Very friendly staff and clean location but really need to bring on some more staff members. I was there tonight and myself and two others ahead of me also with small orders waited at least 25 minutes. The gal apologized and the food was warm but it probably won't be a quick stop for my family if we are in a hurry which is a bummer because the food is really good and a nice change of pace from Subway/Chipotle. By the time I got my order the line was at least ten people deep. I don't even want to know how long their wait was.

Sriracha. Yum sriracha galore. Sometimes too much. I always get the same thing. Pesto cavatapi no veggies, add feta. 1 rice crispy bar and a to go soda. Yum yum yum. I smother the noodles in sriracha but yesterday I added more hot sauce than normal. I think I added about a half cup of sriracha hot sauce. While doing it I thought how pretty the red is! And immediately my mouth watered in joy and excitement. Today I am suffering. My stomach is screaming from the pain. While eating I started thinking ... Maybe I should make my own sriracha sauce for my noodles at home. Should be easy. Well the noodles that come with the pesto cavatapi I cannot find it anywhere! I love these swirly noodles. The two cheeses are delicious and I can barely handle the want for more! The cashier started to tell me... "I should know your order by now." I am wearing that as a badge of honor. Might as well call me noodle.

I don't know why this place has such a low rating. Everything I have ordered has been great. In fact for what it is I'd rather eat noodles here any day over the Olive Garden. Made to order, fresh ingredients, and good flavor.

I had been to a Noodles & Co before and was looking forward to this meal as well. Unfortunately, I walked away disappointed...and still hungry. I ordered potstickers and they were horrible. It seemed as though they were left over from the night before and reheated, or at least partially heated. They were the flattest potstickers that I have ever seen and tasted just as flat. On the positive side, they do have one of the nice Coke fountain dispensers that has tons of choices and flavors.

The service at this Noodles is terrible. I've ordered online from this location a few times and when I go in to pick up my food, it takes quite awhile for anyone to notice me standing there in front of the pickup register. Maybe if the employees wouldn't stand with their backs to the customers, they'd realize that people have been waiting there 10 minutes for their order that's sitting on the counter. While waiting for them to acknowledge my presence tonight, they screwed up two other orders. Do you want some Noodles? Do yourself a favor and drive across town to the other location.

I'm a big noodles and co fan, but amazed at the inconsistency between this one and the other one in Eagan. That one is great--excellent service and food... This one had very slow service and food was pretty bad. Someone from the home office should check it out and help them.

Usually love Noodles and Company, but this location is having issues. The past two times I ate here the food was undercooked and not very tasty. Also the wait time to receive your food is quite long considering it is fast food. It seems like they do not have enough workers to deal with the amount of customers.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
