Awful service. Awful. I understand that this is an airport restaurant, but there has to be a line. I waited 10 minutes after being seated for anyone to ask me if I had been helped - which I hadn't, not even a glass of water (and it was slow). When someone did come to take my order, they got it wrong, but I was so hungry from my long flight by this point I just ate what they gave me. Food was okay, but not worth the price I paid. I would never eat here again if I ever came back to this airport.

Usually like to stop here when we come through MSP airport. A lost always crowded but they tend to overcome that and we get good food and good service. This trip I had the steak fajitas and they were very good. My wife ordered a specialty salad that had grilled chicken. After a couple of bites, she said the chicken was so cold it was like it was straight out of the refrigerator. She wasn't going to say anything because she was so tired from our travels. I wanted to make sure she ate well, and I wasn't in the mood to give up my steak, so I mentioned it to the waitress, Bitaniya. She went straight away to get some hot chicken from the kitchen. It was fresh and juicy, sizzling on the plate. Angela was able to enjoy her meal and relax where before she was tense. When the waitress brought the check, low and behold, she had removed the salad charge from the bill. We tried to explain that we were happy with her getting the hot chicken but she insisted that we not pay for the inconvenience. Above and beyond. We are very aware that no company can have perfect service no matter how they strive for that record. The true meddle of a company's customer service is how they handle things when they go wrong. In this instance, Bitaniya stepped up for Chili's too, and made this experience something we won't forget. Love it when people get it. 5 Stars for Bitaniya and Chili's too.

I guess I wasn't expecting too much from an airport restaurant. I thought it was amusing that there was a sign at the entrance saying they weren't serving tacos, bowls, or salad, which is about 30% of their menu. The hostess was super uninviting. She said no words to us. She made eye contact, and then I said I would like a table for two. She led us to a table and then tossed the menus on the table. I ordered the California Turkey Club. It was a rather large sandwich, but wasn't anything I couldn't make at home. The turkey club was listed as toasted, but only the wheat bread slices were toasted. By the time I got the sandwich, the bread was already cold (probably from the cold deli meat though). The fries that came on the side were not fried enough or just have been sitting out for a while, which is disappointing because fries are not hard to make. The only pro is that this is a convenient place to go if you have nothing to do during a 3 hour layover.

Good prompt service w/ Americana food. If you want something quick w/o a big price point this is works. The 3 tacos offer ample food for $12 along w/ rice and black beans.

Was seated somewhat quickly. I sat down with my infant son and already knew what I wanted so I ordered it. The lady was a bit rude and didn't really speak English... She brought me my dessert (after waiting over 20 mins for one thing) and had thrown the spoon into my food (it was the molton chocolate cake so you can only imagine all that wonderful caramel all over the spoon and handle) I needed a napkin to wipe it off and I couldn't find the server so I ended up eating the dessert anyways while my son screamed. I tried to wait for her to come back so I could pay and she didn't so I searched for her in the restaurant to find her and she was chatting with her friend. I asked nicely if I could pay and she took my money and then threw the change into my hand... Next time I'm requesting a guy to serve me.

Personally, I am a HUGE fan of Chili's--I like the atmosphere, the food, prices, etc. My husband and I did the unconventional thing and stopped by this Chili's after we came back from a trip so we didn't have to worry about dinner that night. For us, this was perfect. One thing, however, is I'd definitely let them know if you have an impending flight. Perhaps it was our relaxed attitude or, maybe that's how this restaurant functions, but we weren't "in and out" quick as I expected we'd be. That said, I'm sure if you let them know if you were on the time crunch you'd be just fine. The food we great (ironically one of the best of our trip) as was the service. All around really solid experience! I'd go back for sure!

The waitress was nice, but it took forever to get seated. this location does not accept any of your chilis rewards points.

This was my second experience with a Chili's Too. This one in the Minneapolis-St Paul airport is much larger and therefore busier. I ordered the Classic Bacon Burger, again I think, which satisfied my hunger between flights. This burger is worth the $11+ I paid. I ordered mine without cheese & onions. I should've excluded the sautéed pickles which added a spicy-tangy flavor to the burger. C'mon, I ordered a "bacon" burger, and there was PLENTY of bacon, not a funny tasting cucumber burger.

This is my first negative review. The service was shitty and the food was too salty. And I usually eat fairly salty. Had to ask the waitress for our check twoooo times. I thought she would notice we were done and ready since I was just sitting there, staring into space waiting for her to come back to check on us.

Airport chain restaurant. ...2.5 stars. Relatively quick food and drinks. You know what you are getting with Chilis. Grabbed an appetizer and a drink for $30. Food was ok and drink was expensive. But when you are stuck in an airport, you only have so many choices. Next time in town, I will look for an alternative.

1.5 Due to the amount of times I frequent MSP, I have to change it up every so often due to weather delays and ridiculous wait times at other places and this is usually one of my last resorts. If you chose to eat here you should consider the following: - Make sure you have at least 2 hours in between connections. This place can be dead, yet your order, no matter how simple will take a ridiculous amount of time. - Menu- This is a airport offering, don't expect to see the full blown Chilli's menu, especially the baby back ribs. To remember this fact take note in the restaurant's actual name, it is called Chili's Too, not Chili's -Allergen menu- If you have an allergy, request the allergen binder from the hostess -Food- It's an airport, keep your expectations low. -Dining with a Allergy- This is a shared kitchen and cross contamination does happen. I have gotten sick as a result of CC. I really wouldn't recommend dining here if you have a serious allergy. On the bright side, they have a bar that serves alcohol and a few TVs to watch the games during a long layover. For this fact alone, they get a .5 star

Great place for a salad in MSP airport. This location is just outside the Delta SkyClub before you enter Terminal G. It's not super fast, but the Southwest Salad was fine. There's a patio area to sit and watch stander or grieving travelers which seemed to be quieter than their indoor ambiance. As they say in MSP, this restaurant is "Minnesota nice".

I am actually a really big fan of Chili's, which to many is blasphemy. Anyways, I decided to stop at this outpost while waiting for my flight since my SO hates it and I never get to go. I decided to play it safe and went with the classic chicken crispers. They came out quickly but were a bit overcooked. I've ordered the crispers 1000 times, they were definitely overcooked. The manager was very friendly but all of the other staff seemed to hate that they were there. So while the experience was bittersweet, I'm going to have to give it 2 stars. Overcooking something that is deep fried and being that unhappy at 2 in the afternoon doesn't make for a great situation.

Luke warm food even when they're slow at 6:40am - pretty sure food was hot coming off the grill - this leaves waitress- waiter- and at $12 for eggs - there are too many other choices

I mean, it's airport food, what do you expect... After a delayed flight, my friend suggested we go here for a drink (I wanted French Meadow... but ladies first). The "large" Stella was maybe 16 oz. and cost almost $10. I would definitely choose French Meadow or the MinneBar if you're looking to get your drank on pre-flight. Don't support this corporate crap when you can go to so many other somewhat local places.

Avoid this place like the plague. I was looking for a sitdown place rather than a quick bite in the food court because I had a lot of time to kill waiting for my flight and wanted some decent food. The order was botched, then even after I'd told the waitress I was done, she didn't bring the check despite passing by me multiple times. I got the feeling she was almost daring me to ask for it. I finally did, because even with the amount of time I had to kill, it was getting late. The bill was just under $20 and because I was so pissed, I just left a $20 under the receipt on the table and left. She apparently didn't bother to look for it, because she chased me around the corner calling out that I hadn't given her my credit card. I told her I left cash. I'm not sure if she believed me. I also wouldn't be surprised if she pocketed it and claimed a dine and dash. If I come through MSP Airport again I'll just go to Burger King. Cheaper and probably better service. I wish I'd gone somewhere, anywhere else.

Good place to stop by if you have reached your airport early. The appetizers were OK. The drinks were what made it a good decision for us having gotten there. really liked the Mojito. They are a little overpriced but the serving is generous. The servers was patient and helpful.

After being disappointed with about every other restaurant in this airport I decided to start going to the chain knock-offs. This place didn't disappoint. Mary, my server was excellent. She actually talked with her customers a little bit which is rare now days and it brightened my day a little bit. The food came out quickly, was fresh, and was actually pretty decent. The typical airport restaurant cations apply at this place (over priced, under sized) but this place gave me exactly what I wanted. It's really sad when a chain does so much better than all of the other places around it.

Never even got the chance. 20 open tables and a line just starting we had a party of three and were told 5 to 10 minutes. I get it. The hostess then starts asking for groups of 1 to 2 and seating them at 4 tops. Whatever, I guess they didn't want our money that bad.

Smaller menu, but not noticeable. Excellent service and quick kitchen, essential for an airport restaurant. Drinks were good, also, along with acceptable and reasonable prices. Not the usual airport rip-off. Far better than wolfing down fast food between flights.

Worse idea ever to dine here. My flight was delayed so I thought I'd get something to eat and relax a little but this place made matters worse. The restaurant was slow, it took about 7 mins for me to get seated. Next when they seated me she forgot to leave a menu so I waited another 10 mins. In the meantime no server came by. Once I got the menu I waited another 5-7 mins to get a server and I ordered right away because I didn't know if I'd ever see this server again. Food took 25 mins and it was cold, not even just a little cold pretty freaking cold. There was some ice on my lettuce, I was thinking is this what they mean when they say iceberg lol anyways the server was no help and no management was available :-) no surprise. I wouldn't recommend this place it sucks

Burgers wings and salads. Limited menu. It actually is poorly lit and looks dirty. Other options are available that would be better

Don't eat here! The chicken sandwich my husband ordered gave him food poisoning. Luckily, I ordered a salad, but not a great way to start a vacation!

I stop here for a meal before my fly. Services was terrible and the staff looked very stress-out. The place was almost empty, however, the service was very slow. I would not recommend no one eating in this place.

This is one of the worst dining experiences I have had. During a layover we went in here for dinner, after waiting for a while they seated us in a cramped little room in the back, at a dirty table with sticky floors. The service was very slow and took forever to even bring us waters. We all had margaritas which tasted like something was wrong with them. When the food finally arrived the fajitas were just dripping in grease, inedible due to the grease pooling in the skillet with them meat and onions. $117 later, we left very disappointed and feeling ripped off. Don't eat here, there are better places to eat in this airport. O'Garas at the end of terminal F has much better food, atmostphere and prices.

As another poster mentioned, the service is sloooow. I had to endure the sonic bombardment that bartender Debbie dealt a poor woman sitting at the bar. Gave her her whole life's history without drawing a breath, all the while screwing up multiple drink orders.

Should have read the reviews before I visited. Service slow, margaretas watery, burger ok, would not recommend

Good place to stop for a bite and a beverage before your flight at MSP. Didn't see the chicken quesadilla on the menu but ordered and received it anyway. It was very good. Restaurant always crowded but I skip the line waiting on tables and go straight to the bar where someone is almost always getting up to go to their flight.

Meh. Nothing too special. Since I am always here with at least three other people, we always have a problem finding a place for our bags if we're not sitting outside of the main dining room. I would've thought at this point that all the restaurants in the airport would realize that people usually have baggage with them when they come to eat and need a place for it. Small annoyances aside, you're looking at a pretty basic menu and mediocre service. One upside is that if you don't get stuck waiting forever for a table, your food will come out relatively fast. I'm at MSP every week and I usually opt for Rock Bottom, Axel's Bonfire, or Ike's (though the wait here is not much better) even though Chili's is right in your face once you pass security.

No baby back ribs here at the airport. Wish I would have looked at the menu before sitting down.

  • Grace Y.

Even for being at an airport, I was surprised by how poor the service was. Does the manager not care that the employees are checking their cell phones while helping customers? All the employees seemed terribly disinterested. On the bright side, the food is standard chili's food. You can sit outside under a skylight, and it's actually quite pretty and fun to people watch.

  • J L.

Service was ok, fast enough, but the place isn't that busy. They did seem to be rushing me though, which I find annoying. My food was decent (burger and salad) but what took away that 3rd star was the ridiculous price on a glass of wine. $10 for a glass of something that normally costs $10 a bottle. I feel ripped off. My bill was $26 - should have gone to the food court.

  • Morgan M.

Standard Chili's, but with a smaller menu. Definitely good airport food. While there are more than one Chili's Too restaurants in the airport we ate at the one near gate G17. We had a hot spinach, cheese and artichoke dip, Ceasar salad and a Sante Fe chicken wrap. All were tasty. Service was prompt as well.

The food was actually pretty good considering its an airport Chili's. The server was courteous and responsive. Everyone's food looked good and my grilled chicken salad tasted pretty good.

Don't eat here if you have a flight to catch in the next two hours. Amazing, given it is IN the airport! I was seated in a section with no server (he/she was on break). Once they figured that out, I was moved and waited 30 more minutes for my food, which did not come and left to catch my flight...hungry.

  • Mike R.

Wow... Dirty, filthy conditions! Needs paint, flooring. How could Brinker let this place get so bad? How 'bout the Airport retail management staff? Oh, well... Lot's of other choices!

    (2)
  • Doug D.

Tried this place a couple of times when in the airport and the service is terrible. They close half of the restaurant and go on a false wait. Just what travelers want is a wait in an airport. It seems as though the entire Chili's chain has lost their way and now they have to sell everything at low prices just to get people in the door.

    (1)
  • Krissy N.

Food was good but about lost my appetite when I noticed an inch thick of grime/dust on the table lamp. Filthy walls and floor too.

Unfriendly staff, besides that the normal Chili's. The food is good though, but the prices are higher

    (2)
  • Hunter A.

The service here was sub-standard but the food was typical Chili's fare. The chips and salsa are still my favorite.
