Bunny's is a fun (and always packed) neighborhood sports bar. The regulars, are more regular than other regulars. It's got some serious loyalty. Try the cajun dry-rub wings. Incredible. They have $0.25 Wings Monday - Thursday 9-11pm. They have free HH buffet M-F 4-6p. There's a free Late night taco bar-usually at 10! Weekend brunch is a great value. Nothing special, but you'll enjoy. All breakfast specials come with a free drink. Order dinner off blue menu! The servers can seem a little off-putting, but it's only because they're so amazingly busy always. It's all part of the consistent charm.

Great neighborhood bar that's good for any occasion. Good food, friendly service, popcorn, and pull tabs. What can be better? Try them for brunch; many of the menu items come with a bloody or screwdriver!

Even on the slowest days, the service is flat out terrible. Understaffed at the busiest of times, and transparently grumpy/annoyed staff when it isn't. Yet I continue to frequent Bunny's regularly for three things: $.35 wings after 9pm, Free Taco bar at 10pm, and a great Minnesota sports-watching atmosphere. It's a good spot for groups, with free popcorn and pull-tabs and entertaining regulars.

Some of the greatest food you will eat out there! And plenty of cold beer as well. Cheers

What a great place. Not a fancy place but a great casual spot. Please open a location in Uptown?? Although wait staff can be a bit crabby at times.

Great food, even better prices, and super nice bathrooms lol. My burger actually tasted like a burger, which is hard to find at a lot of restaurants around here. My fries were crispy and the drinks were good. I'll be back again soon

DO NOT TRUST WCCO TV Sat Morning show & Matt Brinkman - they said this place WON best Breakfast??? This place is WORSE than a Denny's!!! Worst breakfast I ever had!!! Even Perkins is better. if you want a great breakfast spot with REAL american fries, go to Egg & I St Paul, MN The American Fries are little processed frozen squares of potatoes from a bag = crap quality. think low quality bulk frozen food aisle. The Eggs benedict sauce is something out of a bag too and the worst we ever had. the "included" Bloody Mary was also horrible. The music is loud, the place is loud. The Coffee sucks - it like Denny's coffee from 1975 = old people bad breathe coffee. I seriously hope my review closes this place down. DO NOT EAT AT BUNNYS!!! This place sucks. -MNadMan minnesota.cbslocal.com/p…

This place is fantastic! I have been there twice and both times been impressed. The first time we went on a friday evening to indulge in a burger craving. The burger was HUGE and delicious! The price made it even better! To get this burger at a lot of the places around you will pay at much more but for less than $9 to get a sizeable burger with great fixings and a good portion of fries...I'm Sold! Plus the free popcorn...a definite plus! The second time we went for Breakfast. I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy and the BF ordered the Gyro Skillet. Word to the wise, if you order the biscuits and gravy, make sure they have it still. Apparently they run out of it...and we had a little scare when the waitress was told they were out so i had to select something else...but then there was a communication mix up and all of us on the patio got our biscuits and gravy. Just be sure to ask. The Biscuits and gravy are different than what I am used to. The biscuits have a sausage slice in between the biscuit then covered in the gravy. The gravy has a different flavor to it but definitely worth it! Good luck being able to eat the whole plate...The BFs dish wasn't anything to write home about, it was good but nothing that him nor I would go out of our way to order again. Both of our meals came with a free Bloody Mary or Screwdriver (or juice...but lets be honest...that's a waste). Again we also were able to get free popcorn and walked out of there spending about $20 (plus tip). The only downside is the service here. While they are SUPER friendly they seem to be mismanaged. The first time we were a little neglected on beverage refills, this time our waitress was getting confusing information about orders. I don't care for the fact that it is a seat yourself place. I feel like I have to get my attack mode on to grab a table when it opens up. Fortunately we haven't had a issue battling it out, but its still nice when you can be seated and not worried that you have to be in watchdog mode for a table. I have no idea the times that it is seat yourself vs hostess...but i guess if it keeps the cost low...

I don't write many reviews - I know, I should. I"m a bit stingy on stars. Bunny's is as close to a 5-star as I've found in the Twin Cities. I don't know why they aren't in the Top 10 breakfast spots in the local reviews. The atmosphere is boisterous, the decor is social spot American, the menu and food are very good; but, the best thing is the extremely friendly staff. Thank you, Terri! I will be back ...with friends.

Bunny's is a great American sports bar is Saint Louis Park. It always has a varied crowd. The drinks are cheap. They have free popcorn. And, it's good bar food and a great breakfast. Also, every waiter/bartender I've had there has been friendly. The biggest downside is the parking lot - it's big, but still hard to find parking. Going there for a drink? I recommend the margaritas.

Well if you suffer from Grandpa Fever, Bunny's is the place to go! I've only been here once before for a birthday party on a Saturday evening (which was much more livelier as far as music, age group goes), so my last trip this past Saturday afternoon was quite head scratcher! We were in the area shopping and we decided to stop somewhere for a beer. We decided Bunny's was the only bar around us. I was beyone curious why the entire parking lot was jam-packed. What on earth was going on in there? Well, as you walk in, the pull-tab bonanza packed with what seemed to be a 1960 class reunion of cadillac-driving retirees answered my question. Apparently, that's a normal Saturday there. As we sat at the bar- we still could not grasp what the draw was of the restaurant?! There were families ordering lunch/dinner right next to the bar of loud booze-filled AARP members. The restaurant's dark-tile, popcorn smell just disn't seem like a place a family goes for dinner. It was just an odd, odd, experience!

What's not to love about Bunny's except the few times when you can't find a parking spot, or have to wait for a table, spot at the bar. Everyone else has already spoken about the great happy hour, taco bar, late night wings etc., so I'll add a couple of more recent developments... Pizza and wings and nachos are always good - what you expect at a sports bar. Beer - always a couple of interesting taps that change each month, and now they have a well thought out selection of Premium beers behind the bar. Each chosen beer, imho, represents one of the best or best types of it's style - Chimay Blue, Pilsner Urquell, etc. all at reasonable prices. There's cucumber garnish for the Hendrick's, one decent single malt, and something for almost everyone. Lots of regulars here, and a real mix of young/old, dressed up and barely dressed at all... The staff all have their own charm as well and one of the things that makes this a great consistent spot is ownership is virtually always present and involved in day to day operations. You can't run a successful bar or restaurant without management and ownership caring and being on site - happens in spades here. Some have commented about it being quirky and eclectic - yup, that's part of the charm. If you want Ruby Tuesdays or PF Changs there's more room for the rest of us at Bunny's! I look forward to the comfort of Bunny's with massive portions of comfort food, cold beer, and very reasonable prices. Oh, if I happen to catch you sticking your hand in the popcorn instead of using the scoop, you're gonna hear about it - or if you're that guy who makes up a parking spot and blocks me in and then gives me attitude :-)

25 cents for wings that are huge is the best deal ever. Popcorn n taco bar late at night. I've had burgers and their breakfast and both have been delicious!!! Tables can get crowded and parking but it's minneapolis what do you expect.

We (my husband and I) called ahead at about 12:30 to order food. We arrived at Bunny's to eat and have a cocktail. I had a burger which I ate with a drink, my husband had wings and a drink. When we were ready to leave my husband asked for a box for his last few wings and they would not allow him to take them??!! I have never heard of this b/4? We had not been there b/4 and had no idea this was your policy, crazy to me!!

This place gets packed! At around 5 pm there was not a single space in the lot. I think the free munchies (popcorn, wings and other assorted mysterious fried garbage) is the main attraction here. Not sure if this offer is only available during happy hour, but if you're into stuffing your face with empty calories then this is your kind of joint. It's a laid back/casual yet lively neighborhood bar with people of all ages gathering here and an abundance of televisions around the perimeter of the bar for the viewing pleasure of all. Drinks/prices/service are nothing special.

Beer and buffalo wings with plenty of people watching thrown in for good measure. I haven't been here in years and even though I think this is a new building I don't think the place has changed much. God knows I don't think the regulars have changed at all. This is a very diverse crowd and a good dive bar but on a larger scale. I had the buffalo wings, a few beers and wasted some money on pull-tabs. The wings were much better than I was expecting with a good blue cheese for dipping. The beer was exactly what I was expecting, no blue cheese needed but an olive would have been good. Good place to hang out and have a bite, play some pull tabs and watch the crowd go by! KT

I walk and drive by this place often and have always heard it's had great chicken wings and late night hours but never had the opportunity to stop in. Today... I took a chance. Upon walking in, the place was very crowded and it was only a mid afternoon on a Monday! It is your average sports grill and bar with a huge bar, little nooks to seat yourself, bars tucked in each corner and tv's going at every glance. The staff were friendly and we sat ourselves in a little alcove that overlooked the dining rooms. A little noisy, an older crowd staring, we ordered two chicken sandwiches; mine was the Jamaican Jerk and Brandon got the Cajun Chicken. We got potato salad, fries, fruit and drinks and within 12 minutes or so our food arrived hot! The chicken was cooked perfectly and a decent cut of meat too! The lettuce was rubbery on top of the hot meat and though the onion buns were tasty, they got soggy from the meat juices as the bread wasn't toasted at all. The seasoning on the chicken breasts was nearly the same - not much flavor and caked on the meat so that it flaked off like black crusty soggy junk. The fries were dusted well with seasoning and the potato salad was tasty despite the nasty roasted red peppers in it. The fresh cut fruit was fresh and crisp and our drinks were refilled upon empty. My fiance and I were not terribly impressed with the food but we intend to give it one more shot since the staff were so friendly and the prices and location weren't half bad.

You aren't going to get the best meal of your entire life at Bunny's. However, you may just get the best bar meal of your life - and that is very deserving of 5 stars in my book! Sometimes, there's nothing better than a greasy bar meal with a greasy old bartender and a tall glass of beer, and Bunny's does it so right. Bunny's is everything you want in a bar that's been open for 80 years. Juicy and crispy wings - check. Burger and beer combo specials - check. Free taco bar - check. Gameroom - check. Pull tabs - check. Breakfast skillets and bloodies - check. Popcorn - check. Through cheap prices and a quality product, Bunny's has created a following that is unmatched.

I absolutely love Bunny's and have been frequenting there for the past five years. I usually go twice a week after a long days work. The crowd is very eclectic- business professionals-students-couples- etc. If you know what to order you will LOVE this place. The chicken wings are by far my favorite in the metro. Plus, .25 cent wings late night and free taco bar??? Can't beat that!! The service is not always great if you're sitting at a table HOWEVER if you're at the bar sit by Steve! He is so delightful and my fave! He appears very unapproachable and crotchety but he is such a warm and delightful character!

I've been to Bunny's twice now, and I can see how this place can be a neighborhood favorite. It's a legit sports bar, with flat screens surrounding the whole joint, and two (or more) games playing at any time. They have super cheap wings that I can only assume are delicious (given how often my friends order them), and their food menu is pretty standard. I've had their club and BLT, and both were very good. They don't skimp on the bacon, that's for sure. This being Beer Country, there's always some cheap beer deal, which I can't be too bothered to remember, except to say I'll probably order it. Good atmosphere, plenty of space, free taco bar, free popcorn, cheap beer, and sports. What can be more "Minnesotan sports bar" than that?

This place is great to have a beer, chat with friends, and have an ok meal. You can't beat the prices in the area for beers and mixed drinks. I wish the service had a smile though.

I've been frequenting Bunny's since the mid 80's and give them 5 stars because their food is very well seasoned and high quality. It was, until recently my go to breakfast place. A few weeks back we went for breakfast and tried one of their new bloody mary's. I'm not a fan, it's to thick and I don't like the flavor - I love spicy, however, to me, the taste is just 'off'. Honestly as I sit here at 7am Sunday morning the thought crossed my mind 'we should go to Bunny's for breakfast' - then I remember - dang, I really don't like their new bloody's, love the cajun pork chop - however, apparently not enough to even drink a free bloody that I don't like. Gary, if you are reading this, because you've changed your bloody's, you've missed out on this long time customers attendance at breakfast at least 4 times. I am taking the time to write this review in hopes that you are listening as I feel it's important for you to know why I'm not coming for breakfast. Please considering offering you iconic recipe along side your new one, let the bar orders decide which your customers prefer

Nothing beats Bunny's for breakfast and lunch!! It has been awesome over many years. I love the skillet breakfasts and the Cajun chicken sandwich with Bunny fries for lunch. The quality, portions, and service here are amazing. I also love the atmosphere here... It's a nice place to have a drink.

Bunny's is one of my all time favorite places. They have the best wings I have ever had (from Cali to the East Coast), good burgers (especially that buffalo chicken burger!) and great drink prices. Plus, the crowd is very local so if you are from the area it really feels like a Cheers.

If you can get past the fact that a bar whose clientele is generally 30+ calls itself Bunny's... you'll probably like this joint. Bunny's is a great place to catch a reasonably priced beer and they have a good selection (Surly Bender is on tap). As far as bar food goes, this place is legit. I had a jalapeno turkey burger that, while not even a little spicy, was really good. My other half had a steak wrap and commented on how fresh the fruit was. Fresh fruit at a rowdy bar? UM, WHAT? High five, Bunny's. The atmosphere is a bit chaotic. You walk in and you seat yourself. It's F'ing crazy during the happy hours. We were lucky enough to find a hightop nestled back in some nook that was relatively quiet, but in the main bar/dining area you'd be better of texting the person you're sitting next to if you really want to have a conversation without screaming at each other like those neighbors in 3B, if you know what I'm sayin'. I hate to admit it because our server was pleasant, but our service was pretty bad. There were several long gaps of 20-30 minutes when we felt like we were on an island. We were talking business with somebody so it wasn't THAT big of a deal, but at the end of our dining experience our server even commented, "I feel like I ignored you guys all night, I feel bad." Well... yeah, you did. I mean, what are you supposed to say like that? We're not Level 99 A-holes, so we just kind of chuckled and were like "ohhhhhh youuu hahaha, it's okay". It's never okay, I think we can all agree on that. Oh well. My life's happiness doesn't depend on whether or not my server pampers me. The prices aren't too bad, you're looking at about 10 bucks for a sandwich, a little more for something like lasagna. The menu is surprisingly diverse. The location is decent off of 100 and Excelsior. They have a big parking lot, but at 6:30pm it looked pretty full. My sister lives within walking distance so we just parked there and walked over. And, as that great communicator Forrest Gump said, "That's all I got to say about that."

Best bar in the Twin Cities. Kid friendly. Lots of screens to watch the game. Pulltabs. Great food and great prices. I highly recommend the pizza and the Bloody Marys. I will come back here again and again.

I would have to say whenever i don't know where to go....Bunny's is my go-to. If you're looking for romantic atmosphere, quiet dinner or gourmet food...you're not meant for bunny's BUT if you're looking for THE best bar food in town, great people watching, perfect bloodies, vikings fans and free popcorn...this is your place. The brunch is amazing...the pizza is awesome and i've tried several different things on the menu which have all been great. It's a great group of poeple mixed with college kids (sat and sun mornings), regulars who have been going forever and families. I absolutely love it.

Having been to Bunny's on multiple occasions over the years I can safely say that it is what it is. It will never get better than a 2 star MEH. Here's why; Everything is just ok. The food is ok. The drinks are ok. The service is ok. The prices are ok. The atmosphere, as some have already stated, is odd. Way too many times have I been in here late at night only to find children having dinner with their parents. We're talking about 10pm and later. What? Really? I'm a father and all I can think is "Why aren't these kids in bed?" And can we talk about the lighting? Way, way, way, way too bright for a bar. Fine during the day but at night let's tame it down a bit eh? Also, as others have stated, it's always packed with old timers. Don't get me wrong, I love old timers. I go to the Legion on the reg strictly because of the old timers, but the old timers at The Leg have a certain quality to them. The old timers at Bunny's are just your everyday, generic, look down on young people, old timers. No pizazz. Two things do stand out though. #1 - On Friday and Saturday nights they have cheap burgers late at night. $3 last time I was there. Obviously frozen burgers but we're talking about drunk food here. #2 - The back bar. Go there. It's more like a real bar. Mediocre at best. If that's your thing, hop on Bunny's. If not, come see me at the SLP Legion down the street. I'll be sitting at the bar waiting for you to buy me a beer.

My buddy was over and I owed him a lunch. I had an Entertainment Book coupon for Bunny's about 2 miles away. SCORE! The place was packed on a Saturday afternoon, like no parking spaces packed. We entered, I had been here multiple times before and it really sucked before the smoking ban because you would reek upon exiting, (Which would be a good rock group band name) But now, it is a just a neighborhood dive bar that is just a few steps up from a dive bar. The old Vikings coach Mike Tice used to have his own parking space here. I ordered a Surly Furious, but alas from their awesome beer taps, they only had Bender. So I ordered the old stand by, A Summit EPA. Always a nice hoppy and refreshing beer. My second beer later, I ordered a Fulton, a Minneapolis local brew that is making its mark. Had a nice, but unique ale taste. The menu is plentiful and lots of chicken sandwiches if you want them, I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with cottage cheese. They have a bunch of sides you can choose from, but I like the cottage cheese option if you don't want something too greasy or dressing based. The sandwich was a solid 2 sided chicken breast with some mildly spicy Buffalo sauce that says hello to your tongue after awhile. The bun was lightly toasted with a hint of butter and some lettuce and a tomato slice. Perfect. The chicken was moist and everything was just right. Even the blue cheese dressing needs mentioning. Huge chunks in it, and I would bet that it is homemade. The slices of celery on the side just complemented an already really good and reasonably priced meal. My buddy ordered the California Burger with fries, which looked amazing! He was fully satiated and we had a lot of laughs. He said the burger was fantastic. Overall, a fun atmosphere. With the coupon (Good for up to $9.50) I got out of there with two beers and two entrees and tip for about 26 bucks. Not too shabby, and our waitress was very nice to top it off. Such a fun place to go on a weekend.

First of all, I was one of only two girls and the other lady was my table-mate. But other than the shortage of estrogen in this particular establishment, I found the place so-so. It is your typical bar - large T.V.s, free popcorn littered on the floor, and hamburgers coming out of the kitchen at rabbit-reproduction rates. My friend and I had the popcorn (of-course we did, it was free) and a brownie sundae. The good news about Bunny's is that they serve Sebastian Joe's Ice Cream, so the sundae was redeemed by delicious, lactose infused ice - otherwise, it was a bit lack-luster. Unless, I want to feel like I am walking into a Cheer's rerun (which someday I might) I think I'll pass on Bunny's.

I wish I would have just stopped after eating the Buffalo wings. My girlfriend and I ordered the battered shrimp dinner and it was horrible. We laughed at the biscuit that came along with the food. I decided to see how it would sound if I dropped it on the table. It reminded me of a baseball. The shrimp was average and the mashed potatoes were very bland. We are pretty sure they were instant potatoes and the shrimp was out of a package. I only give bunny's 3 stars because the wings were pretty good. Service was average. Not very sociable, but my soda was always full at least.

I love Bunny's. It is a great neighborhood hang with tasty food, cold beer, free popcorn, and approximately 1000 televisions. I know this is a popular hang for anyone looking to watch the big sports game, but I like to pop into Bunny's for an unpretentious drink or breakfast. It's hard to find a bar in the SLP/Uptown area where you don't feel like you need to look nice to go there, and at Bunny's, I feel right at home rolling in with my hoodie and sneakers on. The food is yummy and the beer is cheap. Also their breakfast? Amazing AND CHEAP. And with some of the entrees you get a free Bloody Mary or mimosa. Boom -- hangovers be damned! Stop on in to Bunny's if you're looking for a friendly neighborhood crowd and a place you could sit and play pull tabs for 8 hours straight and not be judged.

This place was hoppin' Bunny's is the archetypal sports bar. Beer, TVs, and wall to wall people. Its Thursday people, don't you have homes? :) This place was Loud when the hockey tournament was on, but settled down to a dull roar afterwards. The place looks nice. I felt at home here. We were seated promptly, but had we been any more than two we would have waited. I ordered Surly Bender to my wife's coca cola. They had a couple of other interesting brews (Brau Bros Moo Joos for instance) - otherwise it was InBev or domestics. Burgers for both of us. Sandwiches, wraps, and pizza round out the menu. Burger's here are cooked to order - either 1/3 or 1/2 pound. My medium was medium. Tender, juicy, and flavorful with BLT and pepper cheese. Fried onions and mushrooms were a plus. The fries were fresh, hot, and lightly seasoned. They are the kind where you gobble a bunch down before you start on the burger. The service was attentive, with the server checking back at least 3 times during our meal. The food was delivered fresh and hot from the kitchen. Definitely on the "I'll be back" list

I have been to Bunny's when it was in the old building and now in the new building. I would tend to agree with some others in that they must have moved the dirt and filth from the old building to the new one. This is a place mostly frequented by locals that like it because it is what they have always known. I am fine with well established community restaurants but they still need to provide service to new customers which they do not. The service is mostly based upon their convenience; so, do not go there if you are in a hurry or expect someone to check back to your table for more than the order, food delivery, and check. Then there is the food. Basically, it looks and tastes as though it came from the bulk frozen food aisle and not quality frozen foods. To sum it up: Dirty, poor service, low quality food.

Bunny's is the epitome of your neighborhood restaurant and bar. Go there just twice and they will know your name. Food is wonderful. Bartenders friendly, Breakfast is FABULOUS!

  • Matt Z.

Bunny's is your standard neighborhood bar, it has more character than the chains located in the vicinity. Though there's really nothing special about it (the food and beer selection are run of the mill), it is a good place to watch a game and have a few beers at a reasonable price. The service was a little slow as they were watching the games too.

When asked recently what my favorite place in SLP is for a going away dinner, Bunny's was the first thing out of my mouth. And then I had to bite my tounge. Bunny's is my dirty little secret. It's my go-to for takeout bar food, it's the place I go when waiting for my oil change across the street... this could go on for a while. The wings are delicious, burgers great, and the pizza is do-able. Free popcorn, incredibly affordable prices, taco bar, and a neighborhood feel that you just can't get going to most other places in the hood. I'd take Bunny's over McCoys pretty much any day of the week. So no its not 5 stars for the food, but the whole experience has that dive bar feel that I love so much.

  • Glen S.

I'm really quite hesitant to review this place so well. Not because it doesn't deserve it, but because I don't want everyone reading this to take this dive-bar over. Bunny's has been around forever (literally). It seems like no matter how old someone is, they remember Bunny's being there. If you don't like dive bars, do NOT go here. This is your definition of a dive bar. They couldn't care less if you sat yourself, and they will be there when they are free to take your order. Otherwise, you can get a drink yourself from the bar. Either way, they don't want you to be "too good" to be there. If you are, trust me, you will be called out and the "Norms" of the place will let you know that there might be a better watering hole for you. Wings = AMAZING. After 9pm, they are even cheaper. If you are feeling lucky, try their free taco bar (I don't know how long it's been sitting out and they don't care to tell you either). The free popcorn is always good and heading there for a Twins or Vikings game is one of the best experiences someone can live through. The only reason I didn't give Bunny's 5 stars, is because I didn't want this to stand out as one of the few 5-stars I give out. If you took the time to read this, I 100% give this place 5 stars, just don't go out and tell your friends.

Great atmosphere, friendly service, jovial crowd. Excellent for sports fans or folks looking for a place to meet friends. They're breakfast is super affordable and some even come with adult beverages as an option! They have really really good pizza, not frozen pizza...they make fresh pizza until late at night. Several happy hour deals, lots of TVs. A neighborhood favorite.

Mike Tice and I have one thing in common. We both love Bunny's. In the vast wasteland of nightlife in the suburbs, this bar shines bright. I had been to Bunny's in the past previous to it becoming our wiffleball league post game bar, including the day I spent 14 hours and had all three meals there, but I really began to appreciate it when I started making weekly visits. There is a good mix of beer league sports teams, leathery skinned cougars, and suits. Plenty of room and plenty of TVs to go around making it difficult to not get a good seat. The beer list is impressive and they rotate a beer of the month which is always something good, aside from last summer's Newcastle summer ale which tasted like gutter water. They also have an impressive menu which I've rarely ordered from due to two factors: 1. They have a free taco bar at 10 pm. Coincidentally that is shortly after my wiffleball league rolls in. That taco cart doesn't ever stand a chance. They don't refill it so when it's gone it's gone. 2. Every weeknight they have 25 cent wings. Six flavors, all very tasty, and the wings are actually a decent size, unlike the sorry excuse for wings that BW3 peddles. In summation, this bar is a big reason why I go from a B cup to a D cup every summer. Bastards.

Bunny's back in the day had character, and even though it was a dive it was a lot of fun. The new location has little character, and the service is really awful. My buddy and I stopped by after a round of golf and bellied up to the bar. We were talking about MN public smoking laws, and the bartender inserted her opinion (un-asked and un-wanted) into our conversation. It was inappropriate, but we just shrugged her off. This did not sit well with her, she proceeded to raise her voice to us which is obviously strange given we're the customers. It got to the point that others in the bar were staring at her and at that point she was embarrassed, as she should be. I sent an email to Bunny's management about this situation and never got a response. As others have noted, there are 90 year old grampas and 60 year old women touting overnight bags as regulars. While entertaining at first, it really becomes sad quickly.

Just had the Bunny's Special Pizza and thought it was great. 2 beers, a 16 inch pizza with tons of toppings and tasty sauce...$35 bucks including tip. Can't complain. I didn't see the "filth and dirt" others have mentioned. The guy's john was clean and aside from some popcorn debris by the popcorn machine, it looked okay to me and my wife. It is a local hang out, always packed. Some of the sandwiches are just okay, but mostly, the bar food is a good value. You can't please everyone, I guess. I do agree that the service can be hit or miss.

I'm not sure if someone had been giving away dollar bills at the front door but this place was "packed' when I met a group of friends over the lunch hour. Always a fun atmosphere and staff is exceptionally friendly. Food is reasonable and consistently good. You just can't complain about the "free" popcorn. Certainly a place were "locals" frequent but why not step out of the box and try it yourself. Don't expect anything fancy at this neighborhood bar but I guarantee you won't be disappointed either. I've heard it's a great place for breakfast too!

A drinkers bar. Great place to watch Vikings games. Older crowd but friendly and good vibe for drinkers of any age. Surprisingly decent tap beers. Food is just OK. Would love some healthier options.

I went here on the day after Christmas. The place was packed, and we (group of 6) ended up sitting in a quieter room in the back called "Sherms". I had been to Bunny's several times in the past and it was always busy, just not this busy. Our waitress was polite and friendly, she was just overworked. The food was great, and worth the wait. I had the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich, and it was delicious. I usually get burger, but the chicken was amazing. I don't think you will find a bad thing on the menu. Even though it was a little slower than usual, it was a great evening. I would recommend Sherms if you are looking for a quieter spot to converse.

Late night happy hour!!! This place is great for cheap eats late at night. They have a killer burger/light beer special... 1/3lb burger and miller lite or coors light for $5. free taco bar after 10 pm, free popcorn all the time, and $.25 wings both boneless and traditional minimum of 6 after 9pm. If you are looking for a dive bar feel and super cheap drinks this is the place. I was also enthralled that hey had Flat Earth on tap also...First time I've seen it on tap on this side of the river.

I went to Bunny's this past week after I looked it up on Yelp and was happy to have made the trip. The bar is a bit to big for me and it was extremely loud, but a good place to have a beer and watch a game. I also had some great soup there: Lentil Beef Curry... Yeah, it sounds a bit odd, but it was delicious! That was all I ate as I wasn't feeling very good and was at the end of a long business trip, but it hit the spot. Service is a bit different as the bartenders are older and quirky. Whiz (Wheez) was at our end of the bar and while really appreciative of our business, its a bit unusual seeing two bartenders in their 60's when most have cute young girls in them. Go figure. I don't think I would visit again because I like new places and Minneapolis is huge, but if you are in the area, check it out. BTW, parking is a pain! Make sure you read the signs so you don't get a ticket (No, I didn't get one). :)

We've been meaning to come to Bunny's for a while, so we stopped in last night for dinner. Immediately to my left as I walked in were pull tabs; off to a wonderful start! We sat ourselves in the main bar area & looked over the menu, which is HUGE. It's 5 pages full of sandwiches, salads, pizzas & burgers that all sounded really good. I went with the Clubhouse sandwich & Ryan got the Bunny Burger w/ California toppings. The sandwich was really good & a pretty large portion. I got a side of fries that were good as well. We decided to split our meal after eyeing one another's plate, so I also got to try half of the burger. It was awesome! I usually submerge burgers into ketchup but this burger didn't need any. It was great on its own. We ordered potato salad as a side that was decent; definitely preferred the fries, though. Bunny's is a place that I can't wait to visit again. They have a friendly staff, great (and reasonably-priced) bar food, pull tabs & free popcorn!

Please remove Bunny's from The Packer website as being a "Packer Backer" bar. Clearly you are not after Monday night's game against the Vikings. Your patrons wanted to shoot us with tranquilizer guns. I'm sorry if your team didn't score and give you a chance to cheer, blame the Vikings. On a good note, our server was great! That's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

The more I visit Bunny's, the more I like it there. Our last visit came courtesy of a coupon in the mail for buy-one-get-one burgers. The burgers were everything you'd look for in a quality burger - juicy, fresh and cooked to order. If I remember right, the bun was especially good and soft. We also started with an order of onion rings. Maybe I was just extra hungry that night, but those onion rings tasted mighty delicious. We've got one more coupon left for a discount on pizza, but I'd go back even without the money-saving incentive, because Bunny's is just a great place for a good meal.

Still a great spot. Stopped in for lunch and to get some work done. I asked for the "triple grilled cheese" to come with one less layer of bread and it was delicious. The fries are always great. Wifi signal was great and I didn't mind watching a little ESPN while I got some work done (big game this weekend.) Waitstaff was nice and polite and kept filling up with free refills!

kinda like a Denny's for people who drive a mercedes. the only thing tougher than the chicken is the bro bar. hilariously bad chicken sandwich - like the kind you buy if you're stoned at at the zoo food court.

I should really know better... ordering Mexican food 3000 miles away from Mexico. I should really know better... Tostada salad is called Taco salad on the menu. So, when the food came, I really shouldn't be disappointed. The shell was cold and stale. Ground beef came as hamburger patties on a pile of chucks of lettuce. That just looks really appetizing...

Neighborhood bar/restaurant with every walk of life imaginable. This place is a throwback to the time before chains when people frequented their local watering hole. Food is solid and the pizza is recommended.

I've only been there for a beer or two with my soccer team after practices. And honestly, that will probably be the only time I go here. Let's be honest, it's pretty dirty. To me it's a larger scale dive bar. It's sweet that they have plenty of HD TVs, so it's a good spot for watching the game. The only other plus I can think of is that they have $0.25 wings Mon-Thurs starting at 9pm, and starting at 10pm from Fri-Sat. I would recommend the Cajun and the Jammin' Jamaican wings. The Cajun ones are crunchy and well seasoned, although it's packed with salt. It's labeled as Mild. The Jammin' Jamaican wings are labeled as Very Hot, but I think it could have been notched down to just Hot. Nice flavor with a slightly sweet taste. But unfortunately, nothing really Jamaican about them, and I would know since I am Jamaican :) The other pub grub my buddies got looked pretty decent, so I would imagine it tasted good also. In my opinion, go there after your local kickball game for some beers and wings

I got food poisoning here and was upside-down on the toilet as soon as I got home. So, I'm forced to give this place a zero and report it to the state.

Bunny's is... Bunny's. It has been there FOREVER, hence the older clientele. However, Sunday brunch is where it's at. It's not going to blow your hair back - it's standard breakfast stuff. BUT - you do get a free bloody mary or screwdriver with some of the brunch items. I mean, what could possibly be better than a free cocktail and some grease if you're hungover from the night before? Good place if you're hungover, need some grease and carbs, and want to play some pulltabs while you wait. Free bloody mary? Don't mind if I do.

Fairly standard bar type food for the most part. I like soup and there soups are usually pretty good but often too salty.

I have to be honest with you, this place was kind of weird. It was a mix of people not my age group. The crowd was alternately old guys, or kids. No one in their 20s or 30s seemed to be there. And this was for Sunday night football. My food was good enough, I got the pork tenderloin, which reminded me of going to school in Southern Indiana. But given that I live in Downtown Minneapolis, I probably won't find myself at this place again any time in the near future.

My boyfriend refuses to come here with me (even though it's walking distance) because the crowd usually skews pretty old at all hours of the day. It might be the run off from the golf course near by. Either way, my boyfriend doesn't know what the hell he's talking about because this is apparently where the party's at. When we went on a Friday late afternoon there was a table of middle aged women throwing back beer bombs. If that's not a good time, then I don't know want to know you. The alcohol is pretty cheap (pretty standard selection but I swear I get all pavlovian when honeyweiss is listed) and the food a plenty! This ain't no gastropub but the tuna melt and the grilled chicken sandwich are pretty tasty. The fries are always deliciously seasoned and salty. And there's a whole game room so you can play big game hunter while waiting for your food. If that's not enough, they have all you can eat free taco bar from like 9PM - 11PM. Diarrhea, you say? And right you may be, but beggars can't be choosers now can they.

I'm pretty sure the black bean burger here is the same one that they have at the Bad Waitress. The difference? 1. Bunny's has Big Buck Hunter as well as many other video games. Big Buck Hunter let's me kill animals without actually killing them. Who doesn't want to shoot some meerkats while waiting for their food? 2. Bunny's is called Bunny's. Amazing. 3. The clientele at Bunny's doesn't take themselves seriously and, therefore, they rule a lot more. 4. Bunny's has actual parking and lots of it. 5. Bunny's has a shit ton more booze. Trust me. 6. French fries. What the hell kind of place that serves food doesn't have french fries? The Bad Waitress. The fries at Bunny's are pretty much the best ones I've ever had. 7. Let's be honest with each other, the food at the Bad Waitress isn't that great. Stop lying to yourself. 8. Old people. Lots and lots of old people. Lots and lots of old people on the fast track to getting drunk. Beautiful. Oh, and that black bean burger? It's like a burrito and a burger had a baby. DELICIOUS.

I love Bunny's. Surly, great pizza and booths tucked away for watching the game in peace and away from the crowd, even when it's massive. If Bunny's had wifi, I would set up camp.

I am officially in love with Bunny's. I had previously only been in here to consume copious amounts of alcoholic beverages in the evening, but for the first time ever met up with a friend at Bunny's for lunch. Food is cheap and good, and us two thirsty kids had our waters replenished repeatedly. I got the tuna melt and it tasted great. Our server kicked ass with her stories of milking goats back in Wisconsin and tales of road trips gone awry. Plus, she laughed at my lunch partner Mark's jokes. Maybe next time I'll be adventerous and get food and drinks at the same time. Speaking of that, who wants to meet up at Bunny's?!

One of the best places around! I know it sound corny but it truly is a great place to hang out! The service is amazing, the food is pretty dam good and you cant beat the price! I will admit that i tend to eat there a few times a week...its easier and almost cheaper than cooking! The Saturday and Sunday Brunches are amazing and you have to love a place that if you order the Stake and Eggs a Bloody Marry is included!

Well I have begun to enjoy Bunny's....outside of the fact that its the only decent place to catch the game on Sundays, I have had some items on the menu that were pretty darn good. I recommend the veggie burger (the only really good one i've ever had...kinda a burrito-burger mix), the pork loin sandwich and the Diablo. I've also found that if you can find yourself little nook in the back area you will be much happier than the rowdy, annoying main section.
