This is a great Noodles and Company location!! My fiance and I brought our dogs and sat on the patio, and the employees were SO friendly and accommodating. They brought us a bowl with water for the pups- totally appreciated since it was a warm day! The food is well-made and delicious (like all Noodles & Company locations). We definitely look forward to coming back!

The place serves noodles. OK, how do you like your noodles? Buttered? Penne'd? Meatballed? Oriental'd? Bangkok'd? Truffled? Thai'd? It's a chain, so the food has some decent flavors, but it's really nothing to come back to, except out of curiosity's sake. Will the Pad Thai be better than last week's Japanese udon noodles? It's not a bad bowlful of noodles with all the options available. But when it's said and done, it is still mostly a bowlful of noodles... Prices are ok, 9-10 bucks for a bowl. It's a bit of an oddity to me but will try once more to see if I'm still thinking I could do better for a meal.

I had never been to a Noodles & Company before. The only time I've heard of it was when a family member said they bought some stock in it and regretted buying that instead of Chipotle. (We had never even seen Noodles & Co in Arizona where we live but Chipotle is everywhere. Turns out there is now 1 location and 1 opening soon I guess, so hopefully that's changing.) When I saw one in Minnesota while here for work, I decided to give it a shot and report back so this person would know what they got stock in. :) Here area some highlights: 1-The parking lot outside was FULL. I think there was 1 spot and I took it. Haha. This was a good sign because to me that means it's popular and it was still just barely after 11 am so it wasn't even into the heart of lunch time and it was already hoppin...that's great. I feel like the good news about a place being busy is that you'll always get suuuper fresh food, and it's fairly quick to eat so that full parking lot rotates people in and out with no problems. There is also more parking close by so again...not an issue; just wanted to mention the popularity. They also had plenty of cashiers to take orders quickly. The biggest back up seemed to be at the soda fountain because there's only 1 and it's one of those...I call them the Ferrari of soda machines Haha...the kind where you select things on a screen and there's just 1 dispenser. 2-The cashier was friendly & when I told her I had never been there before but was in the market for some fatty comfort noodles she asked if she could make a recommendation. Absolutely! :D She recommended an "employee secret" of the Stroganoff but with parmesan chicken instead of steak and add cheese sauce. OMG. It was amazing. I got a large and as a previous reviewer mentioned, if you eat in you get a glass bowl, but I knew I wouldn't finish it and wanted to take leftovers so I had them make it in the black to-go box instead. That way they didn't have to deal with my dishes and I didn't have to ask for a box, scoop it in, etc... The large is basically twice the amount as the small but for only...I think about $2 more or so? Maybe $1.50? It seemed worth it to me. 3-The place was very clean. Almost as soon as people left the tables were cleared and cleaned promptly by friendly employees. 4-Because it's called "Noodles..." I figured that would be the best part, and frankly I only added chicken because I felt like a protein would help it kind of "stay with me" a little so it wasn't just carbs. I'll tell you what...that parmesan chicken is BOMB. It's not how I pictured...I pictured breaded or something. It's more like a crisp like...sear or something? It was delicious. I really wasn't sure I'd like it but it turned out to be probably the best part. The noodles and sauce were fantastic, but that chicken...Mmmmm! I feel like that chicken would be good on most the dishes on the menu...maybe not like pad thai or curry, but pretty much anything else. So...I guess I'll try the ones back home when I get a chance. Meanwhile I'll report back that stock in this place isn't a bad idea. People like noodles. :D

I am staying in Eagan for a month, so I wanted to try out some local cuisine. This place was recommended by a co-worker, so I gave it a go. The Pad Thai I ordered was served in a black plastic bowl but I noticed that the other diners meals were served in white glass bowls. The cashier must have assumed I was ordering to-go because I was dining alone? So the Pad Thai noodles were sweet and very mushy. Nothing like what I've experienced at the many other places where I order Pad Thai. I didn't finish my meal and left hungry. Two stars because the cashier was friendly but I won't be returning.

Great location. Service is very quick and when they make a mistake they fix it immediately! I've been to this location multiple times and all the employees are great. The pesto cavatappi is my favorite!

Love this place. Visit this place often, and in other locations. They messed up our order, fixed it quickly and then gave us a buy one get one off coupon. This place has options galore. For what it is, it's good. We'll be back.

Never been here and decided to try it on my visit to MN. Service was great! The man that helped me was so kind and super helpful! I can be difficult sometimes with my food orders. He catered the pasta I wanted but took out all the stuff I didn't want and added extra of the things I did! It has many vegan and vegetarian options too! And not just Italian food, but also Japanese! Lots of other things too like soups, salads, hummus plates, flatbreads, and garlic bread! Wish there was a noodle co by me in CA

My family stops by this location often and we have always been pleased. It is well kept and and the staff is quick and friendly. The food always comes out correctly with our numerous modifications and is always hot (I've been to Noodles & Co where my food was warm at best). Although sometime I feel that the price for noodles is a bit high, I return often for the convenience, time saved, and consistency. P.s. My kids love the mac and cheese here!

What should we have for dinner? In Eagan there's so few choices, and we can't seem to escape chain restaurants, so I gave in to my husband's recommendation of Noodles and Company. I've never been to a Noodles and Company, but my husband loves their penne pasta he tells me. Alright, I guess I can't be so judgmental. He orders the penne pasta and I order the spagetthi and meatballs. His was pretty tasty, but over seasoned I thought. My sauce was too sour. Oh well - I tried it. I am giving this Noodles & Company 3 stars because the front of the house staff was super friendly.
