I have never been in this store until today and am fine not going back! The stop for the Polar Plunge was right outside. To be honest, I only went in to use the bathroom. I was dismayed to see that they did not have coat/purse hooks on the bathrooms doors. I chose the stall with the baby changing station in it. I pulled it down thinking I would just put my stuff on it. WRONG! There was what looked to be an opened but clean menstrual pad where the liners would be BUT there was what was probably menstrual blood smeared all over!!!! YUCK! I ended up putting my things toward the front of it, I really had no choice. I go to wash my hands and THERE IS NO SOAP!!!!!!! I stopped to tell what appeared to be a manager about the bathroom. She cringed when I told her about the blood and said she would take care of it. Well, a friend went in a little later and she had soap, but she also intended to put her things on the baby changer and apparently the pad was gone, but the blood remained!!!! Two thumbs down!!!!!!!!

Worst McDonald's on the planet. I don't eat their junk food instead I drink the chemical induced diet coke and every time they mess it up and are as slow as snails.

I'm a sucker for my McDonald's version of the Surf & Turf: a Filet O' Fish and Quarter Pounder with Cheese. There isn't any fish better for me than a Filet O' Fish. I have tried making fish sandwiches at home but nothing comes close, so I have to hit McDonald's when the urge overtakes me. I'm also a fan of McRib, so I make a point of getting it when it is available. And when the egg nog shakes are available during the Christmas season, both my daughter and I will have to stop in for some creamy goodness if we drive by a McDonald's. Plus, the fries are ridiculously good, perhaps even better than In'N'Out (ducking in case lightning strikes). I normally do not like french fries, but I always get them at McDonald's. I also appreciate that McDonald's uses PayPass so I can pay using Google Wallet on my phone. All of this pretty much applies at any location, but in the Twin Cities I happen to find this location to be cleaner and brighter than is typical for McDonald's.

Where do I start with this place..... They tow your car if you park in the lot, I see a car getting towed every I visit. I was there on Saturday night and a homeless man had fallen asleep. Drunkies from the bars started to mess with him and taking selfies. Last of all "ghetto" dirty and just plain bad.

I used to be a regular morning customer there. I would come in there between 5:30 - 6:00 in the morning because it was convenient with my at-the-time job commute. That was until a couple years ago. There is this guy with a gray ponytail and gray beard who always comes in there at 6:00 AM. This individual often harassed employees and customers, including me, to the point that he should have been barred from there. He made countless people feel uncomfortable. He would be yelling at people, belittling people, threatening people, and once tried to start a fight with one of the employees. I made a complaint about him to one of the managers. The manager did nothing about this situation. I felt this was irresponsible for the manager to react like that. Since making that complaint, they lost me as a customer. It's too bad it had to go down like that because the employees and the food was great.

I was driving on my way to the airport and decided to stop and grab something quick around 2:30 am. After waiting in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes and watching the few cars ahead of me yell into the order menu asking if someone was there until they drove off I decided to call and see if they were open. There were at least 7 people inside seated but because I was in a rush to get to the airport I called and asked. I was told that they were shut down until after 3:30am to clean. Because of my lack of time, I drove off as did the 5 other cars in front and behind me waiting in line. However, as I left, I noticed that all of the drive-thru open 24 hour signs were still lit up. Living in the area, this is the fast food location I would always go to whenever I had a craving for a quick burger, but after my experience, I'm not sure I would return. Don't advertise that you're open 24 hours if you're not, it was poor customer service and lost business by all those who were turned away from ordering.

It seems a little odd to be writing a review about a chain restaurant. I've been to dozens of McDonald's across the country and I've never been compelled to write a review about one before. But this McDonald's deserves it. This McDonald's is awesome. Does it have better tasting food than the other McDonald's in the world? No. Is it cleaner or faster than the other McDonald's in the world? Again, no. But this McDonald's employs wonderful, calm, patient people. After the bars close, this McDonald's gets flooded with hungry, drunk folks who make ridiculous demands. The staff here remains cool, calm and collected even if a drunk girl starts crying about how they ran out of McFlurrys. They have such an efficient system to get people their food quickly, it is really impressive. Good work team! I will visit you again the next time I have a night out in Uptown!

Decent for a mcdonald's. Consistent staff, gets my order right most of the time, no mark up (screw you gaviidae common location). Now in response to the claims that there are sketchy types, they do occasionally come around but usually, the worst you'll see is a homeless person come in, that is all. I personally go here quite often so I am quite familiar with the types who come in, the regulars, the manager. It isn't worse than any other fast food joint in the city. My 2 cents.

"How could you"? Matt damon exclaimed while fighting off tears. He had caught me again, mid Big Mac, lounging on his favorite couch, watching my favorite Richard Bay Show outtakes. "I thought you said you were done with this." "I'm sorry was all I could muster as I wiped that special Big Mac sauce off my face". I tried to quit McDonald's, but those Big Macs with fries fresh out of the frier. It was either Matt or McDonald's. Artery-clogging food won out. As a ate my last fry I saw our relationship dissolve. Three weeks later he was married to that lady who is now his current wife. I continue to eat my Big Mac in solitude. If McDonald's sold their Big Mac sauce in a bottle I would buy it and dip apples slices in it and top everything with it. I've lost many friends over my lack of good taste. I'm sorry to those I've lost along the way, but the #1 value meal is just too enticing. I particularly recommend the Uptown McDonald's for its abundance of sketchy characters. My only qualm is the absence of the ball pit room. I love jumping into a tub of plastic germ-filled balls after my big mac meal is consumed. Please work on that Uptown McDonald's.

Honestly.. If you don't get a mexican voice at the drive through it should be o.k. Otherwise. If you do get that. make sure you brought your yelling voice. Your order won't be right until you, yourself make it right, with alot of complaining. It's really not that bad compared to the nearest Burger King. Which I hope to get into next.
