology for the wait, no apology for the obviously melting cones. This isn't the first time we've received subpar service, and I believe in giving every business another chance or two, but tonight was the last straw. This was my last visit to this DQ.

I went here on a Sunday evening and before I even got a chance to order I was told that they couldn't make Blizzards and only had premade treats. I left upon hearing that. I, unfortunately, gave them another chance a few weeks later and got stuck in a drive thru that I could not get out of for 24 minutes. I ordered two cheeseburgers and two Blizzards. This place either has a problem with staffing or training. I'm guessing it's training since none of the employees seem to give a crap and have no sense of urgency. Much like Burger King across the interstate which is equally horrible, I will never visit this location ever again. I will get my DQ fix from March-October at the good location on Main Avenue from now on. I will go without during the winter months.
